I give Luke 5 stars.. I had just bought my house a year earlier and stayed with the insurance who had us before. I gave Luke a chance to look at my existing coverage and compare to what he could do. He took the time to go line by line with me on my existing coverage. I had no idea how truly vulnerable i was with my policy. My home was really not covered. If any major event happened the insurance would not cover me. Luke not only got me completely covered on my home, but also looked at my car insurance. He was able get me higher coverage on both my car and home without raising my bill. Now i have no problems sleeping easy at night knowing Im covered in any event. Hands sown the worst Insurance company in Texas. Obtained insurance with another carrier after a year with Farm Bureau and submitted paper work for my policies to be cancelled. 3 months later and they have done nothing, meanwhile I lose more of my pro-rated refund.
