I went in for the CO2 laser for a lot of texture and acne scars I had on my face. The day I went in I was extremely nervous (I have bad anxiety) and had so many questions. The receptionist was kind enough to answer them and put me at ease. When it was time for me to get the procedure done Christine automatically made me feel comfortable. God knows I had so many questions until the end of the procedure and she was so patient and kind to me. She was also very thorough and explained everything in detail to me. I really do have to say she calmed my spirit as I was getting the procedure done.I’m in my 2nd week of healing and cried when I saw my results. Don’t get me wrong, I still do have some scarring and some texture, but there is a HUGE improvement and for once I actually feel beautiful again. I went to Skin Deep Laser for acne scars and texture issues. I have tried everything over the last 20 years, so was not overly hopeful for the results, but I had been referred by one of their clients who looked amazing, so I had to try.Christine is wonderful. She did my consult for the laser treatment and answered my million questions. When it came time for the procedure she was very thorough and professional. She put me at ease, and even during recovery over the first weekend, I emailed her a question and she responded right away. She is very conscientious and really does care about you and your results.I loved the results so much I have been back for more (my scars were very bad). Because the laser is a couple weeks down time I have had 4 (5?) Cool Peels since, which I can do over a long weekend and be back to work. Sam has done these for me and she is absolutely wonderful as well. She does a great job and is also super patient and thorough. Nothing has ever worked for my skin before. My skin is so greatly improved I hardly where any foundation at all anymore.I also love that they will not try to sell you a procedure you don’t need. Christine makes sure you get the treatment that will be most beneficial to your desired results. Better than dermatologist!I went to the dermatologist to remove a mole, and he cut it, leaving a scar. With the laser, they removed my moles with a better appearance. The esthetician educated me about my skin condition and was honest about the results. Results that I loved and I recommend it. If I knew about them earlier, I would do it a long time ago

I cannot say enough good things about Christina and the staff at Skin Deep. I reached out to them in 2018 on a whim because I had a tattoo that I regretted and wanted to see about removal. Christina was caring and professional from the first consult and put me at ease about the procedure. She offered a realistic estimate about removal time and stressed that it was just that, an estimate. Everyone is different and it may take more or less time depending on how your body reacts.I still have remnants of my tattoo (about 10%) and need some additional procedures but I feel that Christina has taken care of my very fair, sensitive skin. I am really happy with the results thus far and though I recently moved, will be making time to see Christina for follow ups when I am back in town.

Highly recommend Skin Deep Laser Services for both the CO2 fractional laser and tattoo removal. The technician, Christine, is the most knowledgeable laser technician I was able to find, and she lived up to her reputation. She can explain in detail the physics of the procedures as well as the aesthetics. She takes time to be thorough both in communicating about the procedures and in performing the laser work. I am absolutely thrilled with my post-laser face--the CO2 fractional laser treatment removed all of the age spots and tiny wrinkles and left my skin glowing and fresh. Im also very happy with the tattoo removal work, which is taking multiple treatments and progressing very well. Christine is excellent. The office manager, Kate, is also fantastic--she can answer most any question about cost, before- and after-procedure care, and products. Both Christine and Kate are quick to respond to emails or phone calls, and they are prompt (i.e., no long wait times). They are also COVID-safe.

I want to provide a thorough account on why Skin Deep Laser will forever be the one and only place I trust to really take care of my skincare concerns.Some background: I struggled with acne for many years of my life and by the time it had settled down I was left with textured scarring that I could not cover up and that I certainly could not get rid of on my own.I knew I needed to invest in treatment, but I didn’t want to go through trial and error and waste time and money.Before finding Christina at Skin Deep Laser, I had gone around to many other laser centers in the area seeking advice on what to do, and I always felt as though no one really cared about helping me, and that their goal was simply to sell a service, like microdermabrasion or acne facials that would require multiple sessions ($$) and that would ultimately do nothing for my deep scars specifically. And you’d expect professionals to be able to make these distinctions with clients.I’d be advised to keep coming in and keep paying for these treatments - which was really disheartening because it was clear these treatments were useless to me and these various laser centers could not have cared less. Extremely impressed with my results from the Fraxel CO2 laser. I tried tons of products over the years to better and hide the appearance of acne scars on my face, nothing ever worked. The CO2 treatment is by far the most superior treatment on the market in my eyes. My treatment was pretty intense but well worth it. I can not believe how good my results are, my before and after photo’s are amazing and I still have a few more treatments to go. Christina is the best, her clinic is spotless, she is very knowledgeable and cares about results.

Would give 0 stars if I could.When I visited the clinic Christina acted and spoke as though a small mole like mine has a very high chance of being completely removed before and even during treatment.After a few weeks the mole came back entirely in size and color as before treatment.When I gave them the reply feedback by email, Christina changed her stance completely so far as to say that a mole such as mine had a 98% chance of coming back entirely. Um what? If you had said that before treatment I would not have gotten it treated at Skin Deep Laser Services? She did not comment or offer any additional feedback. Just a waste of money. Please at least dont delude your clients or give them false information.

Have been going to Skin Deep Laser Services for around 8 months to have laser treatments on my chest and hips/sides for stretch marks. I have had two to three treatments per area. I found Skin Deep Laser Services because my dermatologist told me that laser treatments were my only options to get rid of my stretch marks. So I scheduled an appointment online. I also really like that I can schedule online. It makes it a lot easier while Im at work to schedule.Before my free consultation I was nervous because I didnt think anything could ever be done to get rid of my stretch marks. But I was so wrong. Christina made me feel really comfortable with her from the start! She gave me an estimate for each area. Her estimate was MUCH lower than I had anticipated. I assumed that it would cost at least a $1000/treatment. Before she even told me how much it would cost though I knew I was going through with the treatment with her. She is so professional and the facility is very clean. I trusted her right away. But her low prices sealed the deal for me.We scheduled an appointment for the next week. A lot of people say laser treatments hurt but Christina makes you so comfortable and is so good at her job that its more than bearable. Since my first treatments, my stretch marks have started to disappear! They look so different and you can hardly even see them now. I look and feel so much better. If you are thinking about trying to get your stretch marks removed go here. You wont regret it!

Went for my first time of Tattoo removal and did some research prior. The staff was very friendly and informative for a novice along with a clean and professional office. Walked me through the entire process and was completely upfront with everything before we even did any removal. That was super professional and helpful in making the decision to go through the process and will definitely continue with them. Uses cold therapy with the Lazer and for never having done it before I feel no after pain other than the occasional tingle from normal skin healing. If I had the ability to recommend to others down here I would so if your considering it go in and talk to them it will be worth it.

Started laser hair removal treatments at Skin Deep Laser Services this past weekend. The procedure was much faster than I expected. The tech finished my back in less than 10 minutes. I okd a video to be taken of my procedure so thats me on their You Tube channel. Very, very easy and quick process. I did my research, these guys are using the best technology around. The acne scar revision package here is a great deal! My package started with a fraxel treatment followed by a series of three chemical peels. I am extremely happy with my results and the cost was a relief when compared to any treatment offered at the cosmetic surgeons office. My scars look so much better and feel much more smooth to the touch. Christina consulted me and designed my treatment package, I highly recommend seeing her and Skin Deep.

Christina is absolutely amazing! I came to her with concerns of dark marks left from acne and because I still had acne. She suggested I did a chemical peel and I did it and it left my face so smooth and new! I could tell it helped a lot with my dark marks. She has now prescribed me tretinoin for my acne and the rest of the dark marks I have. It was been 4-5 months now since I’ve been on it and it has taken some time and there’s time I have wanted to give up but my skin truly has never looked better! I just finished up my 5th and final tattoo removal session at Skin Deep. My tattoo was on my shoulder, black, about 18 years old and installed by an armature. Each session took about 15 minutes from the time i walked in to the time I walked out, very easy process. Not very painful at all on the shoulder. I got a great package price. I highly recommend them.

The technician was absolutely amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about her. First, she took time (at least half an hour) to answer all my crazy questions about wrinkles, skin care products, whats worth getting and whats a waste of money. Questions that had nothing to do with the Co2 fraxel laser skin resurfacing treatment that I was going to get. The treatment was faster than I expected. There was discomfort but nothing I had to take a break from. Im still in the healing process so I look a hot mess at the moment but I have no discomfort. Also the price was unbeatable especially in this area. There was even a military discount on top of an already reasonable price. Shes in this line of work because she loves helping people feel better about themselves and you see that from the moment you enter the clinic. I will be gong back here and recommending to everyone.

I’ve been receiving CO2 Laser treatments on my scars for the past 6 months. I am very pleased with my results. My scars are mostly surgical and have limited my range of motion in my knees and wrists. The treatments are definitely breaking up the scar tissue and allowing for more flexibility. The appearance of my scars is softening and the texture is becoming much smoother. The staff here is great and my treatments are quick and easy.

I came here to get my tattoo removed so I would be able to enlist to the military . I have to say coming here was a easy process. Everyone was nice and Christina always follow up with you . She makes you feel comfortable which is important . I highly recommend this place !!!!! Once again thanks!

I just got a very lite skin resurfacing treatment on my face and neck. The treatment took about 45 minutes, very little discomfort, and about three days to heal. My skin looks refreshed and has a nice glow. Im very happy with my results!

Im in the process of having my back hair and shoulder hair removed. I did a little research on the different lasers and decided the diode laser was the best option for my skin type and hair color. Their laser uses two wavelengths at the same time to treat the hair and blood supply to the hair. So youre getting two treatments at once. My back hair is very dense and looks like two racing stripes down the sides of my back. I purchased a package and I just finished my 3rd treatment and I probably have 50% less hair. It has also improved my ingrown hairs. I highly recommend Skin Deep because youre getting more value per treatment and service is great :)

Ive got a LOT of tattoos and its time to cover them up with new ones. Most of my tattoos are black and my tattoo artist said that I need to have the old tattoos lightened in order to get great cover up work. He recommended going to Skin Deep Laser Services.The two laser treatments I got yesterday were on the outside of my calves. The treatments were way faster than I expected! I read online that laser tattoo removal was painful... I wouldnt say its as bad as described online. I thought it was less painful then getting inked because its a much faster process.Today my treatment areas itch a little but thats about it. Im drinking a ton of water and following the aftercare instructions.The technician refused to treat my tattoos on my arms because I have a tan. At first I was disappointed but she explained the risks and the lack of results involved with treating areas of my body with recent sun exposure. She let me know that I can get them treated in about two months once my tan is gone, I appreciated her honesty.I have a lot of ink to lighten for cover ups and I feel comfortable getting my removal work done here. I highly recommend them!!!!!!!!

I am honestly disappointed in the consultation I received at Skin Deep Laser Services. I’m not sure if Christina prefers to treat or work with only certain people, but I had a totally different experience than what’s listed on other reviews. Maybe she was having a terrible morning or perhaps she didn’t like the shirt I was wearing lol. Anyway I thought she was unprofessional & rude, I was unimpressed. I arrived early to respect her time and I expected the same courtesy from the office, I sat and listened to her gossip for 20 mins to the staff. But anyway NOVA & DC have been plenty of other offices to choose.
