Absolutely love my experience with Prolase Medispa. The whole crew is so sweet and helpful. They have always made me feel welcome and comfortable! The treatments themselves are very quick. For me personally, laser hair removal is not painful at all, I absolutely love the machine they’re using. Also their treatment deals are great, and the results are amazing. Highly recommend!

You get what you paid for, buying the service from Groupon will end up wasting time and trips to wherever location you schedule your appointment with minimum results and disappointment.I wonder if the result will be different when you pay them in full or not!?

I have been coming to Prolase Medispa for nine months already and every time I come my experiences have been consistently the best- entire staff is super friendly, welcoming and professional and the results from each treatment have been AMAZING. All the technicians are wonderful, and my first consultation has been individualized and totally without sales pressure. I could see how professional and knowledgeable they are and yet very friendly. All the treatments are priced. I first came for underarms and then was so happy with the results that added full legs and bikini area. I also love that they have so many different treatments, I cannot wait to try all of them. Also, the machine they’re using is so great, it even works on my darker skin tone, I have been to different places in the area and I didn’t see any results. I am so grateful to have found Prolase Medispa they know how to make me look my best. I will be a customer for life!

I love this place!!! I came to get their opinion about hair removal in a laser treatment. From the very first moment I could tell that they have very experienced staff and have so much knowledge about laser hair removal, and in addition to that she is so warm and nice!!! I decided to have the treatments with them and its the best thing I did! I’m kinda getting familiar with the process but must share how incredible Julie was, she was not only professional but very courteous too. Although it was my 2nd session But I was treated with care and respect. It wasn’t painful like I expected it to be and the entire process for a full face hair removal took less than 15 minutes.I recommend this place because there’s a reward program too along with other deals.

Really nice place. I have been there for my skin rejuvenation treatment - pigmentation and wrinkles reduction - had 3 sessions so far and my skin looks amazing. I had a lot of doubts about whether to to do it or not, as was a little nervous about laser on my skin, however, Kira (btw she the owner) explained everything in details, answered all of my questions and assured I would be fine. You can feel shes a professional with many years of experience - that gave me a lot of confidence, so I went for the treatment. And never regretted that. My skin looks and feels wonderful! So much tighter, younger and fresher! The spots are completely gone and my skin is glowing. I am getting compliments - I guess this is how you evaluate the effectiveness.

After years of looking for the right skin treatment, that really works, Im so happy to finally find this place! Great ambiance, professional staff, and treatments, which give wonderful results! I also tried laser hair removal here for the first time, which is, turned out, made with the latest equipment and, therefore, painless! And I normally have a low pain tolerance. What else to say - its my personal skin care and hair removal Mecca now. Not often you can find everything you need in one place!.

Im glad they opened new location closer to my house. I have been to their both Arlington and Fairfax location within the past 2 years, and the guys getting better and better. The best thing is that they have the same painless laser hair removal equipment at their all locations and the same treatment technique. All locations have free on-site parking. Nice and cozy sitting areas, coffee and super nice staff made me their loyal customer.

I’ve been to a different location of this spa few years and had great results with my laser hair removal, I am back this time to treat some stretch marks after I had a baby and also to trear few of my scars. Kira and her staff as always were amazing, answered all my questions and experience was painless and I might have even fell asleep.It’s going to take few sessions and I’m definitely coming back.

Prolase Medispa is the most wonderful place I’ve been to! Today right before going to Prolase I went to another place, where I had absolutely horrible experience: rude staff, not caring owner, rushing on you because they had to go home, they would do whatever, so that you leave sooner.. When I left I felt absolutely terrible with a thought I would never return back! Immediately I started looking for another place. Found Prolase Medispa with excellent ratings on Google, luckily they were still opened - they close at 7pm. Went there straight away and met Kira - absolutely sweet and wonderful laser specialist, who was so kind to thoroughly go through the whole process with me to make me feel comfortable. She answered all of my questions and granted me 30% off all my packages - so generous. At the end I was even glad that the first office turned me around with their rudeness - otherwise I wouldn’t find Prolase!

I started out with a consultation with Proalse Medispa for lazer hair removal services and was impressed with Kira’s level of professionalism, friendly guidance and recommendations. She did not pressure me into getting any services and was very well versed in her craft, giving me honest and sound advice as well as facts. She has a very clean and well-kept facility. I will be going back for all future hair removal needs and recommend her services 100%.

Prolase medispa l is amazing! Id tried laser hair removal before meeting Prolase and had no real results at all. But several years after my sessions with them, I still see very little hair growth anymore (and I probably wouldnt have any if I hadnt moved cross-country and could have had a few follow up sessions). The laser specialist spoke up front about the process, and about what sort of results to expect. And she knows her machine! Shes also incredibly sweet, very professional, and amazing at what she does. She believes so much in her patients, and I really dont think you can find a better person to work with. Id give her my highest recommendations.

All the staff members are very professional and variety of services they provide really impress. My absolute favorites here are Coolsculpting, Laser Hair removal and IPL, as I tried a few. My personal results are very much satisfying and honestly went beyond my expectations.

I like this place so much! I went there for laser but then started to talk and asked about all the services and decided to try one of the facials- that was soooo refreshing and relaxing for my skin, my body and my soul- all!!
