Two ladies who work there are super kind. My suit came back nice and clean and no damage. Price is pretty good in my opinion. I will definitely come back.

Ming and Tina crack me up! I just asked them to replace a couple of suit jacket buttons and we had about a hundred buttons laid out on the counter trying to find the perfect match. Great service and always smiles!

The front desk service is horrible: the young man ( does not have his name) seems upset all the time; was speaking down to me(?!); did not explain correct a coupon issue/did not ask for coupons when I was dropping my items to process discount (which is also very strange -- logically it has to be apply to the total amount). I did not feel friendly and welcome at this location when this young man was presenting there; after over 8 years service will move my business to different location hoping they will provide more friendly and professional environment

We have been loyal Crest Cleaners customers since 2009. We love the free home delivery service. Its so convenient. A couple of times I had special requests so I would go in and talk to staff. They are always helpful and will do their best to ensure Im happy. There are other cleaners in the area that are less expensive but when you compare quality and service thy dont even come close! Highly recommend!

Ive had no luck in finding a solid dry cleaners and tailoring...this place didnt change my luck. Prices are comparable to others in the area. My complaint is that the staff damaged my pants (button fell off). Instead of accepting culpability and offering some sort of refund, the staff thought that taking the inside button on the catch would work. Their idea is to canabalize your clothes if they damage them. Otherwise the clothes were clean and creases sharp (hence the 2stars). As this is a chain I will not return to this establishment and will try and find a local place/small business.

Good local Dry Cleaner in the Burke area. Crests prices are higher than other dry cleaners (I believe because their chemicals are better for the environment and contain less carcinogens). The staff is helpful and gets me in and out there quickly.

Our experience at Crest near Giant has been optimal. Ming and Tina are great representatives of your company. The care, attention and perfection that they give to the process of drycleaning clothing and laundering of shirts is superb. It doesnt get any better.

The Burke Town Centre Crest is a great dry cleaners. I have never had any issues, and the managers and employees are always very friendly and helpful. They are also very quick and efficient and always keep to there in by 11am, out by 5pm promise. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I hardly go to a dry cleaner but I just bought a dress through online and wanted to make sure it was clean before I wore it. Wouldnt you know it, but our washing machine broke.I brought it in at about 9:45am on Saturday and meant to pick it up after 5pm, but I was unable to.I went this morning and when they scanned my ticket, they told me it was not there. I saw it in a back rack and when the customer service person brought it to me, it had someone elses ticket pinned to it. He tried to call the name on the ticket but no one answered.I have never had this happen before! I dont even know how to report the issue??? But you can bet your bottom dollar that I will not ever return to this location again.

Crest cleaners has always delivered the very best in service and reliability. The staff is always attentive to getting the cleaning promptly returned and processed for same day service--and Saturday and Sunday hours are a big plus.

Was happy with the turn around time on ten shirts but thought the price was a little high. Fortunately, I was given a dollar off coupon for each shirt which made the price a little more tolerable.

Top Notch Service at Crest Cleaners! I switched to Crest because my older, cheaper dry cleaner used harmful chemicals that started to irritate my skin and leave a stank in my closet that was baaaaaad. I wont be going back.
