Amazing studio, with inspired instructors: Megan, Katlyn, Arlene, Emily. I never tried barre twist before, but I came to the class with a free pass, and loved it. Looking forward for this workout almost every day. Im joining almost two months and feeling super energizing. I have now more energy and power, even a health and wellness, my body is changing too, and I see this progress. Highly recommended HFF!

I joined Hot Feet in January and am so glad I did. Given the current circumstances, they’ve been great at offering at-home workouts on a regular basis. My favorite classes are Barre Twist and X21, and my favorite instructor is Emily. She’s awesome about suggesting modifications during class and it’s clear she’s super enthusiastic about teaching. She’s the best!

This studio is awesome. There are a good variety of classes appropriate for all levels. The instructors are great, and I especially like Teannas classes because I will always get a good workout! Each instructor has his or her own style. The atmosphere at hot feet fitness is friendly and unpretentious and the studio is nice and light and clean. The rates are reasonable too with some nice options.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Such a great nonjudgmental, safe, fun, spunky, and special atmosphere! I love the instructors, and the community! Whenever I need a way to release all my energy, I go to a barre class, and when I need to cool down I go to yoga. It has everything I need for every mood and every type of day, because you leave your problems outside the studio walls.

Love them! I consider myself a fairly fit person but their Hour Hot Barre class kicks by butt! Great group all very supportive and nonjudgmental. All the teachers are great! They do a great job of making the classes upbeat and they are great for all fitness levels. My advise to you is go for a week before you form an opinion... I thought I was going to die of heat stoke my first class (almost too embarrassed to go back) but after a couple of classes your body adjusts... Im fairly certain it happens to everyone... but great news... I didnt die!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Hot Feet Fitness- first off being the staff and instructors are amazing, always friendly and encouraging. There is a variety of classes that range from your classic stretching to more challenging flow classes, as well as high energy upbeat barre with great music and for the most intense X21- 21 min of a fully body workout. I cant say which class is my favorite because I love them all! They have something for all fitness levels. The room is warm and not unbearably hot like most hot yoga studios, you will definitely work up a sweat and it is always clean and smelling great with essential oils. The teachers all bring their unique backgrounds and experience and they make classes uplifting with their enthusiasm. At Hot Feet Fitness, I truly find pleasure and fun in the daunting task of working out- they make it very easy to!!

Great studio! I just started going back to Yoga and everyone is very welcoming and understanding of a beginner (for the third or fourth time :)). Every instructor is good at giving options for the poses that are very considerate of level and body type. There is a wide variety of times available and the types of exercise you want to participate in. Get there early but not too early for parking but other than that this is the best studio Ive ever been to.

Hot Feet is a welcoming and supportive studio no matter what your level. I tried it out since I did not want a gym environment, and so enjoyed it that Ive been coming for 2 years. There is a variety of classes and schedule which makes it easy to keep coming!

I needed a way to get a few quick workouts into my week and busy schedule. Hot Feet is the answer! My wife also loves the yoga classes as do I when I have time for putting an hour in there. We have done hot yoga before but it was just too hot. Hot Feet is only about 85-90 degrees so it is totally doable. When I leave Hot Feet, I feel like I have done something good.

This studio checks all of the boxes! And it has done the impossible and gotten me off my butt and into a regular workout routine.Hot Feet has a great variety of classes, teachers, and class times. Classes are either 21 or 51 minutes, so I don’t have an excuse not to fit in a workout. There is a parking lot so you don’t have to drive around looking for parking. So again, I don’t have an excuse not to go! They have two bathrooms/changing rooms, lockers, and electronic check-in, which makes it easy. I appreciate that I can go straight from work and change there if needed. The studio itself is super clean (remarkably so!), and heated but not overly hot. This place has great vibes. It can be daunting going somewhere new, but on my first visit I was greeted by Jean and given a friendly overview of the studio. I felt at home right away! Everyone who works here seems really invested in the studio and the community. The studio manager Teanna led a New Year’s Day detox class that she offered at no charge. The class was a great way to start the new year, and I thought it was really cool that she would donate her time that way to the community. All in all, Hot Feet is the real deal, and I highly recommend it!

What a treat! This was my first yoga class and I loved it! Stephanie is a passionate instructor that made the class so relaxing and enjoyable. It was my first Yin yoga class and it helped relieve my back pain from my work where I hunch all day.

It is a great place for hot yoga. I was coming here for almost a year and stoped only because I moved. I like the schedule - they have big variety of classes and they are scheduled at convenient time. People with different schedule can find something for themselves there. All teachers are great, they all have their unique way, my persona favorites are Spring and Licia. Also, I have to mention that the price is super fair compare to other places. The only small disadvantage I can think of - it is a limited parking. I hope my review was helpful, namaste!

I love this place. It is clean, open, friendly and dedicated to Fitness. While it does have heated yoga classes there are a few other things to do. Especially the X21 class. it is 21 minutes of high intensity, full body workout for those who super busy. They also host a free class with street yoga that typically meets in a near by park, and they have quite a few events to enhance your fitness.I cant recommend this place enough. Often I go to a gym to do spin class and strength training then come here to do my stretching and foam rolling, which you can do while other classes are going on. Its just cleaner and more private.

I freaking love this place! Everyone is welcoming and encouraging, and they play music that actually motivates me. They are immaculately clean and stink-free (which is no small feat for a hot studio!)If you want to know about one of the classes, heres my two cents about their Barre Twist workout.BarreTwist is freaking great class! If you want a workout that will push you to your limits while making you laugh your head off, you’ve found it. Every workout is different and the series of short, intense movements are so engaging that it’s over before you know it. Don’t be fooled by the 2lb weights and fun looking squishy ball they often use: this class will make you sweat and curse (but the instructors are right there, sweating it out with you so you can’t help but love them.) I know it’s hard to believe it, but these workouts are actually really fun- and they’re even better when you bring a friend! One of the great things about the mixture of barre, yoga, dance and high intensity workout moves utilized in this awesome class is that you can modify just about any of the moves to suit your body. I can’t recommend this class enough.I will admit that I was a little intimidated before the start of my first BarreTwist class. I’m about as graceful as a drunk hippo and I was kicked out of ballet class as a child, so I was a bit skeptical about whether I’d be able to keep up. Boy, was I surprised! The moves used in the class are so targeted and require so much concentration that within the first 3 minutes, I forgot all about being shy and clumsy. The instructors are great about explaining the moves and they vary them often: all I worried about was making it to the next count of 9. I was delighted that my fellow workout buddies were “feeling the burn” just as much as I was. All of us were surprised by how intense the workout felt, and everyone was extremely supportive of one another. We even felt a bit graceful as our instructor guided us through several of the barre moves…at least until we felt that our legs were about to fall off. This is a seriously great, fun workout that I highly recommend to everyone!
