Took my iphone 11 here for repair of a cracked screen. Costed about $100. A week or two later the display malfunctions. The screens they use to replace is so low quality that it doesn’t protect the phone from a normal drop on carpet at home! Went back to ask for refund, partial refund, replacement or any help and they refused unless I payed $70. Which I’m afraid to do because I don’t trust the quality of the parts they use. Not worth doing business with them at all!! I would never come back here.

Hard to find how to enter this place, UPS drops off packages here sometimes when they are too lazy to figure out how to leave my package at my door. Very bothersome. I wanted to repair my phone screen here but they only service iPhone, not samsung.

Wow, so happy. They took my appointment same day with price quote of 40 bucks to replace a charging point. When I arrived they found it was lint.... and didnt charge me. THANK YOU. They are tucked by the McDonalds, hidden gem.

I have gone here like twenty times to repair my cracked phone screen and each time they do it quickly, efficiently and for an amazing price. I recently had an issue with my laptop battery as well and they were able to help me out with that too. I love this place and can always rely on them for my tech issues. HIGHLY recommend.

The guy doesnt wear a mask and instead of telling me, he keeps wanting me to come close as he points to a piece of paper for some fine print.

What a bummer. These folks have raised their prices by 150% since I was last in there about 6 months ago for the exact same iPhone screen replacement. I guess they figured that they were a little too affordable and needed to jack-up their prices. One thing that they haven’t realized is that they are totally inconvenient (only take cash, no parking and terrible location), which was the trade-off for them being so affordable. However, now that they’re only about a $10-$12 difference from their competitors (google it and call around), which provide all the retail amenities (e.g. credit cards and policies to fix anything they might screw-up), it just isn’t worth going into these guys. Sorry, they’ve lost my business and I will no longer recommend them to friends and family.

Do not waste your time and money on such horrible workmanship. This was my first experience at ISPComputers in BurienI called and asked about purchasing a glass replacement for an iPhone 6 PlusKnowing how simple it is to replace I could do it myself easily like I’ve done in the pastThey said sure we will sell you the glass for 30$! Perfect I thought I drove in traffic what ended up being 1 hour one direction. When I arrived he had a much different attitude about itAfter seeing me in person it was no no I cannot just sell you the glass I am sorry it is 75$ to repair your phone it takes 30 minutes. Fine I leave my phone with him come back an hour later and he hands me a phone with a new screen but this one doesn’t even light up!? When I brought it to the owners attention he brought it back to the tech and apologized said another 20 minutesI come back 20 minutes later he hands me a phone that is powered on now but has no touch functions!!! What?! Are you kidding me?! It worked fine when I brought it in!!?? He tells me it’s tpur circuit boarded we don’t repair those. Not to mention he would refund any of my money whatsoever so he broke my phone and charged me to do it telling me sorry about your bad luck. I took the phone home cracked it open and found missing parts and screws everywhere! This place is a joke and deserves to be shut down for robbing people. I hope my experience prevents unsuspecting innocent hard working people from getting sucked into this game of they’res.

Very unhappy I brought my iPhone to get fix and instead they stole some parts and they say that they couldnt fix it I didnt know they stole parts of the phone until I brought it to the Apple store and they say that the phone was missing parts and also have some parts that theyre not Apple I also end up losing my warranty because of them!!Dont trust them!!!!

Please upgrade the interior. Its uncomfortable to walk into. Hate when my packages come here.

Do not go to that place, it is a great waste of time. I went and left my cell phone to be fixed and nothing was done to it, it remained the same. I went the next day to tell them it was the same. . I left it for like 5 hours. And it remained the same, it did not load So I told them to give me my money back. I wasted a lot of time waiting for the manager to arrive. It is not worth going to that place .. they are very irresponsible !!! 😡
