It was a great experience working with Ryan on setting up a new network for my office. He was easy to get a hold of, fast and his bid was very reasonable. I know nothing about computers what so ever, so it was great to have him available to help out and get the network configured and working better than it ever did before.
Really great experience with this company. I dont have to worry about my businesss IT needs, which is a load off my shoulders. Before doing business with Rhyno, I lost a lot of time and money by trying to deal with IT issues myself. This service has improved my life greatly, and I would recommend Rhyno to anyone looking for great IT services.
The experts at Rhyno Networks have always taken care of our IT needs in a professional manner while solving our network, software issues quick and efficiently. It is encouraging to know that we have an excellent rapport with the team at Rhyno, and that they got our backs. They have gotten us out of trouble more than once, and keeps us up and running efficiently by being proactive. We look forward to a long professional relationship.
We worked a deal with Rhyno Networks in both barter and cash. Not a good experience. Extremely hard to communicate with, took for every to get our equipment, had to give him our address and shipper number 4 times - and then he dropped it off at the barter company. One of the units we got was used (scuffed up / right out of the box). Either Ryan was too busy and we were just a very low priority (Total of $1500 order), or he just doesnt care. We had someone else install the equipment, we had have enough of Rhyno Networks...buyers beware...too many other professional company out there to deal with this crap.
Rhyno is the proverbial smart guy with a truck. He does not have a company; hes a one man operation. Nothing wrong with that except that he claimed to have other people working for him before we signed on. As a result of having more work than he could keep up with, he was slow to respond. We limped along until a huge power failure knocked out a couple of drives on our server. When I called to ask if he could help me recover data, he said he wouldnt be able to until the following week. When I said that I didnt think it was a good idea to wait, he responded by saying how would you like to work seven days a week (little did he know that a seven day work week is not uncommon for me). I am not a techie, but Ive always heard that the longer one waits to recover data, the harder it is to restore. As a result I loss massive amounts of data. Rhyno had not backed up my data. When I gave notice to terminate my contract effective immediately, he insisted I pay for the next thirty days. Yes, I agreed to that in my contract, but he was unwilling to overlook it even though he did not deliver the service he promised.I would not recommend Rhyno to companies who needs system support.
As a small retail business, we didn’t think we needed an IT manager. However, each time an IT need occurred, it became apparent that trying to find quick fixes for these problems was taking its toll- we were losing time, business and money. Ryan’s IT services at Rhyno Networks has proven time and time again to be one of the best investments our business has made. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and reliable. He is available for onsite as offsite support and can be reached 24-7. I can’t recommend Rhyno Networks enough. I feel confident that my business can count on Ryan for a solution when any IT issues comes up.
