Been getting my cut here for over a year, they’re always getting me right and it’s always easy to make an appointment.

Ray was a nice young man. Did a good job. First time for me. Will return and request him.

All barbers are very good! However, there were issues with the appointments. More often than not a barber wouldn’t show up or they are just have no idea that an appointment was scheduled!

I set an appointment for my fiancé to get his haircut on 9/15. He spoke with the owner Brandon that assured him of the time that he would come in. When he arrived at the shop, no one else was aware of the appointment time or day, and they told him that the barber in question hadnt been seen or heard from in days.. They told him they were all booked up and never tried to reschedule him or anything.

This is the second location for this family friendly barbershop. Brandon the owner is a legit barber and business owner. This location is a better because it isnt located on pac highway.

Barber was so smooth my baby fell asleep while getting faded. Top notch. No need to coach the barber. Just told him to hook up my sons.

I took my son here last weekend. Very friendly and professional. My son is 15 years old and very picky but he left happy. Would highly recommend this barber shop. 💇🏽‍♂️

Used to come here back in the early (2010’s when it was called Champagne ) ownership change but an apprentice stay and continue to provide services and it’s called Hi Def Cuts now. I’ll be truthful it was and still is the best place for haircuts. But I stop coming because no matter if I made an appointment or walk-ins the barber will make preferences (not just me but my brother-in-laws too and they too stop coming) and will not honor appointments skipping me and have me wait up to an hour.Present July 19, 2019. I figure I’ll stop by and give a try and I walk in with 3 customers a head of me waited and two others came after I was waiting. My turn came in but I was skip with no explanation and again I was skip second time as both customers after me was seeing first. I was told another customer was coming in and that I have to wait by this times it was an hour and a half of waiting. I complained and they gave me the old excuse, “sorry we are taking appointments first”, and I was like you have me wait over and hour and did warn me or a give a choice.....Hence why I give two stars.......they grow a good reputation for hair cuts but reputation is as good as honoring appointments or letting people know appointments will be serve first. So if you are new and visit this barbershop know in advance that you will have to seat and wait as your turn keeps placing you last.
