Anna is the best! Ive been going to her for 13 years. She transfered to Burien from Queen Anne and its totally worth the commute!

Worst haircut ever!! I brought my daughter here against my better judgement because our regular barber was on vacation. The lady that weed whacked her hair barely spoke English and looked like she didnt know what she was doing. We provided pics but her hair was no where close to what the pics looked like. If she has a license Id love to know who gave it to her. My daughter was so upset!! I spent over an hour fixing her hair myself at home so she could be presentable. Believe me when I say it looks like a weed whacker was taken to it. I shouldnt have even paid for it!!

I have being a loyal customer of this place for the last 15 years but after todays upcharge of $3.95 for literally 2 squirts of sanitizing, I dont think Im coming back anymore that was ridiculous.

I rarely write reviews but I’m very unsatisfied with the service. I went in for a haircut and partial highlights. The added a charge for everything they could. The lady helping me and everyone else barely spoke English. At first she quoted me a price of $60 for partial highlights for my hair and $25 for the haircut plus a $4 surcharge. When I pointed out the big sign for haircut $20.99 she so oh okay I will take the surcharge off. Then her co worker came and said it will be not $60 but $99 for my partial highlights with toner. No one seemed to be able to tell me the same thing from the beginning as to what it will cost me. Service was rushed, not friendly and even rude. I will not recommend anyone to this salon. Try the west Seattle location on Barton street instead.

HeadMasters in Burien is the only location I go to.. Sally is my person and she has been for a number of years now, I generally dont even have to explain what I need done.She remembers personal events from my life and she always asks how my mother is doing.When coming to this location, ALWAYS go with Sally..

This was my first time at this salon I had my cut by Sally she is AMAZING! I would recommend her 100% She is very professional and is very experienced . Thank you Sally I love my hair.

I went to HairMasters because I needed a haircut and found a coupon to save me some money. Anna, the Master Stylist that I had, did an excellent job. She is very friendly, polite, and knows how to cut hair and not be in a rush. She takes her time with her customers. Oh, and they have a thing at HairMasters where if you get a haircut it includes a shampoo which is great because it gives you that relaxed feeling and something extra. I will be going back to HairMasters again. The shop is kept clean, and the other staff at the salon were also charming and friendly.

Very excellent service worth every penny! This is my first visit and its closer to home. I usually drive 20 miles to a different salon.

I love it that you can just walk in and dont have to bother getting pinned down to a specific appointment. Courteous service and better than adequate styling. Very reasonable prices!

One of the best 20$ cuts Ive had, when I dyed my hair it was abit steep but they were very professional and going there since I was 11 Ive never had issues.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First off the lady who cut my hair barely spoke English. So was a task telling her what i wanted. I wanted dead ends on my hair to be cut off. A trim. And she didnt get all the dead ends and i didnt realized that til I left with natural outside light. But was on a tight schedule that day. When I went to pay it was almost $20. For a trim. That is really pricey. On top of that the lady demanded a tip. Which shocked me. Iam only required by law to have to pay for my cut. Crappy service. You lost 2 customers and referrals. We wont be back.

Got my 13 year old sons hair cut here by Anna. She did an excellent job and was super nice and kind. Im only bringing him here and to her for now on.

My daughter asked for one inch to be cut, and they cut 5 inches and did a hack job on her layers. Do not go here!

Great place to go for a quick haircut. Morgan Pickett always cuts and colors my hair, and does a fantastic job. I have platinum blonde hair, and she touches it up once a month. Even after bleaching it multiple times, my hair is still pretty healthy. I also have a sensitive scalp but she uses a special product to ease the itchiness of the bleach. I highly reccomend requesting morgan if you go in!
