Apartments are amazing! Very well taken care of outside and in, kody the apartment manager is awesome! Helped us in a timely manner extremely nice and made our experience here great.

Very nice, freshly renovated apartment. The application process and move was seamless thanks to Cody (property manager) and team. We had a simple maintenance issue and it was handled and resolved within 24 hours. We couldn’t be more happy with our new apartment home.

This place sucks.The front desk people are rude, and the management WILL increase your rent steadily. The neighborhood is full of drug addicts and thieves who constantly steal your mail or break into your car if they get the chance. The area between our unit and the next one became a popular spot for homeless people to defecate, which was pretty awesome. And the on-site security consists of one stoned teenager rolling slowly through the parking lot in a patrol car with his red and blue lights on maybe twice a night.As others have said, dont expect to get your deposit back. They will find any way to gouge you that they can. One of the items of on my move-out checklist was lint in dryer. Seriously?

I lived here for about 2 years. Great location! Beautiful apartment, a little pricey but that’s expected. Maintenance was very quick to complete work orders. I also loved having my own washer and dryer.The only issue I had was the heavy use of visitor parking by other tenants. It was always very difficult to have friends come over because there wouldn’t be any visitor parking spots available.

The staff are nice and they generally try and fix issues quickly. At least Ive never had to wait for more than a day. You get a parking space included in your rent, which is super rare in the Seattle area.The places are a bit small and old, but for the price, its a good deal.

Nice from the outside. Dont plan on getting deposit back. I wish I wouldve never lived here! They raise your month every six months!!!

This apartment complex is well maintained and close to play fields.

Live here for three years. Terrible front desk people all the time that are unfriendly and impatient. Mailboxs were always being broken into and had mail stolen on several occasions over three years. Almost constant yard work being done so enjoy getting woken up at 7am by a weed wacker on your day off.

We have lived here since August 2016 and we liked the place. They solve the problems quickly, the neighbors are silent and we can quickly access the roads that connect Seattle, Bellevue and Federal Way. I do not like that parking is very limited for visitors, neighbors do not pick up the poop of their pets and people do not respect the speed limit within the complex.
