They are awesome. My teeth went from the worst to almost whitest in just three sessions. Ive never got my teeth whitened in my life so it took more than usual. I had a pretty severe case of almost brown coffee stained teeth. Also I dont know if this is related but occasionally my gums would bleed when I brushed and since Ive got this treatment they have not bled once. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants whiter teeth. They use an all natural food grade gel too. Im gonna get one more session and I will be caught up.
