Our fridge stopped working Sunday evening. Serviceman was here the very next day. He walked me through the repair and didnt hesitate since he knew exactly what needed to be done. Couldnt ask for a better service! Im really happy!

I have experienced nothing but professionalism. Repair guy Martin was expert in his field. He worked on my oven which was not heating. He had to order parts and came back after 3 days, in the morning to install the replacement. He ran it and it as working, it was heating again. Thank you Burbank Appliance Repair.

He still tried some couple of things so that it would hold for me until the weekend (till I have time to look for a fridge). It hold up and I did not spoil any groceries. Called for service for our garbage disposal. Setting up a tech was fast and painless. Tech was here on time. Did his job fast and charged the right amount.

I can not speak on the work they do because we didnt get that far. We set up an appointment from 8am-11am and was charged $59.99 to make sure we keep it. They never show up so we call them. The person who answered sends the call to the dispatcher who is obviously irritated, states that someone would call. Half hour later we call again and is sent back to the dispatcher. The dispatcher, still irrattated that he has to do his job says someone will call again. Waited another half hour, which puts us around noon and tried again. This time they didnt answer two of our phone calls until we called with a blocked number. They pick up immediately using the blocked call method and we cancelled the appointment. Best part, he asked why were cancelling. This company said they were available today, so we took the appointment. This company charges $59.99 for appointments, but does not keep them. This company should not be in business.

I am happy with the repair of my 6 year old stove. Their service man was knowledgeable and fast, and my bill was reasonable. I wouldn’t call anyone else for appliance repair. I’m glad I tried you. **

Horrible, if you want your appliance repaired do not call this place. I thought I was going local, but they sub contract the job so you never know whos going to show up. I was charged $55.00 to get an appointment. when the repairman showed up they were ill equipped and sloppy, they were going to leave my house without replacing broken parts and being charged for them. a week later Im out $278 and refrigerator still not working.

Worst experience with a repair company only has one guy that works on Samsung refrigerator and when he went to repair he stated he needed cash to buy the part but that the company would guarantee repair he came back 1 week later and it didn’t get fixed and took 3 weeks for him to come back and still not fixed
