I drop off items here for multiple shippers and love that it’s free and convenient for me. Just one stop for FedEx, UPS and USPS. People who work here are friendly. Unfortunately, they can’t perform magic which some of the previous reviewers would have liked. Every time has been 5 stars for me

Did not deliver (literally) my needs of a very important frozen package for an event. Had I not followed up daily, who knows when my package would have arrived. Do not recommend for fast delivery. I might as well sent my package through the post office normally.

This is a local small business run efficiently and professionally. Ive dropped off my packages here for years, always been greeted with a smile by anyone behind the counter.

This is the first time I use mailbox services, Oscar is so nice, soft spoken person, very helpful. its very clean inside.

I want to ship a package with dry ice via USPS. This is supposed to be a PACK and ship service. They not only cant pack the box, but they do not have the appropriate label to ship via USPS. They said I would have to pack the box and get the label myself, but it I brought the packed box they could ship it. Why on earth would I do all that and then not just take it to the post office myself??? WHAT???

Oscar is why i come here to mail stuff. He is so very nice and helpful. I leave there with such a good feeling after being around such a good soul, pleasant person.

This place is great! I needed a form notarized and mailed, and they were able to help me immediately. No waiting in line with frustrated people! Much better than the post office.

This place is the best! There is a woman, Jennifer that works there who is wonderful. She calls me when I have a package or emails me. She even tells me if she likes certain clothing that I order - she has very good taste. The owner is very nice as well. It’s a pleasure going into this intimate but very efficient post office.

Very polite but unable to print shipping labels as per advertised. I had a paid shipping label and was instructed per the UPS website that they were my closest authorized store and could print the label there. If you have a UPS label they will be unable to print at this store. Seemingly not the fault of the store but rather UPS. Regrettably not as advertised and the instructions will be most aggravating if followed. I would recommend not going to this store if you use UPS as a shipping method.

Ive gotten my mail here for years and love the staff and service; theyre my one-stop-get-everything-done shop, from shipping to holding my mail while I travel to mail forwarding to passport photos to Amazon returns to notary and notarized copying. Theyre accommodating, thoughtful and utterly reliable, and Jennifers sunny disposition is always a welcome break from the impersonal world of Burbank.
