Been using this UPS for 4 years now. The owner is kind, direct, and good at what he does. The prob with LA is everyone thinks they’re special. There’s a lot of people in this town. Just about everywhere you go you have to wait. That’s a part of life. This is a very busy location and that means you, just like everyone else, have to wait. This location also offers notary services so I believe sometimes people think they are being ignored when really they are helping another customer without a package to ship. I always wish the guy a wonderful day because I can see how hard he works. If you want to quickly pop in then yeah, go somewhere else—or better yet. Arrive early.

Unhelpful and impolite employee that basically hung up on me after I politely asked several questions pertaining to a package that I accidentally dropped off at their location instead of a FedEx. After inquiring about a package that I had left last week (there was a long queue so I left all the packages by the desk), she didnt even ask for my name and said that the package wasnt here. I asked her again, asking if she would like to know my name to see if there could be a package that was sitting there unsent and whether there was a possibility that they could have passed on the package to FedEx. She bluntly said no and hung up. Honestly, this UPS is the closest to my house but will be driving an extra bit to go to a different one.

Dont bother with this place. Drive 5 mins to another store.I just attempted to go to this place to ship a couple packages the guy saw me, worked with his printer for a little bit and walked into the back. I didnt see him for a few minutes. He then came back out and started playing with his printer/fax machine again not saying anything to me for a while.I asked the question of whether or not they were closed because he hadnt acknowledged me at all. His response was do I look closed?.Then he started filling with his printer again.This is the third time Ive come to this place and got absolutely awful awful service. I decided to leave because he kept ignoring me and go to a different location.Do yourself a favor and go to the UPS store off of Alameda. You will get a lot better customer service  and will probably get help in less time including the 5-minute drive to get there.

This is the worst ups store. It looks like they need employees. You arrive to an empty store it takes a good 5 minutes for somebody to help you. It seems like the workers or owners dont even want to be there. Just because you need the service does not mean they can treat you poorly.

I personally have never seen bad service here - to me or others - but I average coming in once a month for years and years.Maybe theres a rogue worker(s)?!Just popped-in again yesterday.For years Ive also always had kind, hard working, quick, very direct excellent service from this location .. including yesterday.Ive seen long lines in this Toluca Lake location due to the sheer number of people around here. During COVID Pandemics first hit thru to beg-2021 they were stretched thin like the rest of the world -- few workers IF / when open.Now there are more.For me its worth the wait.

This place is the worse. Their schedule states they open at 8:00 AM however, I have waited for over an hour and they are still not here. I called the UPS Customer Relations phone to file a former complaint. They don’t even deserve one star.

Worst UPS store. Closed until 10:00 am due to “internet issues”. It’s 10:30am and they still aren’t open. They always closed for some type of “issue”. Save yourself a drive and go to another UPS Store

Only one guy works here with a line out the door 8 customers long . They need to hire him some help. He was rather rude but expected as he was only holding down the fort. Get this man some help. Or at least a self service kiosks for Amazon returns as that seems to the bulk of the customers

I have never had a UPS store have such bad customer service. They are extremely unhelpful and clearly not happy to have customers coming into their store. They act as if they’re doing you a favor by being open.

One worker for lunch time rush ...5 people in line. You have to wait in line even though you just have to drop off package. Took 30 mins to drop-off package with already printed label at home .

This is the worse UPS store that you can ever visit they are slow and could care less about their customers today I went there there was at least 10 people in line waiting to droop off their packages they were scanning stuff and not caring I waited for 30 minutes and all I did is asked if one person can help and one can scan then the woman told me were busy we don’t care you can leave if you don’t like go why are you still here I asked her what was her name she said none of your business in front of at least 10 people I never felt insulted like that Sal & Sharalyn Basset owners of 2416 aw victory Blvd in Burbank were extremely rude and aggressive with zero level of professionalism this is a bad image to the UPS store.

I just watched one man in here helping 3 people at the same time. He was nice, efficient and working much harder than someone should. I brought in a box that was portly packaged and he calmly fixed it for me. I will always use this store.

My experience with the UPS Store on 2416 W Victory Blvd is Very Good I’m giving them 5 stars for excellent and superior service! I rent a Post Mailbox from them. And for over a year and a half they show me smiles and greetings every single time I have entered their store! It makes me feel good and happy to be there! Sharalyn and Sal Basset work Very Hard for their in store customers with very little thanks just hurry, hurry, I need this package sent overnight etc. I retired from an Airfreight company and know the Rush from customers to push you to stamp, label, and pay postage for their packages, many forget to say thank you and please to people who bend over backwards to help them! And to their clerk Brian who shows me the same kindness and helpfulness! Continue to come here for all your package mailings, business cards, mailbox needs, printing etc Thanks, Dorothea Hughes

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - there are too many other options for UPS Stores and mailing services. Every time I have taken the route of using the closest UPS Store to me (this one) - Im reminded that this store has THE WORST human in customer service on the planet working here. Sharolyn has been here for years and I watch her talk down to every person ahead of me in line. People ask very genuine, intelligent questions and she (literally) rolls her eyes at them, talks down to them and actually insults them in front of others like me in line. I actually wonder why she is still here - she must either own this place or be related to the owner. There is no way any normal company would allow her abuse of even seniors to continue. Its downright disgusting and I will remind myself to never go back again to support this business.

I just would love to let people know what a terrible service this UPS store has. The lady with the long hair and glasses that works through which I believe is the owner is awfully rude with horrible horrible customer service. She stands there yelling at people she stands are complaining she stands there gossiping while there is a line waiting outside. I heard she was working while she had Covid recently. And this is coming from an inside source. Please be careful going into that store.

Terrible customer service. If you do not know how to speak to people you should not be working in customer service. There is a way to talk to people and he doesnt know how to. I see why they have a 2.3 rating

I have been coming here for 3 years now and everyone is always so nice and helpful every single time. I just walk in with my stuff in my hand they pack it up and ship it. During the holidays they are always so helpful. Theyll find the perfect box and pack it for you, if you need. My information and addresses are already saved in their system so its super easy. I enjoy going to this UPS, they do not disappoint. Thank you all for always being so kind and helpful.

Do not bother with this place is horrible. Guy who works here is rude. System is always down!How could UPS allow this place to continue operating and further destroy the UPS brand, seems like a very bad decision.

What was INSIDE my package was stolen, either from here or somewhere between there and North Hollywood, according to recipient. Wouldnt even listen to my complaint about it, but told me to call main UPS line. Shady store! Ill never use them again. Save yourself some hassle and go to Alameda.

I have problem using their computer printing out some documents, he is very patience and shows me how to do it.Printing UPS shipping label - $1.The Parking: Plaza parking lot, easy parking.

Not exaggerating, this place averages 20 minutes PER CUSTOMER, while everyone bakes outside in the heat. Drop off counter is overflowing with mail. Slow and unorganized.

These people are so wonderful. They helped me ship clothing to my friends who lost everything in the Paradise fire two weeks ago. I cried because it was so stressful and they were so generous and kind. Thank you so much. ❤

Young man was very kind. But fat blond hair lady looks 50s treated me so badly. She charged me the international Fax fee $5.00 each pages. Also for cover pages she took$5.00. I asked her 3 pages. They took $20.00!another UPS store in Burbank Blvd, they takes $2.00 for international fax fee for each pages. I visited back and clam her to money back she said next time $10.00 . I never ask her any more . Thank you so much.

I received excellence service here. These days its not easy to find courteous and kind people to help you. I was so impressed with Sal and his very gracious service.

They get the job done but this location could use some revamp in the costumer service area.

Staff is very nice and helpful but the store is small and they need some chairs for old elderly people like me to sit. You will be waiting. Please put some seats. Clean up the place a bit. Parking not so good.

$4.30 to print 10 pages and copy 5. I looked at the receipt and they rang me up for 13 copies and 1 label print

The lady was very rude! She didn’t even let me finish my question, she cut me off and told the employee to go attend somebody else. She said there is nothing they can do about my issue! REALLY?????? What a awful service!!!!

They are always nice whenever I go in. I have a mail box with them. You may pay more for the box there but I like there service. It is always great.

I arrived at the time of pick up. Even though they were busy, courtesy and help was at hand for me. Store hours are very convenient. I am definitely going back for their service.

To quote most of the 1 stars on here... If I could give it zero stars I wouldI wrote the following complaint to the stores corporate office:... I worked with an older gentelman, I did not get his name, but he was very kind, polite and professional. The transaction itself went well and I was able to get my families presents for Christmas mailed.I would have otherwise been very pleased with my visit. However another employee there, an older woman with long blonde curly hair had apparently had an argument with the gentleman who was helping me. Throughout my visit she continued to belittle and abuse him verbally calling him unprofessional (oh the irony...) useless lazy etc.All the while the gentleman continued to help me while trying to calmly fix the situation with the woman, never reacting to her hurtful and hateful comments.I dont know what had transpired between the two - but I received nothing but the best service form the man - and the woman made me feel immensely uncomfortable while at your store. I was deeply saddened by her treatment of her coworker.I sincerely hope that further training and action can be taken.How unfortunate, right? I waited a couple of days and received the following email from who else - the Owner.... or owners wife.....And after all these nasty untrue garbage you said about me- do not come to my store- and my husband does not need a stranger taking up for him- I can’t believe you were watching us in the back of our store talking privately - talk about NOSY— and you are the one that is ABUSIVE- talking this way about someone you don’t even know— don’t want troublemakers in our buisness. Get a life. I think you have done this before - sorry for you to be like that!!!Of course I made sure to not respond and reach out again to the corporate office. However with my interactions from them it also seems that there were emails she meant for me that she sent to them by accident:I DID NOT SAY THESE THINGS EITHER- BEST THING IN LIFE IS TO MIND YOUR OWN BUISNESS AN I DIDNT EVEN TALK TO YOU BUT I KNOW WHO YOU ARE. OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE NO PROBLEMS HERE AT ALLand... I think these e-mails are not going where I meant for them to- they were meant for the customer- not you all. ...I will do my best to add screenshots of these emails. The woman is clearly deranged, and needlessly escalated the issue herself. I feel terrible for her husband, and their business.

This is a pretty busy place and Stan was fantastic! He greets everyone and is empathetic. Its conveniently located near Yogurtland and lots of parking.

UPS store on Victory and Buena Vista has the worst customer service around! I have never been so insulted in my life.The woman at the counter is bully and belligerent not only to customers but to her husband that works there.It reeks of cigarette smoke and smells dirty! I will NEVER go there again and will rate them negatively. Hopefully others will hear my words and not patronize this establishment!Also, when I called the woman out on her attitude she completely snapped! There were at least 4 other people in the store and she managed to upset half of them with her rudeness!

Would give negative starts! Store stole my 2 packages of shoes! Sherill the supposed owner has terrible customer service. She lied to me twice stating that their system showed my 2 packages of shoes had been shipped and was supposed to be shipped by a certain date. She told me to call UPS. I called UPS and the packages had never been shipped nor scanned from the store. When I called back and told her what UPS said, she said if I was calling her a liar then oh well I will have to deal with UPS for the investigation to go through. how terrible, you drop off your packages and they do whatever the want with them. What has this world come to! Seems desperate to me, probably sold my shoes for profit.

I have been there twice I have not seen any young people I have seen a lady and an older man I think he is middle Eastern or Egyptian very rude both Times I have been there I asked for his name he said it was Sal don’t know if it was really he is very condescending I was returning Amazon box’s Amazon said it was going to be free when I told him he laughed at me said I had made a mistake and charged me the Second time the lady was helping up but walked away and just left he knew we were there but was helping everybody else that had come after us when I asked him if he was going to help us he went off on us in front of everybodyBy the way the second time I was there the lady said it would be free

Store opens at 8am, waited outside for 15 minutes. They opened late on Monday July 30th, the man helping was very unfriendly and seemed to have gotten bothered because i requested receipts for my drop offs. Does not seem like a friendly environment.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They lost my package and took NO responsibly then told me to NEVER come back!!!! What a looser, stay clear of this place!!!!
