The customer service is good but overall my experience hasnt been so great. My fiance bought me a ring last year in may I took it in for sizing in November due to personal reasons I didnt go sooner. After I picked it up I had to call to see if it was ready noone called me. I picked it up then 3 days later a diamond falls off. I took it in they fixed it 2 weeks later i go to pick it up and the diamond was not positioned in the correct place.

More worst store ever!!!!more worst workers ever!!!.first of all Im not racist, but this kind of Armenian workers some of them not even can speak right english.i gaved my ring there for repair what means you have to give all your information also. I called them to ask whats going on and they said is no phone number in the system. Also last time I was there with my husband to clean up my ring and the woman just put some windex on it, and was bringing back In 1 min my ring.communication zero Im telling you. If you go there make sure that you take at least 2 Xanax to survive without stroke this time what you spend there

Came into the store to drop off my ring because two small diamond fell off. And it seemed like I was rushed out of there. The manager Told me it would take a month to get back. Then I had inquired about getting a second wedding band which she forgot to help me, so a different sales person helped me but told me I couldnt use my coupon because it was 1 cent off, Ive used the same coupon for another item that was the same price at the Glendale zales. Which is where I purchased before. Horrible customer service Ill just have to drive the extra distance
