I came when they opened and they werent there. Didnt answer my call either. But called me back an hour later after I had already gone home saying theyll fix it. They fixed it perfectly for $150 and did it in about 10 minutes. 👍

Today was the first time that I tried this wonderful kiosk at the Burbank mall. The service was outstanding and the work was impecable. The owner went the extra mile in the ipad repair. The previous people who repaired this same Ipad at a different repair shop used super glue to ensure that the glad stayed attached. This is not the right method. I recommend iProtech to anyone who needs any form of phone or tablet repair.

Great place! Came here today morning at 10 to fix my phone which seemed to be damaged from the inside. The man who works there is very knowledgable and offered me fair prices for the damage i had done to my phone. Only took 10-15 minutes!! My mom and I went to get our phones fixed because it was completely smashed. Anyways, the worker there was really nice and was able to fix our phones together under 40 minutes. After that, he offered to give us a phone case no tax, when he saw that I didn’t have a phone case. Now I have a new screen and a new phone case. TWO BIG THUMBS UP!!! Good lord are these guys legit. The touchID home button on my iphone broke. I went to 3 different cell phone repair shops. All told me there was nothing they could do, including one that took apart the phone to look inside. But iProtech (techs name was Chiko) was able to fix it in 30 minutes. He popped open the phone and immediately diagnosed the issue, and then quoted me a very fair price. Extremely happy with their work.

Ive had two separate phones repaired at the Burbank kiosk, and their work has proven to be top quality and fast. The screen was repaired with original apple parts for a reasonable price, and finished in about 15 mins. Knowledgeable employee answered all of my questions and showed a high skill level. The guy told me that my original phone case would not fit my phone because of the new screen protector and I believed him and walked with him to the phone case kiosk. Then he proceeded to show me new phone cases while holding on to my original one (never letting me put mine back on) I went ahead and bought a new phone case and went about my day. I became suspicious and went ahead and tired my original phone case and what do you know? It fits just fine. My original one is an otter box case which I bought for $50 and he sold me a flimsy plastic one at $32. I don’t appreciate being lied and taken advantage of and others should be cautious.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!! EXTREMELY DISHONEST! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!! I took my phone here to get my cracked screen fixed. They replaced the screen, and half an hour later, my phone began malfunctioning (switching screens back and forth, and turning off and on, on its own). I went back to the kiosk, and they made some additional adjustments. The phone seemed to be ok. But, a few days later, the phone turned itself off on its own again, and would only stay on for a few seconds, before it turned off again. I went back to the kiosk AGAIN, and they told me they didnt have another screen, but would order one, that would arrive in 5 days!! How am I expected to go without a phone for 5 DAYS???!!! I need it for work. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get it fixed within a reasonable amount of time. I went back to the kiosk AGAIN, and told them that I had to get it fixed somewhere else, because I couldnt wait 5 days. He connected me to his manager, Chico, who refused to refund my money. They said I had to go back to the place that fixed my phone, get the defective screen that THEY gave me back from the place that fixed it correctly. Then, go backto the kiosk AGAIN, and bring them back the defective screen wIth no damage, or they will not give my money back. They said, You paid for the screen, and if we dont have the screen back, then we cant give back the money. Well, I didnt pay to buy a screen, I PAID TO GET MY PHONE FIXED, WHICH THEY DIDNT DO!! I deserve a refund of my money, as they did not repair my phone, but they refused to honor their warranty. I would stay as far away from this place as you can, as they are completely unprofessional, and dishonest. They are basically scammers

I took my phone to an Apple store and they were not able to fix my phone but suggested an upgrade that would cost 349.00. I then took my phone to a iPhone repair store and they charged me 25.00 and told me my phone had a hardware failure and to get a new one. I had to try one more time. Fixed my phone for the first time a month ago from here and screen cracked again from me barely touching it. Went back a couple days ago and they gave me a discount to fix it again. All seemed well until two days ago my screen was popping out and my battery drained quickly, the phone was malfunctioning. I took it back today and the worker said it was nothing and while he was looking at my phone it shocked him and I asked him is that normal and he said oh no its nothing it just happens my phone continued to malfunction and it also shocked me as well.
