I heard of the CPR store from Yelp. It had 5 stars and a lot of nice reviews. It is also right up the street from where I live. My battery in my phone was draining very fast and I did not want to buy another phone at this time. I went in and the gentleman checked my phone and said it was the battery. He replaced it within a few hours and cleaned it. The prices are reasonable and now my phone is working very well. I have recommended this place to a friend who needs there screen fixed in their I phone watch.

First time here. I normally go to a different location and the guy there i believe his name was Sean was friendly and helpful. He fixed my phone issue. He had what I needed in store. The parking was not bad at all.

They changed the screens on my phone and there was a little issue. When I brought it back they were very accommodating and very professional and made everything perfect. I highly recommend.

Called and speaked to a man on saturday July 17th at 2:53pm. Rude, talked down to me, hung up on me twice but wishes he did the third time as well Im sure after how I spoke to him. Will make any excuse to not help you and then be rude while theyre at it. Dont bother!!

I broke my phone using a work vehicle. I searched several places, even APPLE to see the cost of replacement. Some wanted an arm and a leg, and APPLE was by appt. that would take weeks to wait. Searching CPR Repair on my search history on FACEBOOK and viola, I called them and received an awesome quote and went straight to them. They said 3 hours and it was fine by me. Rip off! Shady at best!Pay extremely close attention to the work they do. I got my phone back and it had visible burn ins (light backgrounds) on the supposed new screen. I have proof of the burn ins.Took it back to get replaced and then other problems that were obvious just hard to explain. Be very aware and cautious ⚠️

Very best affordable phone repair ever!!Since my phone is Samsung S7 edge got broken screen really badly as well no backlight and wont come on, so I took it other place near by, some of them want 350 to 500 dollars for repair for Samsung S7 Edge screen and the replacement of screen are expensive either and The S8 phone will be cost so expensive for repair. But this place give me a best discount and best reasonable price that I can afford to pay. So I got 50 dollars off. So I paid 299$ to repair the Samsung s7 edge- Love this store but the reason why I put the 4 stars because it took them over 3 hours to fix my phone... I noticed other customers said it was done by 20 to 50 mins. But mine was took 3 hours... it didnt bother me about waiting so long, unless if you have patience to wait- also they dont have S7 and S8 phone case, screen protecter, whichly they have it for older model phone have all of stuffs there. But expensive phone didnt go there but I cant complain about it. It was worth it!! Better than other place that cant do on time when you need your phone fixed right away and dont want to wait? The back of my cell phone cracked. I called a couple of places that repair them and the price would be over $100. CPR was willing to do it for $60. I took it over there and in 45 minutes, it was like new. No problem parking and quick and easy service.

So I received my Covid money. The only thing messing up my week, hell, my month was the cracked screen on my Note 8. All it had was a small little crack. However, within a months time, the cracks had gotten much worse. I thought FOR SURE I needed a new screen. $199 plus taxes if I was lucky!Well, the sales rep took one look at my phone and tells me, you are one lucky man. I wont know for sure until I get the screen protector off, however, it looks like thats the only glass that cracked. Sure enough, 30 minutes, a new screen protector, and a top of the line Otterbox case and I was out the door for less than a $100 I was out the door. My IPhone 6s died on Monday, it wouldn’t take a charge. Took it to Geek Squad on Tuesday they told me the phone needed to be replaced. I knew it was just the charging port that was not working. Went to Apple later that day....they told me the same thing. Both couldn’t for sure tell me it was the charging port, but I knew that was the problem. Asked the guy at Apple if they could recommend anyone and they sent me to Melrosemac who told me the same thing....that they couldn’t do a repair and that the phone would have to be replaced. I asked them if they knew anyone and they sent me to CPR Cell Phone Repair. It was the port and they replaced it within 20 minutes! 🙌🏼Highly recommend this place if you ever need!

I went in for a cracked screen on my Samsung. They ordered the part, which was received a day later. Then it took an hour and a half to put the new screen onto my phone. Each technician was kind and the quick turn around was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Emma fixed my phone screen that wouldnt turn on. She patiently explained the whole process and answered all my questions. It was about an hour wait, which she apologised for because they were backed up, but I thought this was rather fast, considered how long waits are at car and computer repair shops. They were finished exactly when I returned, and my phone was good as new! It was $199 for LCD screen replacement and $69 for water damage treatment, but there wasnt any water damage, so it was just $199 for me. Highly recommended!

Worth the wait. I had my battery replaced and its been a few days and my phone working perfectly. Update: I had to take it back. Any minor bump would completely turn off phone. I seemed like something is not properly secured. I got tired of playing to have it fix. Moving on to a new phone.

I was visiting from another part of the country and my home button failed on my iPad. After several calls to shops that only worked on phones, I found CPR, Burbank. They did not hesitate and did the repair in an afternoon without having to order parts. I was very pleased with the work and the reasonable bill.

I got there within 30 minutes of closing, so from the jump Im that guy.I explained that my Samsung Galaxy S7 SIM card tray was jammed, and they said theyd take a look. It was disclosed that theyd need to remove the phones back glass and that the glass could be cracked in the process. I nodded and responded, Well, please do your best.In less than 10 minutes, they had successfully removed the damaged SIM card tray and provided me with a replacement tray at a nominal cost of $10.00.Im very pleased with the result and happy they had the spare SIM card tray available for my S7. This was a significantly more cost-effective solution than going through the Verizon Wireless store.Thanks again!

My mobile phone was not picking up my voice in talk to text mode or while on the phone. I could only use speaker phone mode for calls. I took it in and they repaired it in a couple of hours. I had to return though, because after the repair the screen kept rising up above the frame of the phone and not staying securely down, as it should. There was a gap and the interior of the phone was exposed. But they fixed it and now it seems to be fine. All in all, it was a good experience, very easy and also affordable. I recommend this shop for mobile phone repairs.

This place is excellent!!! Even though I got my phone fixed here 2 years ago, I still remember my experience being excellent! My phone which was a iPhone 5s was completely destroyed. My screen popped off the phone some pieces of the phone came off and it was bent. I came here hoping they can fix my phone and oh boy they did and excellent job I’m so glad I came here they fixed the phone within an hour. When I came to pick up the phone, I was shocked to see it perfectly good as new.

Took my $1000 phone in for a screen protector replacement, because I did not like the one sent with the phone.CPR gave me a $30 protector.It covered up my selfie picture hole, that previously had a hole that was uncovered.Now my selfies are cloudy.They also left dust and bubbles under the protector, when they put it on my screen.I asked for them to fix these problems.They said I already agreed to what they put on and if I want to fix it, they have a warranty, but I will have to pay another $10.I have ordered 3 new screen protectors from Amazon and will be going somewhere else to have my problems fixed.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!They are the ones who need CPR!

Went in needing a basic screen repair. They said the part would take about a week to arrive. For the $120 it cost total, they couldve opted to ship it a bit faster. I waited for the call they promised regarding the arrival of the part, since its supposed to be a same day repair, but never heard from them.I called in to ask how things were going and they couldnt tell me. The person in charge of my order was out for family matters, which I completely empathise with, but no one else at the shop knew the status of my order. I called again the next day, still nothing. After a couple additional days of waiting I was told the initial replacement screen was DOA and they ordered a new one. More waiting.It took 10 or so days total to complete the repair, and when I received my phone back, several settings had been changed, the performance of my device was significantly deteriorated, and the screen on my device had several dead pixels. I basically paid $120 to have them hold my phone for a week and a half, and return it in slightly better condition.Waste of time and money. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Cell phone repair has come so far and CPR has been awesome. I had to phones repaired in Northridge and thought Id try this location. They mailed it. Took it in late on a Thursday. Shant was courteous and game me a 5 day estimate. They called less than 2 days later at 2pm on Saturday. I picked the phone up from a very pleasant Emma and Ken did a great repair. With two great experiences Im gonna guess that all CPRs operate eat this level.

February 2018 my daughter dropped her iPhone 8 and cracked the glass. These guys are so honest and fast at repairs. The phone has worked perfectly since the repair. Today she was not able to have any gestures recognized. We werent sure if it was the glass or the phone. We brought it into them. They did a manual restart, which we did not know how to do, (volume up, volume down, press and hold the power button) and presto the phone worked. They could have taken us for a small repair fee taken it to the back room and fixed it, but they did not. These guys are honest!!

Fabulous Experience!!!I Stopped by the Encino Verizon store (where in the past, Ive had GREAT Service!) to have the cracked Glass screen cover replaced on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The guy I got today at Verizon, tried twice. Each time, there were obvious white particles left underneath the screen cover. He then said, We do our best. Here, take it home and do it yourself, handing me a new screen cover. I then stopped by the Studio City Verizon store. I took the new screen cover in, offering to pay any of the 3 sales reps just sitting there, to do it. Oh, We Dont Do That! But AMCPR was just in, and gave us cards. They DO ALL that type of work. I called AMCPR, and YES, they could DO it, and were Happy to do it! I drove over, and was Greeted Enthusiastically there! They applied the new glass screen cover Quickly & Perfectly! AND...They Were Exceptionally Personable & Friendly!!!AMAZING Customer Service!!!

I originally posted a 2 star review of these guys because I was annoyed that after spending 150 on a phone screen repair and some accessories, I took it home to find that the touch screen was wiggin out in certain areas. I took it back the next morning and the dude did not ask a single question or hint in any way that i may have been at fault. He happily took the phone, apologized for the screen, explained that every now and then a refurbished screen may not work properly but it’s hard to tell until it’s used thoroughly. It was replaced in 20 minutes and my phone is working good as new!! These guys really do rock and they really do seem very honest. Even gave me discounts on my accessory purchases. This is the first and only place I will go if i ever break my screen again.!!
