I would not recommend Adam’s for computer repair. They charged me $800 to repair two laptops & took at least 6-8 weeks to repair them. One of the batteries stopped working within the 60 days warranty. I returned it to be replaced, they took nearly 3 weeks to repair it and then charged me $125. I would NOT recommend Adam’s for your computer repair needs.

Great guys who have fixed my computer twice. And they have a good sense of humor. Honest. And timely.

I cant thank Ron enough! He brought my macbook pro back from the dead. Apple had told me they couldnt work on this specific model anymore (as if theyve ever been any help), but Ron told me not to worry and with just a few simple upgrades my macbook was running even faster than when I bought it! Highly recommend these guys for any repair service apple or pc related, if your standing in line at Melrose mac right now do yourself a favor and leave. They are useless.

Negative 5 stars. They lost/stole my labtop and didnt even try to contact me to fix the problem. Yes a year went by because you contacted me and apologized for not completing the tasks of the screen and battery problem after 2 months. Then when I followed up it still was not done apologized again and said to give you needed time to order the 2 pieces and that you would call me back once the unit was ready. I never received a phone call to notify me the unit was ready. Ive been very patience with you. No follow up with trying to identify my labtop. Ive text you with no reply. Ive called you with no answer. That labtop was my father last gift to me as he died from cancer. I trusted you.

These people are fantastic. Great service at reasonable prices. This is my third need for them in several years.

During this Pandemic, and stay at home orders, I was devastated when my computer stopped working. I thought Id go crazy if I couldnt find someone still open for repairs. Not only was Adams Apple open (albeit shortened hours) but they fixed my iMac and returned it to me in less than 2 days. I am forever grateful and now a devote follower. Thank you Adams Apple! I cannot recommend you highly enough!! You need your computer repaired? This is your place!!!

I have used Adams Apple for my Mac and PC laptops and Ive got the best experience with these guys. All of my computers work at its optimum speed and the turnaround was faster than Ive expected in both cases. My mac had an old operating system and slow hard drive which was replaced with SSD and theyve also upgraded the operating system and it feels like new computer now and the PC was scanned and cleaned with all the viruses and spyware and its running faster than ever.

Affordable, fast, and convenient place to get a mac fixed. These guys were vary helpful to me. They also repair PC computers, I have a PC and Im going to bring it here for repair soon.

Ive spill liquid on my Macbook and these guys were able to fix it for the fraction of the cost from what Apple was going to charge me. These guys were nice and honest. I would really recommend this place for any computer repair.

Great place for repair if you have a broken old computer. It could be new too, I dont know, but mine was little old and theyve fixed it pre quickly for a great price in the matter of time, they were fast and affordable.

These guys are vary knowledgeable and fair in price. They did an awesome job on my 2012 MacBook Pro. I had a bad trackpad, and they fixed it by replacing my battery in no time.
