Received my vehicle to rent from Hertz to drive for Lyft via their Lyft Express Drive and it ended up being of absolutely ZERO benefit whatsoever to me. I originally received the car and all was well but that same hour I realized my license plate on the actual vehicle DID NOT match the vehicle on my Lyft Driver app. I made them aware of this issue and they instructed me to return back to then which I did within that same hour and then the issue was fixed. Then that evening, the license plate in the app REVERSED back to the non matching plate. Unfortunately this occured over the weekend when I couldnt return the vehicle due to them being closed. I just finished returning it and after speaking with the representatives I asked for any refund or adjustment due to this enormous hassle and waste of my hard time. Then a man (maybe a security guard) approached me and instructed me that she will not be doing any refunds or adjustments and wants you to leave this property. I found that very very disrespectful as if I was the employee I wouldve told the customer to leave kindly by myself. I was positive, kind, and calm throughout every experience to get treated this way was absolutely unfair. 👎🏿
