The easiest storage experience I’ve ever had. Incredibly efficient, Omar at the office arranged the very specific unit that I wanted and hooked me up to my unit in 5 minutes flat. I Started moving things in immediately. I’ve had over 25 storage areas, this was by far and away my best experience. Great and easy. A+

After some soul searching for storage, I decided to rent from this particular location firstly for the late night access (9PM) and after meeting with Omar, the on-site Manager.The unit is as pictured, wooden planks which may be better than concrete floors (likely in outdoor storage or temperature controlled) as they may absorb some moisture. The ceiling height is over 8.5 feet high, enclosed by aluminumOne of the bigger concern I has about this location was it being non-temperature controlled and Omar assured me my belongings should be fine - which was confirmed upon the date of the move out.The hallways are well lit and clean, the unit inside was also clean. The building layout makes it easy access for a large moving van to easily manœuvre around for the loading. The elevator is a bit on the slower side especially if other people are using it but thankfully, I rarely clashed in schedule, day or night.All in all, I was relieved to have rented here, confident of the Manager Omar and his assurance, and in seeing my belongings upon move out in the same condition as when they were first stored!-----------------------------­--------------------­­­­--------LOCATION: Perfect in-between location from Downtown Burbank and the Burbank studios, less than 5 miles from Burbank Airport.SERVICE: Excellent communication with Albert, the Manager on-site, willing to meet the schedule outside office hours to adjust to the requests. Even during that late night fiasco, he was there to take care of what needed to be done, was attentive to the needs of the guests.PROS: For the price and location, you cant beat this rate! Add to the fact that the unit I stayed in was quite roomy and pretty clean, with no bugs (a surprise,I being located in the valley), this apartel gives you a great introduction to living in LA, I LOVED it for that reason, as I had lived in the Valley before and even managed a property twice this size. I felt safe (keypad entry) with bolt lock on the door. I like the privacy aspect of being able to come in and out. Oh and there is a laundry facility towards the back of the property with regular and large capacity washer and double deck dryers. The machines are from WASH, a commercial brand and seems to work pretty well. You pay via an App (no coins!) starting at $10 minimum (about $4-5 for a full load wash/dry - SO AWESOME!).CONS: So...the walls and floors are thin. I could hear my neighbors talking (perhaps their bed is against the same wall as mine) and my upstairs neighbors...well, aside from heavy walking (King Kong comes to mind..), moving furnitures (maybe chairs??) and the peeing (umm yeah)...it wasnt too bad. (Hence...4.5 stars out of 5).PRICE: Price is very competitive and superior to other rates. Remember, this is a apartment-style hotel so the interaction between guest and staff is a bit different, it just will not be like an everyday housekeeping clean and tidying up. They do have housekeeping and you can always ask for amenities with the Manager.-----------------------------­--------------------­­­­---------

! WARNING ! I had to throw out about $20,000 worth of items away because the place has !!!! BED BUGS !!!! Even if they spray the outside (not sure they do) it doesnt matter because all the locked units are open at the top so who knows what old bed bug infested mattress your neighbor through in there that has now infected your unit. It ended up being a truly traumatic experience and a complete waste of years of dedicated hard work.If you are a potential user please I beg you stay clear of this place, if your stuff is in there or if you know someone please get it out right away!Nightmare!I am going to need treatment for the trauma.

Even with all new storage facilities (fancier at that w all climate controlled units) and covid specials left and right, m loyalty remains with this specific Public Storage. My second home for 3 years +. I have seen so many improvements over the years and feel especially safe with Manager Omar who has gone above and beyond not just for myself for other tenants and staff I have seen on property. In this day and age, safety is KEY and that is why I highly recommend Omar and crew at 7521 N. San Fernando. That and the bathrooms and rest of property is always clean! If you need to store your items, this is the place!Omar, hands down has been extremely helpful twice! The prices are great.The site location is clean, the bathroom is clean and open for customers to use (I told Omar the restroom was low on toilet paper, he immediately replenished it-not just ignore the comment), the storage areas have lights with wide hallways, ample parking spaces (helpful because it gets busy), they have carts onsite (bring your own too because it does get busy on the weekends), and the main traffic isn’t too busy when getting in and out.

Wonderful location to store at. I rented here between 2018 and well, today. Omar was helpful throughout the last two years when I was going through a difficult time. He always returned my calls and always had answers to all my questions. We had to move out due to moving to another state otherwise I would have stayed. Kind and quality customer service all the way, I knew I new had anything to worry about. God bless!!

Looked at a few other locations and this was my favorite because of the cleanliness and overall upkeep. Omar was really helpful and accommodating, and also took time to make sure that social distancing was enforced. Really great communication skills and customer service and took the time to make sure that I understood the ins and outs of how everything worked.

I came to look for something and I found a mess inside the unit, first I thought that maybe was an earthquake or something falls down, I drove for 12 hrs and I was tired and I was not reacting but after few minutes I noticed that my welder was missing, I didnt want it walk inside to check what else was missing, I called the storage number and nobody answered ..I had to closed the storage and go home and wait till tomorrow Monday memorial day, that meant office will be closed too...TO BE CONTINUED

Angela was terrific. She was extremely helpful explaining everything to me. At first I thought I was going to have a problem. As the unit I had reserved had been given away to someone else. Little did I know that they were to upgrade me to a larger unit at the same price. The facility is very clean very easy to get in and out of even though it is fairly busy there people coming and going.

Ive been renting storage space at this location for quite a few years. It was always sufficiently secure, and theyve made additional aesthetic improvements to the facilities over the years. I appreciate most the kind professionalism of the staff...Omar is the best! :) ...and the fact that I am notified immediately if there is any type of incident or concern I should be aware of. The only reason I would give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the elevators (...they are just old and super slow) and there should be more of those palette dollies available for a facility of that size. 2 is not enough, especially on weekends and other busy times when there is more tenant traffic moving in and out. I would highly recommend this Burbank location to others.

Tad bit late but the service provided by Brian and Omar was totally awesome! They were very helpful during a very stressful time for me. The buildings are gated and the property is equipped with cameras so I immediately felt safe storing my belongings here. They have trolly’s available for use while the office is open and they have elevators and the restroom is very clean alsoAccesible, convenient, and clean. Friendly staff

I’ve been using this Public Storage for 4 years now and everyone I’ve come across has been very helpful. Omar has been taking care of us for the last year or so and his customer service has been impeccable. Used to deal with Heidy and her customer service was beyond great also. The entire facility is always clean and I’ve never had a problem with them not being able to answer my questions regardless of how minuscule they may be. Thank you for the great and attentive service. I highly recommend this storage to anyone who needs a little extra room in their home for both short or long term!!

The office attendant, Omar, was very professional. Parking is great. I have not had any problems since my family began storing here in late 2014. Moving carts are available and once you get the hang of the place, it’s easy to navigate yourself to your unit. Thank you

Overall very kind manager however, policies, the chain has in place for falling behind are very difficult to overcome unless you can pay full pass due amount they will not except partial payments. Please if you purchased locker C020 on Feb11, 2020 I am willing to pay for my personal items, clothes shoes, documents, photos, and anything else your willing to sell back, please contact me on this account. Photos, legal docs, flash drives they are not replaceable and mean world to me. God Bless! I hope no one else has to ever walk in my shoes to have to go thru this.

The staff (Omar) have always been great in helping us. You have access until 9:00pm, which better than other storage places in the area and the grounds are well maintained. They have free trollies during the day to help you move your stuff and 2 spacious elevators

Beyond satisfactory customer service! I make my monthly payments for another store at this Public Storage not only because it’s most convenient to my home location but because the service provided at this location is great. The manager already knows me and makes the task a quick and easy one.

Great first timer experience. The process was simple and smooth. Omar and Gaby were pleasantly welcoming. They made the process a delightful experience. The grounds are well kept and clean and the staff is very knowledgeable. Will be using them again in the future!

The staff at Public storage is great! Omar has been an awesome help to my husband and I. He is always available and ready to help. The place is clean and tidy.

Good access and decent price. Never many people there so parking and entrance is always hassle free.

I dealt with the manager, Omar. He was very thorough with everything and very helpful. The storage facility is not a brand new one, however it is just as clean and has just as much security. I care about my safety especially if I am there in the evening, and I care about the safety of my items. I do not have to worry about either at this location. The amount of space to pull in and unload is great! I am very glad I found this location.
