My teenage daughter got into a minor car accident not long after she got her drivers license. I was out of town and my husband was at work. I called Burbank Towing hoping that they will be able to get there as soon as possible. The guy I talked to on the phone said that they will be there in 25 minutes! He made it there in 15! Although there were only minor damages to the car, my daughter was completely devastated. My daughter said that the guy was very caring. He was able to get the car on the truck within a few minutes and they were on their way! My daughter said he was even successful in calming her down (a very hard task)! If you have a teenage daughter you know what I mean. The best part of their service is that the day after the tow, I got a call from their customer care department that asked me to rate their service. It is not common to find a company that cares so much about their customer and to go out of their way to make sure that we are happy. FIVE STARS!

I was coming out of the Cheesecake factory in the Sherman Oaks Galleria and saw that my keys are on the passenger’s seat inside my locked car. I called towing in Burbank, a company I used before for some emergency services, and they sent a driver immediately. The driver arrived within 25 minutes and was very polite. It took him just a few minutes to open the car. But this is not where my story ends. After signing the receipt and paying the bill, I go into my car and just my luck, the battery is dead. Fortunately, the towing company driver did not leave yet. He saw that I was stuck and offered to jump-start the car. It is so great to know that its necessary to has all the necessary tools and equipment to get you going and on the road again! This is the exact reason for why I continue to use towing in burbank. Small things they do, like the driver waiting for me to leave the parking lot before him really made a difference. I recommend them to everyone. They offer the best service with a reasonable price!

Impressive service. Extraordinary service. Five stars. I couldnt have been happier with a towing company.We were moving from California to Dallas. I was a bit worried about letting someone throw my car in a truck and haul it thousand miles away. I called Burbank towing after I saw theirs commercial online. Im glad I did. Brad was very courteous and seems to understand this about people.I think he is the owner of the company, but Im not sure. They treated the car with the highest care. Burbank Towing transported mainly high-end cars from the reviews I seen. Dont let that innocent you. They treated my Mazda like it was a $1 million Ferrari. It obviously means a super professional person do the job.Anyways, I was fascinated by the service, how I got updates along the way and most importantly, how they delivered my car on time, and without a scratch. I just wish my movers had been as good.

Wow, the most intense towing job I have witnessed! John Ghaemi helped me get my car out of a tight spot despite the fact that I had no key, car was locked, and the tow-truck could not fit in the garage. But that didnt stop him...he called for back up, and together they saved the day!He even took me back to my original location after dropping my car at the shop so that I wouldnt have to get a cab :)

I had to tow my car yesterday from Burbank to a mechanic in Encino. So I called Towing in Burbank to help me. The car parked in a very low parking structure in my building.Eduard the driver came to my building exactly at 6 p.m as we decided, because Ive been working till 5:30.His truck was in the right size to get in to my complex. In few minutes he hooked up my car and was on the way out. I drove him all the way to Encino.Eduard was very careful and driving very safe. There were some issues with my front left axle, so he some troubles unloading my car. He seems to be professional enough to handle it.In generally i was really satisfied from the service. The price was very reasonable and i havent been charged for the low clearance truck and the special tools Eduard used to move my truck out the parking structure. Hands down!!! The only company who picked up the phone at 4am in La Canada Flintridge. I called six different places after I got a flat tire on the I-2. Their night rate was a little higher, and they explained me everything over the phone. It was a scary experience, night, stranded on the freeway alone. All the cars are passing by at a high speed. I was so happy when the Burrbank Towing truck driver pulled over behind me. He replaced my tire quickly with his professional equipment, Im so thankful for helping me out. So if you get the stack like me in the middle of the night in La Canada area, you should call Burbank Towing, they are the best.

I called towing in burbank when I got stucked on th 5 freeway with my son in the back of the car. I was driving back home after picking him up from friends, few minutes before my exit on the highway, al the lights came on, and I sterted to loose power. Sme second when I felt I loosing the power I pulled over to the emergency lane. I asked my little man to look online for a roadside assistance company in our area to come and assist us.Truck from then came over to help us and took us to the fire stone. My car is still there, and they cant figure out what is the issue. From such a terribe expirience I came across of a really nice people, who provide excellent service, Towing in Burbank.

Horrible customer service. Impolite and unprofessional.

Gave me a quote of $65 to come fix a flat tire. After fixing they asked for $130 because of additional charges of having to touch the vehicle. They then did not answer my phone calls for the rest of the day. They are untrustworthy and con artists. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

The guy I spoke with told me $55 just to open my car door and when he got here he said $95!!!
