Burbank police impound. Try not to get your car there because it will be hard to get it out. 1st day of your car towing fees are at around $350. Lien fee within a week. And $60+dor each day. If your car is there 30 days, youre looking at about 2500 to $2700 to get it out. Dont give these people even a penny more and best that u get your car out as early as possible.

So my car was stolen through no fault of my own. The police recovered it, and had it towed to this lot. I had no choice of where it was towed, and wasn’t told it was recovered until two days later. I was told I could give them my title, or pay $350 to get my car back. The people were extremely rude, especially the lady. It seems like legal theft to me, on top of my car and my belongings being stolen, I had to deal with these people. They acted like I was in the wrong somehow, and I was trying to be reasonable, including paying for the tow. I don’t see why I had to pay for the storage when I wasn’t told about it. This is a total scam, and another reason the police should be defunded. Nice little extortion racket they have, I’m sure some of the proceeds go to the department. Honestly, you shouldn’t have to ever pay to get something STOLEN from you back. They are a bunch of scam artists and thieves

Look man, if you have to deal with an impound these guys are top notch. I know everyone hates them. But they have a level of professionalism thats lost in the towing industry. Also Ive never had any property stolen out of my car ever at Girard and PetersonCant say the same for Black-and-White.

As nice as tow yard customer service gets. The lady let me have a hot wheels and the reception area features couple of hundred vintage toy cars of all sizes and colours. One gets a free perusing of the collection included in the impound fee, awesome deal in anyones book.

I use Girard and Peterson to support my fleet of over 350 vehicles. They are fast, honest and professional. The drivers are clean and total experts in safe, on-time as promised deliveries. Their pricing is fair and transparent, I wish all tow companies could be as ethical and easy to work with.

Outrageous prices. Charging people who are not even at fault of the accident. And try to hand you options. That would be most convenient for them. Even though your in shock bleeding. I oppose. Thos and the city should put this place on check. $215 is way too much from north hollywood. To burbank. Other towing costs $80! Why are they trying to get money out of this.

Car was wronglfuly towed here by police i had just bought the car the same day i did not have plates but clearley a temporary registration sticker on front winshield paid 600 dollars just to get my car out still fighting these criminals to get my money back

A real GREAT place to have your vehicle at... when they come to take away your car or truck in the city of Burbank by BPD!!

Not good. Its a den of Thieves, robbers, and crooks. They literally take peoples cars away, set outrageous Towing fees and storage charges, and then in the most disrespectful manner make requests that you should hand over the keys so your car may be auctioned off to the highest bidder. It should be against the law.
