THE BEST. My engine started to rattle on the freeway, something definitely not right, being the owner of an ‘old car’ (1989 Isuzu Trooper) I felt it was transmission, I did a google search ‘transmission’ and Walt’s was a godsend. Took me in right away, fairly quoted a simple part replacement and 2 hrs needed… THEN less than an hour later I got a call, ‘fixed’. The mechanic found the bolt I needed off an old alternator they had in shop, replace the bolt and didn’t even need to do the full repair. Saving me about $150. Being able to trust a mechanic is priceless. Thank you guys! Forever grateful. Go there for sure 100%.

Yesterday my car was acting up. transmission warning light came on and I thought it was the end of my X5. Friend of mine recommended me this place to check it out. He said he had a positive experience with this place. I managed to drive it down there. The person who was in charge came out and took care of me. He checked the codes and told me the possible issue. He gave me a rough quote to fix it and i was amazed how cheap it was ($250). I gave him the keys right away and left. Next morning he called me and said it was ready. I went right away paid $250 and left. It drives amazing again. Thank you guys for being honest and professional. Im very thankful to you all.

I have a 20 car collection of vintage American muscle cars. ive been ripped-off by most of the shops around me. i took a car to Walt, knowing exactly what was wrong (to test him out). he told me exactly what was wrong, (just a adjustment), did the work and charged me $40.00.. an HONEST GUY!!! how did this happen??? hes my GO-TO guy from now on. he has a love for vintage cars and his knowledge of them is what make this the place for me. his shop also does other mechanical work. ill update as we go. what a rreliefe for me to find a trustworthy shop.THANKS Walt..

These guys are good. I recently bought a used car knowing the transmission was a little rough. Dealer was unspecific in the diagnoses, but of course suggested $1200 labor with an unknown parts amount would get it going. AAMCO said the whole thing was shot and a death trap, and $2500 or $3000 would do it. Walt was cautious quoting a couple of know issues with this tranny, but said diagnoses was not possible unless doing a service and pulling the pan. Once pulled, he still didnt see any broken nonworking things, but I said I understand, but with 100k miles on it, just do the rebuild and parts replace anyhow. Went to pick up the car, and Walt let me know the factory springs crumbled in his fingers. Its all back together and works great for less than any other qoute. Thanks Walt!
