Been with Allstate for over 20 years and last couple of years have been extremely disappointing.. I called and emailed to get a quote on a car and had to call the corporate help desk to get an answer. I have a claim open since March and still hasn’t gotten it resolved. Last year my brother was in an accident and within days the other insurance said Allstate had accepted blame and said it was his fault, Allstate never even called my brother to investigate and get his statement. When we called our agent he was no help, spoke to his assistants, he is never there. Had to call corporate to re open case and finally they corrected it and realized it wasn’t his fault said they apologized for the inconvenience.
Such helpful and nice people! Mark is the best and he really wants to help his clients. Highly recommend :)

Every time I connect with Mark Ismail he is always available. If he isnt, he usually gets back to my voicemail within 24 hours. Even Via email, Mark is responsive.He is professional and courteous. Mark has assisted me with my insurance needs for a few years now and has never disappointed. Glad to have Mark as my Allstate representative.
Horrible service. I have had Allstate for 48 years. Never been treated so poorly... Canceled Allstate!
