Im super late but I had to give Marissa Gonzalez a shout out!! This young lady was awesome. I was in and out the office and she gave me a few chuckles. I had many questions and she answered every one and stayed so patient with me. I complained about a different office not giving me a laminated insurance card cover and she gave me a really nice blue one for my new card and policy. I will definitely be making this location my go to from now on. The ladies in there are so pleasant, very professional, and quick! Keep up the great work guys! If anyone wants the best service I highly recommend Marissa Gonzalez. You will fall in love with her! Most definitely 5 stars from me!!!

I talked to Marissa about a few questions I had and she helped me with those questions and addressed questions I didnt realize I needed the answers to as well. She was a great help. It was nice to see that great customer service does still exist! She went above and beyond the minimum and was pleasant to speak with.
