A&G Towing did an outstanding almost impossible job when our trailer flipped on its side on Hwy 95 North just 15 miles out of Searchlight, NV. The ball hitch was totally bent, along with sway bars but Christian and Jack were able to get the Jeep free. Then they flipped the trailer right side up. They were conscientious, polite, respectful, hardworking, the best. Christian towed the trailer to Boulder City and helped get it as level as possible. Im so thankful the highway patrol called them for us. Thanks Christian.

On Easter Sunday evening, 4/4/2, while I was in Texas, our son contacted us that he was stranded on a highway in Nevada with a broken down truck. After much searching and several phone calls I came upon A & G Towing in Bullhead City, AZ. Our son, a Marine, needed towing to the base in 29 Palms. Denise was compassionate and wonderful to work with to book the towing. Our son was picked up by Jeff with A & G Towing and taken safely and timely to the Marine base at 29 Palms, CA. We highly recommend this company and thank Denise and Jeff for their help in this matter!

I did not personally use A & G towing, I was simply helping a guy & his family out. They got stuck in a dry wash way out in the desert, I came upon them still in the vehicle from the night before. After getting them help from the Mohave sheriffs Dept. and getting them into a hotel for the night, they called A & G towing (tip from a hotel worker) I believe the guys name was Bruce? not sure but he & his wife that came out on Christmas day of all days and got the truck out. He was incredibly skilled, they were both very nice people. If I ever have the need of a tow service, I will definitely call them.

08/05/ 2020Im not from this area, I only vacation here in the summer. I had a boat trailer tire literally come off my trailer. So no wheel on my boat trailer. Trailer is dragging on the ground on one side.They came out within like 15 min and put my boat trailer on their flatbed truck with extreme care and towed it to a local boat shop. We not easy. They were very thorough and took their time and did it right. Its not an everyday thing to do. The 2 gentleman were both very professional, nice, and made feel at ease about what they were doing. Very happy this company and these 2 guys were available to help me. Wish I had their names to mention here.

If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. DO NOT use this company. Sheriff recovered my stolen ATV and told A&G to take it from the thieves property. Neither the sheriff nor A&G bothered to call me to let me know they had my ATV. AG was required by law to notify me, but they didnt. I live 1000 miles away. By the time I figured out my ATV had been recovered a month or so later, the storage fees they tried charging me were 2x what the ATV was worth. How they can charge $thousands for storing a small ATV for 1 month is beyond me. In effect, this company stole my ATV again from me because they kept it, never contacted me despite having my number, and I never got it back. They were also EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. How this isnt thievery is beyond me, if I had the money and time I would be suing. They are using this technique to legally steal property from victims of theft. This company has no problem taking advantage of victims of crimes for their own personal gain, and they are a-holes about it to boot.

I am absolutely amazed at what a great job Bruce did getting my friends car out of the biggest pickle any person could be in. We needed a miracle and this was it. Bruce, you went above and beyond the call of duty and you have my sincerest gratitude. Your kindness and effort is true a rarity nowadays. Thank you.

Best service out there. Knowing what I now know and have experienced I wouldnt call anybody else in a 500 mile radius. Super professional, Timely, accommodating, Rescue Me and My tanker out of the hot Mojave Desert in the middle of the summer in the middle of the day 112 degrees on a Mountainside. Made sure everything was hooked up correctly and double-checked, no damage. Experienced excellent driver Steve !!! Great customer service. I towed my self on east coast for 6 years so I know what to look for. In a jam ? Call these folks, great equipment great run business, thank you guys for being the best !!!

Our Mercedes Benz e350 locked up the wheels, no start, no unlock, nothing. Called AAA and they sent Cole from A&G Towing. The vehicle was a pain to get on the flatbed as the wheels were locked in left position. Cole worked his magic thru determination and got it loaded. Wife and I jumped into to the cab and settled in for our long tow to Phoenix. Cole is an awesome driver, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. He made the long trip a pleasure. I will never again deal with a&g towing unfortunately. I cannot begin to tell you how rude the staff was to my husband and I. they towed my husbands motorcycle and when we went to pick it up it had a broken drive belt. A broken drive belt for his motorcycle cost $299 and when I tried to call and talk about this issue with them I have got nothing but lies from them. They always tell me I need to speak to a manager and that then they tell me that I can they can take my phone number but no guarantees that hell call me back this is been going on 3 months I have not received a call back not even a call to check and see if were okay being as my husbands motorcycle is his only form of transportation thumbs down to you a & g towing for not caring about your own community.

I had a theft at my home when I was out of the state. I had a homemade sand rail in my back yard and I had a squatter at my home approx. 1 week. He(squatter) had 2 young accomplices that ransacked my home and robbed me. My neighbors, 3 of them, all told me that A&G of Bullhead City towed my SR away. I go to A&G and right away Im treated like Im creating such a inconvenience by even asking about the towing of my property. Im asked about the vin# and nothing else, when I say it doesnt have one I get the law recited to me and incorrectly at that! I made it clear I wasnt blaming them I just want to find out where my SR was towed. They tell me they only record tows by vin# and I say well if they dont have one how do you account for them and I get the answer of we dont tow anything without a vin# so we didnt tow it I said maybe it was a favor and he said then the person would be fired and that was the end of their involvement in towing my sand rail from my home and if only 1/2 of what he said was true then A&G are the thieves, no doubt about it! I wouldnt trust them to tow any vehicle of mine because I hate liars and thieves more than anything and thats what they are, Im not giving my business to companies that aid in and promote theft!! One last observation, a bath once in awhile wouldnt hurt them and I would imagine might help whats lacking of any professionalism that the place and people have, one star was way more than they deserve!!

I recently ended up broken down just outside of Needles, and A&G Towing responded quickly. Steve was the man!! He got us hooked up and towed to a great shop in Bullhead. He then drove us to the store for supplies and then to our hotel. This guy went way above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. He even helped us locate everything we would need while we were here waiting on the truck to be repaired. Very professional and customer service oriented, and I cant recommend them highly enough!!

Am a 1099 employee and broke down while at work. A&G was the first on my list to call. Richie was a good guy. Dispatch was very respectful. The entire company is great! Got to me in less than an hour. And got me and the truck home in a good time and for a good price. If youre anywhere near Bullhead City, Laughlin, Needles, Yucca, or any place close, I recommend A&G Towing.

Want to let you know how impressed I was with the young driver who helped me on Saturday. Hollis aka Hoss was not only professional, but he even went out of his way to bring my coffee back to me after he realized I left it in the cab of the tow truck. All of this with a smile and good attitude while the rest of his comrades were enjoying their holiday party. Good job Hoss!!

I had to have a 1978 Plymouth Fury towed from my old storage garage to a new storage facility. The keys to the car had been stolen and I wasnt sure what my options were to get the car towed since it was stuck in park.I dropped by the office at A&G and the man running the Dispatch Desk told me he had an operator who could probably figure out a solution. I called A&G when I was at my old storage garage and they dispatched Clay who did an OUTSTANDING job. Clay lifted the front wheels of the Fury with his tow truck and then disconnected the linkage to the transmission and towed the vehicle out of the garage. Once the Fury was out of the garage he hooked the transmission linkage back up and then towed the Fury from the rear so only the front wheels of the car were on the pavement.I was very pleased with the service I received from A&G Towing. Great people, great equipment and very reasonable prices. Five Stars for sure.

On 9/19/2017, A & G Towing was dispatched to me via AAA. The young man that assisted in changing a blown out tire, was named Blake. He was so professional and caring. He made sure I was in a safe place outside my vehicle, while he did the job, gave me a cold bottle of water, and was just overall nice. I am a 70 yr old woman, and it was good to experience a young person, who still has manners and respect. This business is lucky to have such a good employee.

Had to hire this place to move a storage container. they charge 200 a hour which is high to begin with. They charge from port to port which is standard in the industry. When i got the 400 bill i questioned the times. It had it listed that it took 45 minutes to get from their location to when the driver got to the job site. The drive was less than 2 miles from their location. They wouldnt do anything about it. they knew they had me by the balls. I deal companies on Container moves all the time as i run a container business. Highest ive ever gotten was 150.00 an hour and that is rare. But other companies are honest with their times.

Thank you A &G for always towing when I need an assist. Very reliable, and with insurance or AAA the ETA is always earlier than expected and very nice people when they come out even for working all day in heat, thank you!!!!

This is my third experience in 9 years with A & G Towing and I couldnt be more pleased with their service! This last experience on Feb 9, 2018 shows that they go WAY BEYOND quality service. I was heading to Henderson, when about 5 miles south of Searchlight, I ran over something on the highway. By the time I was about 2 miles out my tire pressure warning light went on, so I pulled into a gas station and discovered that my rear tire was almost flat. Going thru AAA, A & G Towing came to my rescue in the name of Blake. He pointed out the I had 2 flat tires. He helped me and my 2 small dogs into his truck and proceeded to secure my Expedition to the flatbed and then drove me and my car all the way to Henderson. He was extremely pleasant, efficient and very careful with my vehicle. Kudos to you, Blake!

I wouldnt even give this company a star but in order to give a review I had to. We called our insurance company for road side assistance. This company was dispatched out. The guy has all the right information but said he didnt. Also our free service, he tells us its not and is going to charge us for either a jump or a tow. 6 miles. Instead the guy that shows up walks to the edge looks at our truck and says Im not doing it. When asked if scared his reply is no just not doing it. Leaves us at waters edge with river rising and drives away. He said he didnt have jumper cables or a jump starter. Really, a tow company without necessary tools in a area they are very familiar with. Needless to say a guy in a rhino with a jump pack starts us and didnt ask for anything. This company is shady and my insurance company has filed a complaint also.

MY CARS BATTERY KEPT DYING ON ME. I CALLED MARTIN SWANTY IN KINGMAN AND TOLD THEM WHAT WAS HAPPENING. I WAS ADVISED TO CALL THE HYUNDAI ROADSIDE ASSIST AND HAVE THEM TOW ME TO KINGMAN WITHOUT STARTING IT SO THEY COULD SEE THE PROBLEM. ANYWAY I GOT TOWBIE ON THAT CALL, AND I WANT TO SAY HE IS THE MOST KINDEST AND THOUGHTFULL PERSON I COULD EVER MET. I HAVE ISUES AND HE LISTENED AND WAS CARING. I WANT HIM TO KNOW I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL HIM, BUT I HAVE HAD NO LUCK.
