The staff inside were very nice and professional. The issue was with the staff performing the work. They were obviously on something. They forgot to reset my dash indicator light, forgot to put my hub cap on, forgot to attach my skid plate completely and left it hanging and left grease on my seat. They also tried to over charge me for tires. I had to take the vehicle to another mechanic the following day to ensure my filters were replaced correctly and fix the skid plate. Dont waste your money. Find a place that cares about their customers and hires quality help.

Normally a customer of a larger corporate brand when it comes to tires.. after sitting in the lobby at the other place for over an hour wearing a surgical mask(complete misery) I get told they don’t actually have my tires- I was to say the least quite irritated.Phoned Superior and the man David was super easy— told me he could get me in immediately and have me going in 30 minutes- and he had my tires in stock!!! He did exactly that!! He made my day much better by keeping the ship tight there- I appreciate professionals- Thanks David for your integrity in fixing the pricing and for knowing how to operate efficiently!!!

Not professional, very dirty amd didnt seem to care if they received my business. I chose to take my business elsewhere.

Got towed there for serpentine belt new clutch and fan water pump t-stat, drove it 9 miles overheated again, they couldnt figure it out telling me it was probably the head gasket. So I did my research found out they didnt replace the fan shourd. I told them it had one they insisted it didnt, well I ordered one pay someone else to put it on and its a miracle it doesnt run hot anymore. Charged me 2,000.00 for the repairs. What a let down on not knowing it needed the shourd.

Good work but charges 300 per cent on parts, as a lot due but 409. Gas pump when its 87. To 184. Priced online its a big increase on a minimal budget.

5 stars! I popped a tire on my way to work yesterday, and they literally got me in and out in 20 minutes and charged under $20 for a patch up. Went back today and decided to just replace all 4 tires and not only did we get a GREAT price, the customer service was spot on...both times! We will always do our business here. These guys really care about their customers!

Husband and I went in to get some belts changed and met Armando at the service desk. He was very kind and attentive right when we walked in the door. The job was done on a timely manner and the repair guys also ...very kind and informative to us about our RV. ATTN BOAT OWNERS : called for leaking trailer seal. Given quote over phone. Went in and was told to back in to bay. Go inside to waiting room, waited about hour, got bored so went outside. Tire still on trailer, so got a little upset but ok. They were busy so I said oh well. Employee asked if I am needing anything, I stated waiting for this trailer seal replaced, he said done, sorry we did not call you. ! What, you already done. Great. !!! Went in to pay and cashier gave me wrong price. I stated quoted over phone, he said I only needed seal so cheaper than quote. Surprise again. Fast and honest !!!! Cant believe it. And we made it home safely with no drama. Thank you superior tire crew. Will always go if trailer needs repairs in bullhead.

Sold protection for new tires purchased. After three weeks of purchase right rear tire blew out on hwy. Protection roadside service purchased would not honor contract unless I paid because I had no spare tire. New cars do not come with a spare. Manager of this store misinformed my husband of this policy. Do not go to this store. Dishonest management. Could of got better tires for the money somewhere else. Terrible terrible experience. Never Will I go there again. Inferior tire store. Would not give money back on junk protection policy did not care. Awful establishment. Update owner of this compay heard about my experience with his store and called me and made it right by giving my money back on the road protection service. I really appreciate this, plus he said he would be giving more detailed training to his service people. Thank you very much Superior Tire.😉

Had a tow truck drop my Suburban off here on a Friday night needing a new fuel pump on my way to an appointment in Vegas. I got a room for the night and hoped for the best in the morning.These guys got right on it..fit me into their busy schedule and really helped me out. Armando running the counter even offered to drive me to a restaurant.The best part is they were more than fair on my bill and didnt skin me when I was in a bad situation.Thanks you guys, for getting me out of a mess and back on the road.

Jon Simpson went out of his way to help us with this problem he called budget to ask for help but of course they wouldnt help. Seems weird that when you rent a car you have to pay for a flat tire even if you did nothing to cause it. Please give them your business, because they WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. Last month, Feb., I took my 2014 Ford Explorerto Superior Tire because of a wobble/vibration front and rear. Armando was very friendly and helpful. He had the wheels balanced, and said it was corrected. I decided and went ahead and purchased 4 new tires, and they were balanced and mounted (or so it seemed). Almost immediately, the wobble/vibration returned. I took it back, and was told it was a front end shaft issue that could only be corrected by Ford. I took it to the Ford dealer in Bullhead City, who found nothing wrong with the front/rear suspension/shaft area. It was a balance issue. I returned to Superior Tire, explained to Armando what was found, and he had the balance checked. The result was that the L/F was missing a weight, but was corrected and re balanced. A few days later, I towed the car via my Motor Home to Boise, Id.. After only 1 day of driving around town, the vibration and wobble returned. It was discovered by Les Schwab in Eagle, Id., that the rear wheels were way out of balance RR 4 oz. LR 5.75 oz. The front was also out balance RF 2.25 oz., LF .75. All wheels were balanced at a cost of over $63. There have not being any more issues with wobble or vibration. There seem to be a lack of quality control of the work performed at Superior Tire. I will not recommend nor visit this shop again.

We were headed out of town and the low tire pressure light came on. Went there first thing Monday morning and it was obvious they were busy. They still took care of us right away. What a great place!

Employees nice owner very Rude. Charged for parts they said would work and didnt. When we protested he said it was a lot of labor but they said the parts,an axle for our trailer would work because they didnt have the right one. How is this our fault? When asked for a refund of the parts at least he just charged 150.00 for a spindle we thought he gave us for all the delay and mistakes .We took it and had someone else weld it to our old axle. When we asked for a partial refund he said he hates us California Liberals. Wow! Weve been stuck here 5 days because of this. They said it would be done in one.

Were treated well by the manager but the owner was hellbound to not help. I took 6 sessions lasting from 1 to 6 days each for harmonic balancer, A/C and alternator work and several months. Each time we were told it was done when it wasnt even safe to drive. STAY AWAY, STAW FAR AWAY.

I called all around town getting price quotes for the tire we needed. Called Superrior Tire and was quoted $67.69. When they rang me up it was over $80. When I reminded him of the phone quote his employee agreed that was the deal on the phone, he refused to honor it and gave me some bs 4$ discount. Blatantly ripped off the couple next to me. This place is a joke. I have it one star because they knew how to fix a tire.

I purchased a new tire from this shop on a Friday afternoon before my trip to Las Vegas. The tire started losing air about 20 minutes into my trip. To make a very long story short, my 90 minute trip took nearly 6 hours including getting stuck in an area with no cell service and then eventually needing to call a tow truck to get home.The next day Discount Tires in Henderson, NV was able to fix the problem at no charge. I spoke with the owner of Superior Tire and asked for some sort of compensation for the time and aggravation spent due to this purchase. He offered me lunch. No thanks.Buyer beware. Their customer service needs a tune up.
