I get my oil changed here and they always do a great and thorough job. My car had developed a very loud rattling noise, sounded like metal banging on metal. Had several wannabe mechanics tell me all kinds of things wrong with my car. I took it to Rons Tire and they found a shield above my muffler had come loose, $52 and my car was fixed. Awesome job!!!

Hugh disappointment! I bought a set of tires from these guys a month ago, seemed like a good shop. I noticed that one of the tires had thrown its weight so I went back to Rons told the counter guy about it and he tells me it will be 3 hours before they can get to it. I said how about tomorrow even worst so I left and I wont be back either. To hold a customer up for 3 hours on a 5 minute fix that should have done right in the first place that just wrong.

I would recommend everyone take their vehicles there for all types of vehicle needs.

I had a warranty on tires not knowing how this warranty company worked I was informed that all anyone else has to do was look to see if they could order the tire I had then call the warranty. I was visiting from California, when I got a flat on Saturday. Well come Monday I went to a tire shop the AAA guy who put on my spare recommended. The owner never acknowledged me so, I called Rons Tire Pros, who just happened to be down the street from where I was at. He told me he had about 4 people in line, but told me to come on over and would take care of me as soon as he could. When I told him I had to get back home for something important, he said I would be out of there 45 minutes to an hour. Well he put someone on it right away, I was out of there in 20 minutes. We were on our way home from Spring Training in AZ when we blew a bearing and an axle on our RV about 10 miles from Laughlin, NV. I immediately got onto my phone and found that Rons Tire Pros were listed as highly recommended. I called and spoke to them and they said bring it on in and we will look at it. We left the RV with them and they had to order a new axle and repack all the bearings and install all new brakes. They were calling us to let us know what they were going to do and when it would be done. We have never had a tire shop update us as much as they did. Thank you Thank you Thank you. I would totally go there again if we had any problems. They were definitely our saving grace. Thanks again you guys ROCK :)

Have Class A rv. One inner dually would not inflate so stopped by told swing in the next morning and told where to park. Next morning showed up, parking space was clear Dann got a tech on it right away found poor design in factory valve stem extensions. Recommended hard line extensions to replace flexible braided line and quoted price. I approved, parts were delivered promptly and both inner tire were removed and hard line extensions were installed, found deficient portion of fake chrome wheel inserts and promptly repaired at no additional cost. So, drop in not on schedule, additional findings with excellent recommendations, additional repairs at no cost and all at a very good price for the work that went into it...These guys are good and if I wasnt moving on...this would be my go to shop for life !!

I have gone to Rons several times over the years, and I always get excellent service. They are quick, their prices are very competitive, and the warranty offered by Tire Pros is the best! Since I started going to Rons, I have not gone to any other tire place in the area.

Last year i needed tires on my truck. i shopped around as i am on a budget. i went to Rons out in fort mohave and they sold me a set of off brand tires. so far theyre holding up real good and theyre quiet and a great price! i had them change my oil and cleaned my kna filter. the service was great!! . yesterday i took it in to the bullhead shop for a oil change and rotation. great service there also. i had made a appointment the day before in the afternoon then i couldnt make it so i called Dan towards the end of the day and asked if any way i could get in the next morning at 10 and he made it happen - the service was great!! also i noticed in the bullhead shop they have all these military plaques. its good to see that they support us veterans. anyone at Rons that is a veteran thank you for you service see you in 5000 miles. I spoke with John on Friday about replacing the shocks on my rv.He quoted a price and said he could do it the next day...Saturday....between 1030 and 1100.I agreed .Saturday morning at 920 he called and confirmed the replacement shocks had arrived. I told him I’d be there between 1030 and 1100.And I showed up at 1035 at which time he said his mechanic had to finish a brake job and it would be about 30 minutes til he started on my job.I wasn’t real pleased about this but respectfully agreed to wait.An hour and 15 minutes later John brings a creeper out to start working on my rv.I asked where the mechanic was and he said he was going to do part of the work.I got the impression that he was stalling for more time for his mechanic to begin the shock replacement on my rv.John developed a non customer friendly attitude so I decided to not spend my $600 at this establishment.As a side note: I noticed that the part numbers for the 2 sets of shocks he had ordered were not the same as Monroe lists for my rv.I mentioned this to John and he said that there was a good chance that after removing my shocks they would have to “match them up” to possibly something other than the two sets he had there. ???Doesn’t give you the impression they know what they’re doing on a non complicated job.Update:Re: the “owner’s” response:How does your response help the consumer (me) in getting the job done?Answer: it doesn’t, your response is full of air aka BS.Most likely written by a 12 year old kid which would coincide with the way I was treated when I went to spend a considerable amount of money at Ron’s Tire “Pros”....NOT.KMA with your blessed day BS !

Was quoted 2 hours for cooling system flush (standard pricing) and the shop was understandably busy. Got my vehicle in the quoted time, service desk was very approachable. I will go again in the future.

Bought used tires on two different occasions and both after a week or so started slowly losing air, wasted money, constantly had to air them once a week. Good Vista is way better, got tires from them without any issue, better price also.
