I had the best referral to McNail Brothers. Their whole roofing crew was polite and professional and did a fantastic job. When they left, they had done a thorough clean-up so there was no debris anywhere. Everyone with whom I spoke was knowledgeable and helped me make the best decisions for roofing, i.e., type of shingles, color, and gutter improvement. Communication with everyone was terrific and I highly recommend this company.

We contracted McNail Bros. for replacement of siding on a portion of our house. Our 45-year-old old wood pressboard siding was warping in a few places and starting to rot. McNail Bros. wrote up an estimate that included replacing a portion of our siding, pressure washing the soffits, painting the parts that were replaced and the soffits, and replacing various other pieces of rotting molding and trim. They were AMAZING. They went the extra mile to find siding that matched our existing siding in shape, but is a much higher quality James Hardie siding. McNail Bros. did everything they quoted for the price they quoted, the job is incredibly well done, the color match on the paint to the existing paint color is exact, and they completed the job in three days. The supervisor came out when the job was finished and did a complete walk around the house with us to make sure we were satisfied. I pointed out a couple of dings that could have been done better, they came out the next day and corrected everything within an hour. Kudos to McNail Bros. for being a stand-up company that performs quality work.

Though it past few month since I moved, I own McNail Brothers a big deal .I was in process of selling my house and had 2 days to submit report that my roof is fine . It was August and very busy time for roofing businesses . I made dozens calls no success . Stress was enormous; single woman was selling the house, moving out of state for new job at West Coast etc .If I would not proof that my roof is totally fine the deal would fall a part or cost me a lot .Frank McNail was so understanding and responsive that literally squeeze me in their tight schedule to inspect roof of my house . Heat was unbearable especially on roof . Frank sent me report same day ! McNail Brothers received rave reviews from other members of my HOA. So when it came time to finally replace my original roof, I went with McNail. I was blown away at the level of service I received from consultation to installation to clean up. I have nothing but good things to say about McNail Brothers. They explained the install process, looked at some problem areas, were thorough explaining the various products being used on the roof. They came to install the roof when they said they would, took their time (install took over a day - they didnt rush to try to finish in the dark so they could finish in under one day). Any issues that I had post installation were quickly and easily resolved. Most importantly, the roof looks fantastic with the proper products and materials to insure it lasts for years. And McNail Brothers stand by their work with a warranty (which can be transferred to the next owner). I highly recommend this business.

McNail Brothers inspected our roof for free, when we thought it was damaged in a wind storm. They replaced two shingles for free, so when we had more damage over a year later, we knew who to call. They did a great job, on time, on budget, cleaned up, and Worked with our insurance company smoothly. That was 2014. No problems then or since!

Let me first start out by saying, that i do not write many reviews. I first met the McNail Brothers about 6 months ago when they were replacing the siding on one of my neighbors house. i stopped and talked to them and got a business card incase i needed any work done. They did a great job on my neighbors house, it looks fantastic.Recently i was in need of some minor roofing repair,most companies would not even come out tolook at it because it wasnt worth their time.Frank is awesome, he had a crew come over after they had finished a big job in the area, they fixed my roof and it looks great. This reminds me of old fashion small town customer service, that is hard to find these days. We I have a complex roof in Midtown Atlanta that needed multiple repairs, custom skylights, gutter screens and entailed working around a Koi pond. The McNeal team, led by Manager David Blue, did an outstanding job in coordinating all aspects of the work, cleaning up the worksite, and attending to details including perfect application of flashing, repairing rotten wood in the soffit, and installing screens in the crannies of the roof that the squirrels like to nest in. When it came time for a new roof, I received several quotes to complete the job. McNail brothers had come highly recommended so I decided to give them a chance. The team was very professional and the price was really reasonable. I decided to go with McNail Brothers and they did a really great job and the crew was very professional and friendly.Fast forward a few years and I needed to have some facia and soffit work done that I had been putting off. I got a few quotes and McNail was once again the best company for the job. We first used McNail Brothers to have some roof repairs done a few years ago. We were very impressed with the quality of work and the fact that they cleaned up all debris and took it with them once the job was complete. We then had roof damage from a bad storm that came through in 2013 . We immediately decided to give the job to the McNail Brothers because we knew we could trust them to do an excellent job. This morning high winds brought a branch down from one of our tall pines and impaled the roof! Needless to say, I immediately called the McNail Brothers. They were at the house within a couple of hours and the roof is repaired and looks like new! Thank you so much McNail Brothers!
