Please don it work with this company. They dont communicate issues. They dont finish the jobs. We contracted simple work for attic repair in July. It is now October and this is still this project is not done. The only thing good about this is the crew that completed the window replacements. They were on time and done in one day. The other contractors they use are just as terrible as they are. if you want a business that doesnt care about professionalism, project completion or time management please call them. They will be more than you can handle. Again, terrible company

The overall on ordering the windows was nice and simple they came and showed up the product and told us what they were going to do and how it would be done before hand. We have talked to a couple of different window companies before them and we feel like we got the better deal with them.My fiance was the one that was there when they were there to do the install. He told me they were quick for a 2 man team and they were very nice and considerate to about our cats. We had 6 windows installed and a bay window.

Warning. I was cheated by this company, They showed up a month late, did bad and sloppy work, then took their final draw on credit card without my approval. They did not finish the job, or use the materials they agreed to use.No one ever came out to inspect the job.They left trash all over my yard.I called the sales person that sold me, and he had quite working for them.They damaged my gutters, damaged my roof, spilled paint on my driveway and roof, put siding up with back side out, put siding up that is not level, they didnt replace all the damaged siding that they agreed to. They used nails for outdoor siding that was rated for indoor use.I will have to hire another company to repair the damage they done, and cleanup their mess. What a stressful mess, this is the most dishonest company i have ever done business with.Warning again, I would not use this company, or give them a credit card number. They are crooks.

Im changing my rating because they sent me my refund and I got it today. I want to thank them for helping me. They stayed nice and respectful even though I did get ill. Ill give them 5 stars when we see them about paying in full for the work. Thanks for the consistency and willing to fix the issue. Apparently it was a problem with the mail so Ill send my apologies to the company and a big thank you for fixing things

We hired Craftsmen Contractors to reside our house. After selling us the job they did keep us informed of the month and half delay as our product was special order. After that, we heard nothing from them until the job was complete and they wanted their money. They had promised to be on site when the crew arrived, they were not. They promised to check on the job along the way, they did not.There was not enough product ordered, we worked with the manufacturer. When I asked Craftsmen Contractors they had no answers.The incorrect product was ordered, when I ask Craftsmen Contractors they had no answers.The crew which is just a local sub contractor was great to work with but there was absolutely no value in hiring Craftsmen Contractors.When constructive criticism was given they became very agitated and rude.Find a good local contractor and stay away from Craftsmen Contractors.

The job went fine except they couldnt install the downstairs windows completely so they said Id get a refund. Also, one of the windows was broken so they said they would be back out to reinstall. We havent heard from them in weeks and wont return calls. I called again today. They said Keith was having personal problems and he was the only one who could help me. WHAT? She said I could talk to an owner but they were all in meetings. Im getting the runaround and they have my money. They really give a good sales pitch but in the end dont deliver what they promise.

This place does not stand behind their work. After doing a poor job of installing, my window leaks and this company will not come back to fix it. They also don’t return phone calls!

I got 16 new windows from Craftsmen contractors 1 year ago. They asked me if I wanted to have my blinds reinstalled after they were done. They drilled holes for the blinds right in my new vinyl window frames. When I took down the blinds to put up new ones I noticed the holes. I called and ask them to fix the situation I would rather buy a partial refund or redoing them. All they would do was put caulk in the holes. Joel the owner was really nasty to me and told me I was stupid for thinking there was another way to hang blinds. They are real jerks

Very disappointed. FACTS: My husband and I were sold two services. Window replacement and attic insulation services. The windows were replaced. They look great. The crew was in and out. That is why I gave the 2 stars. The attic work however has been a very long process in which we have been given times to expect a crew to come to our home only to have no one show up. That happened twice in one week. This project started at the beginning of July, its still not complete. This is what we are paying for: removal of existing insulation, replacement of insulation, some type of attic shield, and new attic doors. They have often come on the weekends ( which keeps us from family outings). We are still going back and forth about when the work will be completed. They use a lot of 3rd party contractors. They have no consequences. What can we do but wait. The work isnt finished and we have no idea when it will be. Save youself the trouble.

Initially took some weeks longer to get our siding project started than promised by the in home representative. The person that contacted us from the call center to check on job progress and concerns obviously did not know the job hadnt started yet so the four times he called were annoying more so than gave the intended feeling of support. However, once the project was started, progress was satisfactory (although it took longer to complete than quoted). The workmen (including the female supervisor/foreman) were very professional. The finished project was great. Cleanup outside was thorough. We were very happy with the outcome and would recommend the company.

Stay far away from this business as far as you could. We were sold by the first contractor that we met and was promised that our windows would be done with a week at most. However, its 8 months later and we still cant move our bed back into the master bedroom yet. We signed the contract back in end of Jan 2018, the windows got done in end of Jun. Couple weeks later, we found water leak on the ceiling (the same reason we needed to replace the window in the first place). Anyway, we contacted them and twice....Twice! they promise to send someone out to take a look but we end up spending both Saturday at home waiting from 12-4 but no sight of anyone. OUr mistake was choosing to work with this company and bigger mistake...paid them in full before they complete their work...

Craftsmen window installers and the company it self have more then succeeded are expectations. The Windows have already lowered the energy bills in the house. This has been the best investment we have made so far to our home.

After deciding to go with the windows.They was very personal and professional.They came out that morning and installed them cleaned up behind themsleves.I didnt have to clean up anything or clean my windows.Am so pleased with my windows and the company that I used. If anyone is in needed of windows I recommend you use them. Thanks Craftmens! Jodi Austin

Wow! What an appalling experience!!!! Searched the web looking for a local buisness to replace 17 windows in my home. They phoned twice to make the appointment and talk about financing - told them it would not be financed, my parents were helping me, so Id be paying in full. Came the next day. I chatted nicely, with the sales rep while she measured the windows in my house. She then said she needed ten minutes to write up the quote.....alas she returned and told me that she she couldnt because her boss told her she had to speak to all people financing the window replacements!!! I pay the mortgage, have my name on the deeds, pay all the bills, etc and have done for nine years - which she knew.....but because Im lucky enough to have generous parents who dont live in my home - the company would not give me a quote!!! What year are we living in where a single, divorced, 47 year old educationalist woman cant get a free quote for their windows to de replaced?!?!?! That would be CRAFTSMAN!!! Stay clear folks!!!!
