Lester was great from beginning to end with the process of me getting an Apple Watch & AirPods. He went a above and beyond to exact customer service that was insurmountable! He greeted me promptly upon entering the store, took my time seriously and made sure I left a satisfied AT&T customer. My Experience at this store was phenomenal, Customer Service was Excellent. I went in and scanned the QR code and received a text message showing me I should be attended within 5 minutes. Indeed little before five minute Chris the store manager got me and said Joseph will help me with whatever concern I have. I was in to get an upgrade done. First of all I want to tell you Josephs manners in approaching this sale was very fantastic. He was not pushy he clearly explained all my options and I decided which route was going to take. He was very humble, attentive to my concerns and matched me with correct services. In my book Joseph went above and beyond serving to my needs. He was soft spoken and was very knowledgeable in the products he had to offer. He is A1 employee and should be given recognition in how he demonstrated his exceptional abilities in dealing with my situation. I upgraded the phones with no issues. Joseph indeed has to teach other folks how his style works best with approaching the customer. He could become an exceptional trainer who will make this store No.1 in this region. Im currently at the store having to leave this unfortunate review. My brother bought me an iPhone from a different corporate AT&T store. Turns out, they gave us the Pro Max instead of the Pro. We came to his corporate location to initiate an exchange and immediately we were faced with a rude associate, Melanie, (curly hair in picture) with absolutely no sense of willingness to help. With her condescending tone, she kept repeating over and over to my brother and me that there was going to be a restocking fee. We get it but it would have been nice to have a friendly tone and try to get us some help on a manager/ supervisor level (which was what we were asking for). The manager, Romaine, came out to help us. No formal apologies about his associates behavior & still have to pay the restocking fee. No trying to go a little bit above and beyond to have corporate at least try and waive the restocking fee.Message to corporate AT&T: If you are in the customer service business, and your employees dont have the foundation or baseline understanding of how to handle difficult situations, maybe they need additional training. Or shouldnt have been hired at all.

Excellent customer service.The staffs are super helpful and friendly;they are willing and to answer the most foolish of your questions 😁.They offer great deals on mobile phones and other accessories.Did I mention,they don’t charge installation fees when you sign up as a new with fiber 100 to fiber 1000 on Direct TV .The environment is super accommodative with soft comfortable chairs and large screen displays to make you feel at home 🙂This office is located right next to Starbucks and across the street from Verizon !
Melanie has taken care of all my accounts as well as our family for at least five years. She is very proficient and professional in representing AT&T with their brand. I was in the store earlier today to add another IPad to our corporate account, and she makes the process painless. I would highly recommend her for any of your wireless communications needs.

This is not a review of the store. Sure they are nice. An AT&T rep convinced me to swap from Verizon. They promised me new phones, 1500.00 in bill credits, and a 25% educators discount. I told the agent I only wanted to upgrade 4 of 5 lines sad she convinced me to go ahead Port my lines and then wait until after the apple of it and the iPhone 12 is released to upgrade all of my lines in one time. I asked are you sure I’ll still be eligible for the upgrade and she said yes. So I ported my existing lines. When I went to upgrade the lawn Tuesday they said I was not eligible. They said the only way I can get new phones must to get new lines. I got new lines but then I didn’t get my 1500.00 dollar bill credit and my new bill was 400.00 not 172.00. Needless to say within two days a swap back to Verizon and kicked to AT&T to the curb. AT&T is useless. That quick swap cost me over $400 and I had to trade in my ok’d 8plus and they kept that. Never again. If I were wealthy I would file a class action lawsuit. I know I’m not the only one that’s been lied to by AT&T.
To the supervisors of this corporate location,I visited on 3.7.21. Only to be met by Melanie who was very unwilling to help our situation before we even finished explaining our reason for the visit. Furthermore, attempting to dissuade us in our efforts to receive the support we needed due to her lack of desire in providing customer support. Not only is she rude and dismissive she has no qualifications to work a simple entry level service job with her attitude.My visit with att corporate location at Cumberland was friendly and professional. However, they provided me with the wrong phone. We visited the Mall of Georgia corporate location to get the situation remedied. My experience here was the very opposite of professional service. We should not be treated with annoyance as paying customers with ATT for over 15 years. Never has this happened before.I was forced to call the Cumberland location because of Melanie’s unwillingness to aid me. I was told by the representative who aided my initial sale would leave a note stating the error and restocking fee would most likely be waived as a bill credit. Simple. Understandable. And most of all personable. This is the service I’m used to from ATT.I was passed off to Romaine who stated he is the manager. Refused to provide a business card and simply wrote his name on a slip of paper. Then tried to justify his associates behavior through insulting my intelligence on what good customer service was. Had to repeatedly explain to him that the problems we had were not due to the att policy of charging a restocking fee, instead the rudeness and inappropriate behavior. Yet, still remained unapologetic and arrogant.Please review the employees at this location and notice why your reviews are only 3/5 stars. I’m sure it would be worse if customers could provide 0/5 stars as a rating. Unfortunately, I have to give at least 1. Very disappointed not only in ATT but in Melanie and Romaine for not understanding the human condition.

Wow!Beware, do not give you name and go sit outside or in you car. They will take you name say you are number 2 in line. Then they will not come get you. Worst service ever,Good news, T-mobile and Verizon are just down the road and they have much better customer service.
I waited for 30 minutes in my car for someone to come help me because this is what they said they were doing. No one came out and I had to leave for another appointment. Also noteworthy when I was greeted at the door I saw other customers being helped inside the store. This seems like a very unorganized way of doing business and not at all good customer service.
If you need assistance at this particular AT&T store, we highly recommend asking for Melanie Bolen. Or better yet, call and make an appointment to see her. She is an extremely helpful and knowledgeable rep and will respect your time by being efficient. She has assisted us several times now when we were adding lines or needed a phone upgrade. I have visited this store numerous times and always have had great experiences. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this last visit. Granted I typically never leave a review however, when I have a negative experience I most certainly will. This morning I visited the store to upgrade my sons phone. I worked with Melanie, when I say she may be the most unfriendly human Ive come across, I mean it. That may even be an understatement. She seemed to act like I was a hassle to deal with and made me feel somewhat worthless when I was asking questions. She then has the audacity to answer her phone in the middle of our transaction and what appeared to be talking to a new customer by the looks of her asking for address and private info right in front of me. Im assuming AT&T employees work off commission and Im not sure if certain sales pay higher or not. If I ever return to the store I will specifically ask to not to work with Melanie. I recommend you all do the same.

I bought a phone and it was defective, they refused to exchange it and tried to warranty it for a refurbished one. I waited for an hour while the person I was supposed to be working with helped everyone but me. After an hour of watching him help other people I asked for a manager. The manager said he didn’t know how to fix or help the situation and if I wanted further help I could speak with the person I was already dealing with. An absolute waste of time. This AT&T store is just ridiculous and the “manager” is a joke.

I walked in with an idea of which phone I wanted to upgrade to and needed it done fairly quickly. Romaine was sent over to help me and he was great. He understood I didnt have a lot of time so he didnt spend it trying to sell me additional services or products which I really appreciated. He was also easily able to answer all of my questions and give great recommendations.
Came in to dispute a charge that had accumulated over a few months AFTER our contract was done. The bill was for almost 300 dollars and when we went to speak to a representative he was rude and unprofessional and for every question we asked related to the bill and why we had it he said I dont know (his name is Maurice) and could not explain how after the phone being off for months we were still being charged and said that just because the contract was up didnt mean that they were going to stop charging us EVEN THOUGH the phone had no service. So I tried to dispute it with a pathetic excuse for a manager named Grey or Greg and was also rude and unprofessional towards me. I asked another employee to see the store managers business card as I was walking out and she went to Grey to ask for one. He refused and made me come and ask him and again refused to give me the card claiming to be the store manager (although another employee insured us he was not) Ive never in my life seen such unprofessional employees. No wonder you people have less than 3 stars. This place is a joke.

My first review!If you enjoy circus shows, you should come to this AT&T store. I came to this store 3 separate occasions and had memorable experiences for all of them. FYI I came to trade in an old iPhone.For my first occasion, I came to this store around 8pm to get an estimate of an old IPhone 8+. As I am writing this, Google shows that the AT&T closes at 9pm. One of the employees told me that the store was closing soon and couldn’t get my estimate because it would take roughly 30 minutes (if you do the careful math, it would be around 8:30pm). Not to get ahead of myself, but on the third occasion, it actually only took 5 minutes. So it was nice to know that my estimate request got somewhat denied and wasted my time coming here.My second occasion was with this employee. We’ll call him Larry because I don’t want to expose him and seemed like a pretty decent guy. So I brought my old IPhone 8+ to get an estimate again. He brought up a $300 trade-in promotion for the iPhones that seemed great. I had a small crack on this old phone of mine and showed him because it concerned me thinking that the value would go down. He looked at it and said that I would still be able to trade it in fully for that $300 trade-in promotion. It sounded great and I told him I’d come back to him sometimes this week to get a new phone.My third occasion was great too. I came across this employee (sadly I didn’t ask for his name but we’ll call him Richard) since Larry wasnt there. I mentioned the offer that Larry told me about and Richard told me that this $300 trade-in promotion that Larry brought up ended roughly 3-4 weeks ago. So that was a bummer since I found out my phone was only $90. I ultimately decided to just not get a new phone after all this.Overall, I had a memorable experience and hope to never leave a review better than this one. I learned that people aren’t liable for his or her own words. Come by if you want a good time though.
The young woman that helped us was very good but we had a problem with one of our phones so I took it back the next day. A different girl waited on me and told me to file a claim and wait for part I needed all this happened in less than 24 hours why couldnt she just get a new screen protector from stock and fix it
This store has given me great, quality service in the past. However, this time the individual helping me, Anthony, made me feel really uncomfortable. He barely spoke to me the entire time, and added the extra insurance to my plan without asking me. I’m not looking to be treated like a queen here, just a human being looking for help to get a new phone.

What makes it even more unprofessional that a rep went to the person THAT CAME AFTER ME then asking who came in first. I have always been one in customer service whoever came first goes first unless TOLD BY CUSTOMER OTHERWISE. I rather go back to T-Mobile where customer service is treated better. I wouldn’t come here for help or services.

Anthony was very nice, so this review, unfortunately, has nothing to do with him or this specific location.When we signed up for AT&T home internet over the phone, the representative added on phone service that we expressly refused. Multiple phone calls (hours on hold) resulted in the issue not being fixed, so I went to the store hoping they could help.Anthony was very kind to stay with me while we called customer service together. All told, it was about an hour on hold until we were matched to the right department. In the end, that repsentative also told me that there was nothing he could do to fix the problem, but that I needed to wait a few more days and then call back. At that point, the new representative should be able to (magically?) fix the problem.The root problem is that cramming undesired services onto telecommunications bills is an illegal practice going back to the 1980s. For many, including AT&T, it is a standard business model. The fines are nothing compared to the money that can be made from duping customers who dont scrutinize their bill and then spend the time to accomplish the herculean task to fight off the charges.The best part for me was being told that if I just wanted to pay for the services I never ordered and close the contract, there would be a big early termination fee. It was at that point, I gave the phone back to Anthony (who was, did I mention, a really stand up individual) and left the store.Tl;Dr all the other stories you hear about AT&T being horrible are true. However, this particular store is no reflection on that.

I have never dealt with a company that is so useless and never takes responsibility. I was told by att to take paperwork up to corporate store to show i had returned the 2 phones bc for some reason there system does not show they were returned. Already upset bc since switching I have been at store in person for 30 hrs and over 12 on phone to fix what was promised by att. I finally get a great employee on phone she promises to fix it all. But to take paperwork back to store to show the return so they could send to main office. I was told that they had no where to send when got to store and that I would have to go back to store where originated. Told them that I was not that this is where I was directed by customer service. I was asked to leave bc I was a little upset bc I had to drag my 1 yr old out to do something that should have already been done. I am sorry but no one what so ever should go to att. Spent 1 hour trying to switch to the credit plan (not prepaid)They were not able to pool my CS.After 40 minutes they were able to pool it, but their app hanged. (which means another 20 minutes to pool CS).I asked can I do by my self on the internet and they said yes.Actually it is not. I have to go to meet them once again.I expected better service from this company.
ASK FOR SERITA!!! She is amazing!I was having an issue with switching a number on one device on my acct to another device on the same acct. I was told by a clueless associate at another store(another area) that it wasnt possible, she actually didnt want to go through the process.Lo and behold, I came back to Serita because she was so helpful in the past. Bad customer service after sale was made. Throughout the upgrading process, Britt was very helpful and felt like she was working to get us the best deal. But I still would not recommend going here. Went to upgrade 3 phones on our account to new iPhones. Was up sold extra screen protectors “guaranteed” to not peel up around the edges. Two of the three phone protectors seem to be working fine, one was peeling and bubbling around the edge. Went back the same night, was told to wait and the protector would fix itself. Went back the next morning, they replaced it “as a courtesy”. Within 5-10 minutes, the replacement was peeling. Went back for a FOURTH time, was told there’s NOTHING they could do. They wouldn’t return it, exchange, offer something else. Also, the prices here were DOUBLE AT&T’s online prices for accessories and cases.My solution for the protector—call the ZAGG company line. Was justified that it was probably the iPhone had a curve or bend in the screen (again, was a brand new phone and was told at the AT&T store that there was no way that the phone could be curved when asked if that could be a reason the protector wasn’t sticking properly). The company is replacing the screen with one that has more flexibility and should actually fit correctly on my phone.Would not recommend going here. Just order online and buy accessories through other sites.

Had to go in there and buy a phone unexpectedly due to mine crashing. I went in needing help and was treated pretty rudely by some female I wish to God I would have caught her name. I left But then A-day later I had to have a phone so I went in and talked to a guy named Jonathon of who actually was polite and seemed to care while selling me the S9 plus. Went back yesterday with a concern and some other girl representing her self as the manager was equally as rude as the first girl. She basically talked down to me a acting as if I was an idiot and just offered me a refund on the screen protector to get me out of the store. I witnessed she did the same to a lady looking for her missing charger. I truly wish I could review the guy Jonathon that sold me the phone as he would get a 5 star but unfortunately it is for the store.
Wow, where do I start? Every single employee that I have come into contact with has been beyond incompetent. You sent us three separate bills in three days, so I came in to this store to get to the bottom of why this happened. The white guy with the knee brace (did not get his name) should honestly be fired ASAP. He could not answer a single question, lied to our face, and the only solution he had for us was dialing customer service and standing there (not sure if its arrogance, laziness, ignorance, or a combination of the three). Unfortunately, we cannot move on to a better company because of our contracts. The day we are released from AT&Ts tremendous incompetence will literally be the happiest day of my life.

Frustrated with the customer service. I received an iPhone X in the mail from them and tried to activate on my own. There was an issue with updating the OS and so it began a restore, then update. The phone had an unexpected error and would freeze during the firmware verification.I went to the store since I didnt even have a working phone after the new phone was activated it disabled my old one. While they were able to change the sim card (essentially reactivating my old phone), they did not offer any other solutions other than take it up with apple. I just bought a 1,000 dollar phone from you not but 4 hours ago and it isnt working and you dont have the decency to take it back?!? Instead you put the responsibility on the customer to make it right. I hate that there is a lack of better options out there for cell phone providers.ATT customer service at this location is hot garbage.
