ProTech is the absolute best. I literally called on Thursday afternoon and had an appointment for Saturday morning at 9am. My inspector Kellen was wonderful. He did my one year warranty inspection and lets just say I am totally happy I did it. Without his knowledge and expertise I would have never known about the more technical issues going on in my home. Because of his report I am now able to go back to my builder with things that needs to be fixed prior to my one year builders warranty being up. Very thorough inspection 61 pages to be exact. I was able to schedule within 3 days and Kellen showed up 15 min early despite traveling 2 hours with a time change. We had our new construction home inspected prior to closing. Our inspector found multiple issues that we had the builder fix including broken joists in our ceiling frames that had not been properly repaired. He also found issues with leaks around fittings under sinks that could have resulted in damage if not repaired. This inspection paid for itself many times over with the repairs that the builder will now fix and the potential damage that could have occurred. I strongly recommend ProTech Home Inspections prior to closing on any home that you are going to purchase.

I am a disabled veteran who purchased my first home for my family of 5 back in July 2020. Protech was the inspectors my realtor suggested I use. If you use them, make sure you arent away on vacation like I was. Be there and make sure they are doing their jobs. On day 1 of getting moved in we noticed a big sink hole in the hardwood floor in the kitchen. Most of the interior doors and exterior doors do not shut flush, the electrical problems with the garage door im dealing with now was the last straw and why I am finally writing this review. Protech locks you into a 600000 page contract so my grievances will probably be dismissed. Hopefully I can help someone out. Either 1 monitor them and ask questions during the inspection or 2 find a more honest home inspection service.

I found this company online. I was able to speak with someone and setup an appointment immediately. They communicated what things would be covered and the fee. I was sent information to confirm my appointment and a welcome letter. I was also sent an invoice and a link to pay online. The day before inspection, I was contacted for a reminder. The day of I received a text message from the technician that he was en route. I was able to pay online during the inspection and received the report within two hours after completion. The technician Kellen walked me though his findings which were really helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a home inspection.

My home was inspected by this company that the buyer choose. Not sure if the buyer picked this company themselves or if their realtor referred them but either way they did not leave my home the way it was when they arrived. Not to mention this inspection was done during the pandemic, based on how they left my house I’m not even sure the inspector was wearing a mask or gloves. Mind you, my home has been professionally cleaned prior to listing my home and it went under contract pretty quick. Prior to each showing, we made sure the house was show ready! After the inspector left, my AC was turned back on but not the AC fan. So in 90 degree weather it was 76 in my house when I arrived back home! I have a 9mth old! But inspector claims on their card that they leave after each inspection that “it was left to original settings.” No it wasn’t. Also, dirt was tracked all through my home including my garden tub!! Again, I have a 9mth old that is a crawler! I’ve called this office twice, manager not available, left a message, never received a call back and it’s been 2weeks. I’m a real estate agent myself and I’ve never heard of this company and now having experienced them, I will not recommend them to anyone.

This company did not inspect my property thoroughly. Among other things, the plumbing was reversed (hot was cold and cold was hot), the air conditioner was tested but the inspector got the insulation caught in the fan so it cost me $350 to have an air conditioning company fix it. The bathroom fan did not work. There is no electricity going to the back of my property. I had to spend $675 to get the plumbing fixtures fixed because the faucets were not attached to the wall in 2 of my bathrooms. This included having to cut out 2 walls for two separate bathrooms. Furthermore, they were dishonest about the communication between me and the company. They were supposed to produce emails that were sent to me regarding the appeals process that were not sent. I spoke to a gentleman who informed me that I can file a claim but nothing would happen. I do not understand why they will not just admit their inspector did not do his job and fix what should be fixed. Very unprofessional and dishonest company.

The inspector took his time and did a full inspection. They provided a complete report in a timely manor. It was clear and detailed. My client was very happy with the inspection that they did!

Props to Norman for doing such a thorough job on my home inspection! I was a bit nervous about the process, but as it turned out, I has nothing to worry about! He was on time, early in fact, and he was meticulous and methodical in his inspection. I especially loved that he led with the Good News pictures and observations rather than jumping directly to the bad (thankfully there was very little!). Had an inspection done on a home that I was trying buy. After I got the report, the inspector, Kellen, completely disappeared and did not answer my questions about a water leak he noted on the report! A plumber came out and said no leak and wanted this discrepancy clarified. Neither the manager, April, nor Kellen, were responsive! Will not use them again!
