I was referred to Drip Drop by a plumber who suddenly had health issues and canceled my repair at the last minute. Robert and Guy came out quickly and I could tell immediately they were getting the job. Very friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. They got to work early the next day and finished what everyone else said was a 2 day job in 1 day.Their price was very competitive also. I would certainly recommend!
If you are looking for great pricing, honesty and professional services, Drip Drop is the company you need to call. Robert, was very prompt getting to our home and assessing our sewer blockage. He was able to determine roots were impeding our drainage. After clearing our line and the problem reappearing he came back out at no charge to clear and locate an additional blockage beyond the original. After his assessment he recommended that we call the county since this second blockage was real close to the main sewer drain. Long story short he saved my family thousands of dollars. It is one thing to be great at your job but it is totally different to be honest at your job. Robert is both and I recommend his services to everyone. We are so thankful for his honesty and professionalism. We will always call Robert if we incur a problem.
We saw our hot water leaking and called drip drop yesterday (Sunday) evening. They were really quick to respond and navigate my husband to check the water heater to see what was going on. They came out first thing this morning (the next day) and installed a new one. Our water heater was around 17 years old so we had to get everything replaced. They were really knowledgeable and explained to me what to tell my husband about what to do to light it or turn it off. I know absolutely nothing about this subject and they explained it to me enough to tell my husband what to do. Highly recommend them if something goes wrong with your water heater or you need a new one!
First off I want everyone reading this to know after many failed attempts at resolving this directly with Robert, Ive decided to post a negative review since I cannot get resolution. I hate to pull someones name through mud but I am at my wits end. Ive never dealt with someone who just will not answer or return calls let alone schedule a time to meet you and doesnt show or call.Weve had an open contract with Drip Drop for over a year and his new employee, Josh told us that his old employee Josh plumbed the master bath tub wrong (which is why it wont drain) and and we didnt pass inspection on the supply lines to the guest bathroom vanity sink because the lines were not secured to the studs. Ive been texting and calling Robert since early December with a couple of confirmed appointments on the calendar and then he is a no call/no show/radio silence. Ive already paid almost $20k toward our contract and I just want the job finished. If youre reading this please beware.
Very polite man when came to give estimate. Told us he would send 2 crews to get our house repiped in a day and a half. Only 1 man showed and was late. Took 5 days to complete the job. We had a drywall guy scheduled for the 2nd day. We had to reschedule that.My husband is disabled and could not check the work. I had cleaned out the garage storage room and was putting the stuff back I had noticed that a shut off valve was not put back that goes to the outside faucet. I and Called they were going to come back and finish the job. Then no show. Coronavirus came so they never came call or anything. It is now almost a year ago with no show appointments. Have not had a call or email or any contact what so ever .If you read this DRIP DROP.I have also called Angies list and requested to have you removed from their list.not a satisfied customer,T. Plemmons
Robert and Josh completely replaced my bad polybutylene pipe. I had trouble getting some plumbers to return my call but they came out right away, gave me a very reasonable estimate. They were the only ones who pointed out that I had a 20+ year old water heater and they gave me a great deal on a new tankless heater. I would definitely recommend them.
Originally gave them a one-star because they were late for my estimate and then were a no-show for the first part of my job. Got a text the next day, renegotiated with a discount, and Josh came out the next day and finished the job with no problems. So far, so good...will most likely bring them back to finish my other projects.
Needed help with a kitchen sink install. Robert and Josh were very helpful. Josh came out quickly and went above and beyond to help us remedy the issue. Josh is very friendly and helpful. This is second time we have used Drip Drop and we will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs.
Doesnt treat his employees well...there were nights when we had to feed old Josh dinner because he had been over so late and one night he asked if he could sleep in our driveway. Robert goes silent for weeks with no communication or response leaving us on the hook with the work 1/2 done. He didnt complete the job, wont fix what old Josh did wrong and charges for things that were in the original contract. Beware that youre getting a subpar company.
We had a busted pipe in our front yard and josh came out and had it repaired quickly. He did a great job not digging up more than he had to and left the grass looking perfect I highly recommend this company!
Great Job Josh! I found Drip Drop from Home Advisors. Robert, the owner called me right away and I explained I had standing water in my front yard next to my dining room window. Through the conversation, he assessed it was a main water break. Within the hour he had dispatched Josh to my home, and this was on a Sunday. There was no fee for Josh to come out. Josh did an excellent job of explaining what he was going to do to fix my leak. After receiving 2 more quotes the next day on Monday, I immediately called Josh back to do the job. It was the person Josh and Drip Drops quote, the job explanation, and that they could be at my house the next morning at 7:30 AM to fix the water line that I wanted this company to do the job. All was fixed, with a warranty. My old plumbing company stopped servicing my area, so I am glad I found Drip Drop, and you will be glad you found them too!I highly recommend Drip Drop, and they now have a new customer with me now and in the future!
Robert came out and did a great job assessing my sprinkler leak and repaired it under an hour! He also saved me a ton of money by charging half of what the first company quoted! I highly recommend Drip Drop Plumbing for any water issues you may have. As a contractor - I appreciate quality work and fair prices. Kelly Monroe :)
We had a water line that needed to be replaced. After talking to Robert we also found out they do septic pumping. They handled both jobs for us very quickly and had the best price out there. I would highly recommend Robert and his team. Thank you Drip Drop.
Love these guys they are great, fun and more reasonable and affordable. They show you what is in the line as well bc alot of other companies go in and use the snake or camera but dont show you rather tell you. They are also funny and good people. Again I Love Them!
Recommended from a restoration company due to a leak and water damage in my ceiling. They said I needed a plumber but the ceiling was dry (Saturday morning). Robert, the plumber, then recommended another restoration company Hampton Restoration Group who came out to my home on Saturday night and said I needed to cut a hole in the ceiling and find and dry out the leak. On Sunday, Robert came out to the home and said the place was dry. So how does the ceiling go from dry to wet and dry within a day? Hampton charged me $1100 to cut the hole, other guys $700. Sadly I went with Hampton as I needed the work done, but they lied as the ceiling was dry. I then called another plumber since Robert couldn’t find anything. The plumber went to the home with my mother - within the first 5 minutes both of them found 2 leaks after they turned on the shower in the master bath. They said it was obvious so unsure why this plumber couldn’t see it. I would not recommend this plumber or his restoration guys to anyone. Beware.
We hired this group to identify a backup which ended up being in a main drain line. They charged $948 and added extra costs for diagnostic cameras and an extra guy on the job which made the price double what we would have paid locally. Would not recommend for diagnostic work.
Did work at my home today. Replaced water line from the street to the house. Fantastic job...Very nice people.. Will call them for all future plumbing issues.
This company is great! Reliable, honest and simply the best to work with should you have any plumbing issues. Came out on a Sunday with no questions asked!!! HIGHLY recommend this company for sure! Would give 10 stars if I could!!!
Very professional service for a great price. Found and repaired leak and referred a remediation team for water damage. Technician was courteous and friendly. Would recommend them highly
After my septic tank backed up I didnt know what to do. I remember my brother nick had the same problem awhile back so I called and asked who he used. He gave me robs number and man it was the best decision I made. Rob and his assistant got to my house quickly and took care of everything, they were fast clean and had me up and running in no time. Would recommend them to anyone.
Drip drop did a great job. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. They provided there services immediately, finished their work at a fast pace and all at a reasonable price.
These guys have the best customer service! They do great work at a great price. I would 100% use them for any future plumbing work.
Unmatched expertise and customer service. Robert is top notch with his skill and communication. These are the guys to call!
Fantastic work at a great price and awesome employees. I saved so much from first estimate and they started the work right away. Highly recommend.
Drip Drop saved the day when we had a sewage blockage that backed up into our house. Not only did they resolve the plumbing issue, but they were super helpful in getting the damage mitigated properly and quickly. I wouldnt hesitate to call them for any plumbing or sprinkler needs.
Had a leak into basement from out side faucet, Drip Drop gave a Quick response, fair pricing, good customer service. Robert and Mike got the job done.
We hired this company to fix a water main leak at our home in Oakwood in August. They accidentally cut our sprinkler system line which we knew might happen. They promised to come out within a week and fix it, at our cost of course, which was no problem as we knew it was a possible outcome of digging our yard. Of course the large bill was paid immediately. They left 3 pipes sticking up out of the ground, one 4 feet up. Robert, the owner we think, kept telling myself and my husband at least 8 times we were on the schedule for “next Wednesday”. This went on for several months of phone calls and emails. We don’t live here fulltime, so didn’t know til returning each time that it still wasn’t done and the cycle of contact started again. He eventually wouldn’t even return our calls or emails. 5 months later, work not done, we are hiring another sprinkler company to fix it, probably at a much higher cost as he was going to give us a discount since their company was coming back to do more work for us. DO NOT TRUST the word of the owner. He doesn’t keep his promises.
Very professional friendly courteous great job great value
Very satisfied installed two faucets repaired toilet and replaced supply lines would use them again
Prompt, professional, and reasonable with an extra dose of friendliness. I highly recommend Drip Drop Plumbing.
First off I would like to let everyone know that I have given Robert at Drip Drop Plumming, in Buford, multiple opportunities to correct my situation...and all I get is avoided phone calls, no return calls after being promised that he will call me back, and no return calls after multiple messages have been left. Me and my husband paid almost $4,000 and they said that they were sorry but they didnt have the part and would need to order the part to fix the kitchen sink...Robert did finish the clean out project but did not finish the entire plumbing job as promised. After being asked to please take off the big rocks they dug up, they are still lying in my front yard and no pine straw as promised. So now my front yard looks like a big muddy mess. I am very disappointed in these guys because they really did seem like good honest country boys....I would never try to ruin a small business like this as my husband also has a small business. But what is right is right. And I dont want anyone else to get snowed over like we did. Will NEVER use them again and will never recommend them to family or friends. When my neighbors ask who done our Plumming work, I will tell them if they are smart, they better not mess with this company. Worst experience I have ever dealt with a company and their customer service after they get your money. So what now?? If we have problems with something they did, I guess we will have to call out another plummer and spend another $4,000. So much for their fake warranty on the work they do.
Fast response, great price, great service, great guys! I would hire them again!
Excellent and knowledgeable service at a great price!!!
Great service, they came out same day we called and fix our problem. Will highly recommend to everyone I know.
Great Service, very friendly, and very informative on what my issues were.
I made an appointment with them, they never showed up or call.?When I called, someone by the name of Robert answered and hang up. I called back, assuming he hanged up in error. He never answered.
Set an appointment then did not show or call .
