Worst experience of the 5 houses Ive bought and sold. Justine Parker, the worst realtor ever!! She sold my house to her parents, which shouldnt be allowed, most agencies wont do this, they assign it to another realtor. Guess who got favoritism! My house was marked pending when it was contingent with a KO. Other realtors werent allowed to show my house (I know this because I had a couple of realtors call and ask for showings, that were denied). Pictures were made a month and a half after listing. I some how was suppose to close on my house, my new house and move all in one day. Yes, I signed the contract saying I would give up keys at closing, but I guess, I just figured MY realtor knew what she was doing and had my best interest at heart....NOT!! I was verbally told, no worries, I could stay a week after closing, boy that should have been in the contract, but if Id known all the legal parts then I wouldnt have needed a realtor would I? I could go on and on but Ill save the sorted details for the real estate commission. Ill also be curious to see how long this post remains on the site before being taken down or rebutted. If rebutted, make sure you have your facts, because I sure have mine and most of the things Ms Parker did were illegal.

I just want to say how amazing Remax Five Star has been to my family in purchasing our dream home! The agents are professional, helpful, removed roadblocks and eliminated stress from our move. Tim Flannigan especially is fantastic. He was flexible on meeting with us per our schedule. Involved our kids in the search for the perfect home while we looked at the houses and number crunched. He was always prepared with houses to view and sent ahead of time so we could make our day count. He listened to our desires on our home and not only met them but add things that are nice to have. The one we selected needed some structural work and Tim helped us connect with financing, contractors, utilities and insurance for the area since we were relocating. The closing went off without a hitch and renovations fantastic and we are so happy! I have referred several friends to Remax Five Star and Tim and they have bought homes through him and are equally satisfied! Thank you Remax Five Star and especially Tim!
