Not real impressed with the customer service that I received at all. Its unfortunate that such large companies with such familiar names didnt stand up well at all. Located a rental property that we were interested in viewing, for family. On Friday called the listed number several time, after several attempts I was able to speak with the answering service, who was seemingly overwhelmed with his number of calls. He attempted to transfer calls on a couple of times and the VM for the agent was FULL by 10 am. Call a couple of more times after 3pm and still NO VM, I then asked the answering service if I could email or get additional information for the agent 🤔 he just replied that he was the answering service and that he wasnt sure.

Unethical business practices conducted by individuals employed here to include but not limited to: Lying on legal documents, not disclosing rental property damages properly before tenants moved in, not allowing habitable conditions for rental properties or allowing certified technicians to fix it. Will not recommend. Cannot even get a call back from the Branch Manager.
