Tina that helped me out was really nice and really quick to help me with any question I needed. The Shop had great service and great customer service. I will definitly be going back to get my next set of tires from here. Very friendly and will be telling the people I know to go here.

Pretty good Mavis location. Ive never had any issues having my tires rotated, balanced, or repaired here. I never feel like the front desk staff are attempting to push sales or unnecessary items/repairs on me, as opposed to the dealer for my vehicle who attempted to persuade me to buy new tires when my current set was still at 5/32 tread depth.

Second time I’ve been here and the person at the front desk is always so nice! Even when they’re busy and there’s a wait, I can tell they are doing their best work. Didn’t try to push unnecessary fixes, or extra parts/wiper blades I don’t really need at the moment either. Experiences both times have been genuine and beyond satisfactory. Highly recommended and will be returning for future auto needs!

My wife had her tire go flat and I needed to get it fixed ASAP Sunday morning. Mavis was extremely quick and helpful and didn’t try to get me to buy anything I didn’t need. It took them a little while to find the hole but they were able to and get me on my way fast. Will definitely be back when I need more tires.

The price of the tires I got you honestly can’t beat. But when you have an 8am appointment, your car doesn’t get touched until 10, and the work doesn’t actually get done until 11. You tend to wonder why the heck you came here for only 2 TIRES. I didn’t have anything seriously substantial I came in for. Just 2 rear tires put on my car and it took 3 hours to do. This place needs to get a better system down as far as time management. Luckily I don’t work until the afternoon but this is ridiculous

I cant say more about the people here. New manager Dusty is a great guy and knowledgeable, new lady Tina is great also. Alan as always I couldnt asked for more he jumped in and worked on my fathers car! Not to clean to get dirty ever!

Wife had a flat tire and Mavis helped us out. They were able to quickly work us into the schedule. Justin took a look at our tires and was able to get us the help we needed. Ill definitely be back next time we need tires or brakes.

One of the worst experiences we have ever had. Spent over 1500.00 and frustration level is beyond acceptable. Husbands truck needed 4 new tires. Took in Monday. Went to pick up truck when we were told it was ready and drop off other car for basic oil change/tire rotation. Husband drove truck home and had vibration. Immediately took back and now both cars out of commission. Husband goes to work Tuesday, cannot take my car because it is sitting at home with flat after having the tires rotated previous day. Husband then takes truck, truck once again has vibration. Took truck and car back after having the tire changed for my car. Took in at 8am Tuesday. 5PM truck is still not finished. When we are told the truck is ready to go, back right tire is going flat before our eyes. Decided to leave truck for them to work on the following day. We did need the team look at my car, they found a nail but they did give me a new tire (only nice thing done for the multiple issues). SUPPOSEDLY tire was fixed. Husband went to work again today. Surprise, my car has a flat tire AGAIN. Changed tire ONCE again and went back down to pick up truck and have them look at the new tire that is flat on my car. They supposedly found and fixed it. Never again and that is sad. Was a Kaufman fan for many years. Customer service was less than acceptable.

First time using Mavis. Went to get 4 new tires. The lady that took my order threw in a free oil change. She told me that since Im buying 4 new tires and getting an alignment, the least she can do is a free oil change. She was very personable and very professional. I highly recommend this location.

Definitely well run shop. Have one of their places right in my town. Was totally turned off and lost my faith in the brand. Always worked with and purchased through NTB. After my experience with Mavis in my area, thought I was finished with them. Tried this shop in Buford. Totally restored my faith. Well run, cordial, honest and fast service. This is by far the WORST tire service place I’ve ever dealt with. Thankfully a Firestone opened directly across the street which as far better service. Aside from being the most rude people I’ve probably ever dealt with, and I mean every single staff member is rude and dismissive, they don’t know what they are doing. Story: I got a new set of Tires for my sons truck, with warranty, couple weeks later got a nail in one of the tires. Requested warranty service, clearly the plug failed cause I was back in there in a couple weeks with a flat. Since then We’ve been back twice more cause the tire continues to leak. During the last visit, i dropped off the car early morning expecting to have it back in a couple hours. 2 hours later, no call, so I called to check, and was told they can’t find anything wrong with it. I told them to keep checking and testing cause the tire IS losing air. 3 more hours go by, I called back and was told they found the leak but are too busy to work on it… I told them I would come back to pick up the vehicle, only to discover when I arrived that they had broke the bolt (surprise!). This place could care less about their service, their customers, and all around they should just get the hell out of Flowery Branch cause this town doesn’t need a bunch of jerks doing lousy work and treating the ppl of this city like crap….

Very disappointed with this business! I selected tires online and made an appointment to have tires replaced and vehicle serviced. On day of appointment, I arrived to drop car off. I was then told that the tires weren’t going to be there till the next day. No courtesy call or anything!! A couple emails to verify appointment, but nothing to inform me tire wouldn’t even be there! Is this normal business practice for Mavis?

After a couple of poor service experiences at the Wal-Mart, I was recommended to try Mavis. So far, Ive had great experiences. The staff is very friendly and I personally enjoy how they communicate with me while my car is in the shop. If youre looking for a new car service location, Id give Mavis a try!

I had a slow leak in my rear tire. Stopped at this location and had it checked out to discover I had a nail in my tire. The manager took me right before closing and took care of the fix. They are outstanding and have earned a customer for life! I highly recommend!

Made a 9am appointment to get some work done when I arrived i was told it would be a 3 to 4 hr wait time before they could get to it that alone with a I dont give a dam attitude from the mgr on site I left and went across the street to Firestone where they got me a much better deal and much better customer service

Worse experience Ive had with a repair shop. Made an appointment August 10th for 10am to have my ball joints replaced on my 2008 E350 van. Upon drop off, counter clerk explained that the ball joint guy was not scheduled. I was understanding and rescheduled for August 16th at 10am. At drop off the Manager ONeal assured me it would be completed by the end of the day. At 12pm I called and they explained that there ball joint machine was broken. They mentioned that I could take my van to their other shop. I mentioned, why cant they take my knuckles to the other shop to be pressed. They agreed to do this. At close to closing time when I called, they explained that they would not be able to finish. (They never started) Giving them one last chance I rescheduled again for August 22nd at 9am. (When they opened) After calling multiple times they still never even started. The Manager even tried to talk me into additional repairs!!! (I felt like I had to spend a ton of money for them to even help me) I was very angry that my time was wasted. The Manager had wasted 3 days of my time and gas. He bold faced lied to me as he gave me the impression they were working on it and never actually started. If this is how the Manager at this shop does business he needs to be replaced before he runs this shop into the ground.

I had a Appointment today at 11am and when I got there I checked in. Then 45 min later they came into thr lobby and told me it would be 2-3hrs before they could repair my tire. I took off work for the tire repair.. So I left and went across the street to firestone and they fixed it asap for me. Definitely disappointed they let me sit 45 min before telling me it would be 2-3 hrs and especially cause I had a appt. I just bought a tire from mavis in oakwood last week and do business with diffrent ones.

Absolutely horrible customer experience. Let me start by saying they paid for the repairs to my wheels but the way this all went down still leaves a bad taste. Went in for them to install my own tires. Ordered them online and took them with me to have installed. Simple job for a tire shop right? Not so fast. I was there about an hour when I walked out to find the installer finishing up the last wheel. I noticed he was using a tool that was laying directly on the surface of my wheels as he was mounting the tire. I walked over to see a nightmare. My car has a staggered tire setup...wider on the rear than the front. He had the rear tires mounted to the front wheels and installed on the rear of the car. That is when I noticed the damage. He absolutely destroyed the finish on all 4 wheels. He tried to tell me they were that way before and he didnt do any of that.....and of course I know different. Those wheels were perfect when I pulled into that parking lot. I know my car. So once I called the manager over he recognized the issue and relieved the installed of his duties. The manager starts to uninstall and reinstall the tires and he himself mounted one side incorrectly a second time!!So Im there for about 4 hrs at this point and had already called the 800 # for customer service to report this issue...just as it says. If youre unhappy with your experience call us. I did....and not a darn thing was done. By the time I left I was fuming. When I got home I checked the pressures and all 4 tires were different...recommended pressure is 36 and one tire was 54psi, one was 26, 34 and 28. Annnnddd, they didnt reset the TPMS so I had to return there to have them reset it.I can promise Ill never set foot in another Mavis again.

If you live in the Braselton/Chateau Elan area and you have a car that you actually value and appreciate, avoid this shop. I dropped off a set of Shelby GT350 wheels to have some R888Rs mounted on them Saturday morning. I was supposed to go to a car show on Sunday and was assured that they would be ready by that afternoon at the latest. I called at 4:30, right before they closed and the desk attendant told me that they couldnt get to them and it would be the next day. I explained that I needed them back early, so it would have to be first thing in the morning. She assured me that would be the case. Fast forward to the next day (they open at 9am...the car show was at 12pm). I called at 9:40am and was told they were working on them. I called at 10:47am and was told that they were done with two of them. I called again at 1:03pm and was told they were finishing up the third one. I expected a phone call when they were finished. I finally went by at around 2:30pm and my wheels and tires were sitting on the curb. I asked the same woman if they were ready and she said, Oh yeah, those are done. No phone call, nothing. I paid the ridiculous price, that I didnt receive any kind of consideration on, grabbed my wheels/tires and went home. After scrubbing a half pound of tire mounting gel off of them I realized that they had completely mangled the finish on one of the wheels. They are black coated wheels from the factory and only have 4,100 miles on them, but one of the front wheels now had chips in the clear coat, and scratches all around the mounting holes. They also used gray weights on black wheels that stand out like a sore thumb and they didnt even have the decency to remove the adhesive from the old weights that they removed. After spending an hour and half cleaning the wheels and knowing that one of them is permanently damaged, I felt like it was perfectly reasonable to leave this response, which I never do. If you live in the area though and care about your car, do NOT go to this Mavis Tires & Brakes location. You can read the other reviews as well and see what kind of hamfisted wrenching goes on there. Spend a little more and go to a shop like Butler Tire. Its a longer drive, but they wont treat your expensive items like theyre changing tires on an 84 Yugo.

I had a tire store tell me I needed a new tire however when I went to Mavis, David the service manager came out to my truck pulled out the screw and said I was good to go! Great service, honest, nice young man. Thank you for not taking advantage of me. I will be back for any of my future service needs.

Scheduled a simple tire rotation and balance for 1pm a day ahead. Was told that 1pm would work just fine. Drove 30 minutes to arrive at the appointment 5-10 minutes early. Was told that there were three ahead of me and it would be at least a couple of hours. Was asked if I could just leave it with them. The answer was No. I called and schedule in advance for a reason. If you plan to do the same, just be aware that this is not how it works here. Cant speak to the quality of the work, but since I had an appointment, it would have been nice if they would have called me to let me know they wouldnt be able to get to me at the scheduled time. Wasted an hour of my day.

Friendly and thorough service at competitive prices. The GM and Asst GM (unfortunately I didn’t catch their names) took great care of our family. Way better service than the Mall of GA and Lawrenceville locations. Will definitely be back.

I brought my car in on Saturday because I felt like something was off with how my car was handling. David helped me and was very kind and knowledgeable. Sometimes as a woman I feel like mechanics try and rip me off. I did not have that problem at all. Mavis discovered my struts needed to be replaced and David described all the issues that would cause. They were all the problems I had been experiencing. I had a funeral I had to attend that day and David and his team hustled so I could make it on time. I will definitely be using them again and have already recommended this location to friends and family.

Stopped by the store on Friday 1-8-2021. It was raining and the store was pretty busy. The tire inflation light on my dash had been coming on for weeks and staying on. I tried to reset the light via the owners manual, no luck there. The store manager was very nice and said he would have someone check each tire and the spare to see if the sensors were working. Only one sensor was working. I told them that I had new tires placed on the truck about a month ago. Mavis suggested I go back to the retailer that put the tires on and see if they had done something to the sensors. They have me their price for the sensors and said that they would be glad to do the job. I appreciate Mavis being honest and letting me know what my options were.

Michelle was very accommodating and friendly, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Took care of us quickly and work with us on pricing for tires and an alignment.

As a walk in, you never know how long the wait is or how customer service will be. This location exceeded my expectations. From the second I walked in I was treated with such kindness and although they were busy, my wait time was very pleasant. I had bought a pair of headlights for my Kia. The store I bought them from did not do install. I decided to stop at the Mavis in brasleton.The manager happend to be walking out to the parking lot and I asked him if they do headlight installs. Right on the spot he took my bulbs and replace them at no charge He was as nice as could be.I did not get his name but was a very muscular man with a crew cut Now THAT ia what I xall excellent service!!!...oops voice text

I finally got new wheels shipped to me, and was anxious about getting them put on my car. ONeal, the manager, was able to give me a good price on a set of 4 tires as well as an alignment. Not only that, he was able to get the tires from the warehouse and installed all in the same day of calling!Jesse did a great job removing my factory wheels/tires, mounting my new wheels onto my new tires, balanced them, and did my alignment. Everything was done quickly, and they even stayed a little later than their closing time to get it all done. Im a happy customer and will definitely be back!

Absolutely the worst experience. I took my subaru in for a routine oil change. When I picked the car up, it was not driving correctly, so before getting out of the parking lot, I took it back and had the manager look at it. I returned an hour later, as they were closing to pick my car up. It drove normally out of the parking lot, but approximately two miles down the road, it stopped running, leaving me and my two year old daughter stranded in the middle of a busy road. When I was able to get it off the road, I attempted to contact the store, but they had closed. I then called the corporate office who advised me someone would reach out in the morning. I informed them of my plan to have the car towed to the Subaru dealership for the damage to be assessed. Corporate agreed this was an acceptable plan. The following day, the store manager, ONeal, agreed to come meet with the Subaru service department and be present for evaluation of the vehicle. The transmission fluid was completely drained and the oil had been overfilled. The transmission was ruined. This car has been paid off, and after taking it in for a simple oil change, was ruined and the damage was over $9000. ONeal verbally agreed that Mavis would fix the vehicle, took a copy of the report of damages and stated he would call his regional manager, Kevin, for approval. It took several days to hear back from Kevin and he attempted to bully me into accepting a salvaged transmission and to have the work done at a shop with poor reviews over an hour from my home. Kevin explained that they were not required to replace it as they had agreed to do, but were only required to replace it with a like unit. When I informed Kevin that I did not accept this offer and that I did not want work done at a shop that I did not know and that did not have good reviews, he again continued with his bullying tactics, and stated because the car was old, he would not put that much money into the repair. The age of the car has nothing to do with the fact that this companys shoddy work led to my transmission failure and could have led to physical harm for my daughter and myself. It has been absolute hell. I still do not have my car back. There has been nothing but poor communication and a run around from Mavis at all levels--local, regional and corporate. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Best place to get an oil change and your tires rotated by far. The new location off Friendship road is very friendly and knowledgeable. They won’t try to sell you but give you professional advice on anything that may need to be tuned up.Highly recommend this location!
