Phenomenal service! I called Friday and they gave me an appointment first thing Monday morning. They had my radiator replaced and my car back to me same day AND replaced a recall I had no idea about. Grace kept me informed the whole day. Theyre open late after I get off work so I never had to take any time off. They made everything so easy.

Watch out for the bait and switch pricing. Autotrader pricing plus $899 dealer free with only TTT....if only, they tack on several thousand in random fees once youre there in person. One price over the phone and another when youre ready to write a check. Jasmine promised one price on the phone so we drove in and the price jumped. Never got a call back either after we left and they said theyd call.

Parts department has bad customer service. Made me wait 10 min when no one was there while they were doing other invoices. Then lady who took my payment didnt even say good morning. Not looking forward to dealing with them anytime soon.

The quality of service is really poor now. It seems like the mechanics work is shabby. They actually put zip ties on my car to hold the dust shield under the front bumper in place. They did $800 of work to replace the cooling fan housing unit, which required them to remove the dust shield which is secured by clips. They chose to use zip ties instead of just installing a new shield. They wanted us to pay an additional $250 for something that we are sure was their negligence. We never had a problem with this shield before they did the work on the fan housing unit. In addition, they left us stranded at the shopping center until the service center closed. We were never contacted by our service guy but always had to call him to find out what the hold up was. This was the worst service ever ! Now I am having problems with brakes they supposed repaired! Their service center is AWFUL!

Went there to purchase a vehicle.. the whole process was smooth and didnt take all day.. I got an awesome car at a great price.. Thanks to Jasmine and Curt for making it a wonderful experience.. and icing on the cake.. they delivered the car .. saved me an uber trip back to pick it up.

Very rude, lazy and no knowledge salesperson. Don’t buy from them!
