I absolutely loved my experience here! The ladies were super nice and were very helpful! They made sure I liked the length and the color and gave me options. I wish I got the nail techs name but everyone was super sweet. I just moved to the area and I will definitely be coming back to this nail salon for my nails! Love love love this place!

This my 5th time visiting this nail salon since moving to the area. I have been to a few others initially and after my first service I was incredibly satisfied. I have done Gel Pedicure, Acrylic Nail Extensions, Gel Manicures and even my 4 year old daughter has had manicure and pedicure service here. I’m thankful I have found this salon. The staff and owner are very polite, very professional and extremely talented. I used to go to Foxy Nails 2 all the time but I recently started going back. It is always a nice quiet environment that is clean. Shout out to Jenny and Hannah😍, they were awesome! Jenny did an excellent job on my nails and Hannah put me to sleep with that citrus, spa quality pedicure! I will definitely continue going to Foxy Nails 2!

My nails look like press on nails from the $ store. My 4yr old niece could of done a better job! They look terrible, look by the cuticle not filed down to look some what real. $ 43.00 for this!! What a rip off!

Horrible service, I came with two other friends and one of them couldn’t get a service case they were short staffed, I got a pedicure And they were in such a hurry that they overlap layers and layers and even five hours after my pedicure was ruined because the layers didn’t dry properly

This place was terrible. I went for an SNS fill in. After one hour of getting my nails worked on which consisted of a man wrapping my nails in cotton and foil and then filing them, I had a total mess on my nails. It was as if he had never been trained. It was so bad, I had to just say I was not comfortable with him continuing. A lady apologized and said she would do them, but I just wanted to leave. They also didn’t clean between customers. I would never go there again.

First time going there and boy I have been missing out! I’ve been faithful to VIP nails and spa across the street from them but so happy I tried Foxy nails a try. Their prices were so much better but the service and the outcome of my nails were just as good as VIP. I had Nancy doing SNS on my hands and let me tell you she is a talker! I enjoy talking when I go to get my nails done bc I hate the awkward silence, Nancy will definitely be my girl next time! Jenny was doing my pedicure and I had to fill in my acrylic Big toes (yes I have acrylic on them since my natural nails broke). Jenny was gentil with my feet and gave me such a fantastic massage! Both of them were hilarious and made my experience so fun and made it go by fast. Love that they have a loyalty program that will allow you t rack up points to get a discount and they will also let you know of promotions! Definitely recommend going!

Super sweet ladies run this place. They pay great attention to detail and it’s been along time since my nails look this good. My pedicure was fabulous and I didn’t even have to mention my ingrown toenails they took care of them on their own. It’s well worth going to.

NEVER come here to get your eyebrows waxed or any service for that matter. Low quality & a waste of money. The woman who did my eyebrows was very unsanitary.1. She did not wash her hands.2. Repeatedly touched her phone.3. Blew on the wax instead of fanning it.4. The wax burnt my skin because it was too hot.5. Did not wear a mask.

Foxy Nails2 has been my spot for 3 years now ! I absolutely love this place. I am a very picky customer, I like my nails done a certain way and they always treat me with a smile and accommodate all my picky needs lol. I have tried about 5 different girls (if my nail tech is not there) they are all good! They are very clean and the new owner provides outstanding customer service. They provide drinks like water and soda for their customers and that’s a plus! Thank you all for being so friendly and patient with me ! Would recommend this spot!

Pedicure done right! Most places just do the basics, they do the whole service. As a man, I know my feet are harder to do, but I dont know if any other salon that has done as good. Very happy. The neck and shoulder massage was an unexpected surprise, but at $10 for ten minutes, much appreciated. I will definitely return.

Worst nail experience ever. They kept rushing everything and my nails looks like a toddler did them. Now I have to go home to see if I can use my own polish to fix them 😡😡

Just moved to the area and was looking for a convenient nail place, so I found this one. I was greeted promptly and my technician took care of me. My SNS turned out very good, The price was reasonable as well. I will be returning for future visits.

Hello all ....foxy nails is fabulous.We have been coming for over a year.They greet you by name every single time we come in.Hanna is awesome......all staff here is awesome.. Very clean including the Restroom(s).Owner treats Customers like family as if she has known you for years.

This is a very clean and professional establishment. We had a large group and they were able to take our name and number to call us when seats were available so that we could all sit together to do our pedicures. The utensils were also clean and sterilized. We were offered beverages ( soda or water) while we waited. The prices were very reasonable. I got the regular pedicure and added the callous treatment. The tech was meticulous with how they filed, cleaned, and polished my nails. The tech did an excellent callus removal on my feet. I would definitely come back if I were in the area. Everyone was really nice.

Love Foxy nails 2. All the nail techs are professional, especially Alana who has been there since the shop was opened. In the 3 years Ive been going there, Ive been very pleased with my nails except one time, and that tech is no longer there. Good pedicures, comfortable seating and the cashier is hands on to make your experience great.

I have been going to get my nails done here for the last 8 years. I love it! The service is always great and they are clean. My acrylic nails always last about 4 weeks. I also get the gel on my toes. I have never had a problem and will continue to take my business here. Although it is a long way from where I live, it is worth every dollar.

Foxy Nails is the best place in the world. They have wonderful customer service and they are very friendly. They always have drinks for us so we aren’t thirsty while here. I really recommend people coming here to get their nails done.

I came here to do pedicure as my friend recommended me this salon. I was impressed that this salon was so busy. However, I didnt have to wait long because they also had many technicians and guess what, they didnt rush at all. The technician welcome me nicely and took me to the fancy pedicure spa massage chair. I love the way she did my pedicure, I felt very relaxing and comfortable. People here were friendly. Although the salon was busy, nobody talked loudly. They all kept quiet and relax. I really like the pedicure mask which made me feel wonderful after the pedicure. 5 star for the service.

A new person took over this shop in the last 2 years. I called and asked for my regular tech, she told me the lady was on vacation. I saw another person that day and she told me my regular tech had QUIT, so the owner had lied to me. I started seeing the other person and after a few months when I called to make an appointment, the owner told me she was out sick. I went ahead and saw someone else. Again, I was told she had also quit. THIS MADE 2 TIMES THE OWNER BLATANTLY LIED TO ME TO GET ME IN THE DOOR! I dont handle being lied to so I will NEVER give my business to this establishment again. There is no reason to lie to a customer to just get them in the door. BE HONEST AND IT WILL GO FURTHER TO KEEP YOUR REGULAR CUSTOMERS!!

Although it is almost always busy, you can get in with minimum waiting. Staff is pleasant and they do excellent work. Always go there when Im in town. Nice atmosphere.

I was highly dissatisfied with this nail salon! My mother, sister and I went in for some Mani/ pedi’s for my birthday. I got a gel manicure, which I was bullied into and told lies that it would make my natural nails stronger. I just wanted a regular manicure, as I don’t like a lot of stuff on my nails. But the Asian lady kept insisting the gel was better. So I did it. It came out so so, but the lady who did my nails was not very friendly and the place was extremely overwhelmed with fumes. The worst I’ve ever been in. My sister and mother were not pleased with their pedicures either. The woman messed up on my sisters feet and didn’t want to fix it. I will not return to this salon and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this spot at all!!!!

Worst place to go for service ever. There is many other nail salons near by which is really close. I went in recently and they have new management. The new management is horrible. There were people argument over doing my nails, and the manager did not care about my time. I told her I was in a hurry, and she just sat there. I saw workers in the back just lounging around. Another issue is the fact that the lady doing my nails did not seem to know what she was doing. Also nail technicians need to have their license to operate, the person doing my nail seems to be in training and there was someone giving her instructions right beside us which is super unprofessional. Then they go off and speaks in another language, looks at me and laughs which makes it seem like they were laughing at me which was terribly rude. Will never visit again.

Clean, properly sterilization used for equipment. Staff is pleasant, prices average . I mainly go here because Lynn does my nails and is an excellent employee and does a great job!!!!!

After being on my feet all night at work, Debra gave me a fabulous pedicure including the best foot massage ever!! Of course, I got my nails done too! I love Foxy Nails!!

Ok so I’m being honest I’m very upset and disappointed. I went to go get gel on my natural long nails. I had SNS on though when I went to the salon so they had to remove that. They drilled my nails soooo much that right now my nails are break low, and are hurting, and are always bending from being EXTREMELY THIN. I had thick nice strong nails, now I have thin weak bad looking nails. It’s not even the color I wanted and the way I wanted from the picture that I showed the lady what I wanted. I had to wait very long as well which messed up my plans for the day and made me late to my next appointment,remind you I had an appointment at that nail salon Bc it was closer to the mall and I had to go there next. I wish I could get my money back for my nails the only thing that I am happy with is my toe nails.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! ALL ABOUT THE $$. The manager is always in a rush for you to pick out of a hundred colors to get your nails done. Amy was the only one I let do my nails but theyre all lovey dovey when its tip time. Then I got my feet done and watch and see they do not sanitize what I called the cheese grater that they scrape on your feet and I left out with blisters on my feet the next morning took two weeks to get rid of them they do not sanitize their stuff at all the right way. I have been doing this for 13 years and never have I gotten blisters on the bottom of my feet .the lady that is the receptionist will just sit there and rush you the whole time and they do not give long pedicures at all maybe about 15 minutes.

Worst SNS I’ve ever gotten. Looks choppy and my nails are so uneven. I’ve been getting SNS for over 3 years and never have I ever seen someone do SNS like this. Sweet staff but not good quality, take your money elsewhere. I won’t be back.

I really enjoyed myself here today. Got a mani pedi and then a full set. Gel polish for both. They had the newer nail trends like holographic powder which I got on my nails and I’m obsessed with. Debra, Laura, and Amy took care of me today and I have to say my nails have never looked better. Shaped perfectly, they’re smooth and sleek...I’m obsessed. They really took time helping me pick out colors and never once looked annoyed or bothered that i couldn’t make up my mind! They genuinely seemed to enjoy making gorgeous nails! The citrus pedicure was amazing and I loved the hot stone massage! I often at other salons notice issues or imperfections that make it hard to spend my money, but I literally had no regrets handing over every dime and a fat tip to all three of them on top! I’ll be going back for my fill in and pedi in two weeks! Thanks!

I don’t like how they charge me extra to take off gel polish when they are the ones putting it back in. I could understand if I wasn’t getting more gel polish and just needed them to take it off.

Honestly this was my second time going. I went in to get a fill in and 2 nails replaced also with a color change. The nail tech was very rude. She didnt even do the fill in she did fix my 2 broken nails but after her and a friend laughed about them. After that she only glued the nails down she didnt even put the acrylic or nothing on them she didnt file them at all and the 2 nails that were replaced are smaller than the other. When she was done she painted my nails letting me walk out of the store with wet nails. When i asked about turning on the hand dryer she said oh youll be alright just be careful. I am NEVER GOING BACK. THIS A HORRIBLE STORE AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE.

Nice people. After visiting for my first time with my dad and mom. They didnt make my dad feel unwelcome and they even gave us free hand cream. They give great massages, however, they dont do nails very well. If you want one colour over all be my guest but if youre getting sparkles, stripes, pokadots, ect. You might want to do it yourself. Overall, I do really like the place but I wouldnt ask for any design on your nails.

Im shocked at all the bad reviews...i drove past and stopped by for a mani, pedi, and eye brow was. What amazing service and customer care!!! I lady came out with water and soda to offer every one, Debra gave me what was quite possibly the best massage with my pedicure I have ever had!! I cant read the name of who did my manicure, the card looks like Biu..but I do know her face and I will drive out of my way to come back here!! Kudos on your impeccable customer service!!

The lady who did my pedicure held several conversations while doing my nails and was not trying to do them at all. A pedicure includes basic skin care that was not taken care of and my nail was cut crooked on one toe. She barely scrubbed and stopped periodically while doing her job to conversate! When discussed with her to fix it, she looked at me and said what you want me to do about it. Looking at my toe from all angles like she couldnt see it, I explained please cut it straight! The manager had excuses as to why my feet were the way the were, lol!😂 Bullcrap. I was a regular customer but not anymore. All my concerns were not met with an apology or any type of empathy toward me as a customer. Every excuse was that it takes several pedicures to get the basic care i requested. Whatever! So surprised! Her pedicure skills reflected she just did not want to do her job. Never going back and all you long time customers like i WAS, please beware.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I got my nails done last week pink and white witch they are expensive and they star coming off a week later and I came back to ask for a guarantee and they did it but with a actitud!!! I wich they will do the same when they ask for tip!!!

Do not go here!! I rarely ever leave bad reviews but this place is awful!! I had a horrible experience. I should have left at my first sign of non professionalism. It started with getting my toes done with my two daughters. As I was sitting there trying to enjoy my very uncomfortable pedicure the lady next to me was having her nails and toes done. The nails tech was clipping her nails. The nail bits where flying all over the place and two hit me. When I freaked out because of being grossed out they stopped and waiting to do her nails when her pedi was complete. Which is the correct way to do it. By law. The nail tech who was doing my toes jabbed me twice from turning her head to talk in Vietnamese to other co-workers. Once with a file and the second time with the drill. It didnt hurt but it was clear she could care less about what she was doing. I asked her to cut the pedicure short. It was ridiculously awful. As shes finishing my 7 year old gets up from the childs pedicure chair and asks to use the restroom. I said okay as the restroom was maybe 10/15 feet away and clear view. She went to the restroom, but someone was in there. I watched her lean against the wall and wait. She went in and then came right out. She didnt use the restroom. She was waddling back to me walking odd. I asked her why she was walking funny. She said mommy theres something wet on me! She turned around and from the back of her legs, her back, and all in her hair was beige paint. I wasnt mad but I was shocked. I said how did you get paint all over you?? I was puzzled. She said I think there was paint on the wall. Right when she said that a lady by the name of Dara who claims to be an owner yells NO NO NO NO!!!! No wet paint!!! Your daughter sprayed chemicals all over the bathroom and rolled in it!!!!! Again... puzzled I looked at her and said no its paint and she went into the restroom for a second. Chemicals?! Shes 7 years old she knows better and this is paint not chemicals.... and more importantly if you have chemicals in reach of a child and wet paint you are breaking several state board codes! She got louder and insisted on it being chemicals that she rolled in. Her fellow employees tried to calm her down. The lady who was washing my feet off so I could get up even told her its paint look. This owner person yelled at her and told her to shut up and no! Again I wasnt mad. I was confused why she had paint all over her. The issue escalated into a screaming match. She put her hands on my daughter to turn her around. I recorded her yelling at me making my girls cry as I was trying to leave. When I told her to move and dialed the cops she stormed out and left. I put my girls in the car and the cops came out. The cop was appalled by the story they told when I had most of it recorded and pictured to prove what had happened. I have a police report. I have recordings. I am a retired cosmetologist so I know the laws and regulations. Not only will I share on all social media that these people are NOT clean, not professional, no boundaries, no respect for customers personal space but think its okay to accuse a child of doing something they didnt and lay a hand on a child in anyway is absurd. Not one time did any of them offer a wet towel to clean her... a sorry... comped service NOTHING!!!!I WILL be taking them to smalls claims to court for a few things. I have already filed a complaint with Georgia State Board Of Cosmetology.There are way too many salons for this one to operate with zero professionalism. They are one reason why nail salons have a bad Rep.
