The washers goes not work properly, and they do not spin at the same time frame.

Wash clean and equipment in working order. Not overly busy and felt very safe with amount of traffic at gas station and restaurant next door. Would highly recommend

I usually go to a different laundromat in Flowery Branch but decided to go to this one bc it was the closest one. Most of the washers are gunked up with old detergents and have mold on the lids. A washer door is locked and won’t give me my clothes back. I’ve texted the owner and called and the only thing they texted back was to ask me to call later. I really only wanted to make this a 2 hour visit and now I will probably be here for 4 hours because of the owner’s low maintenance of this location. If you’re not going to spend money on employees, maintaining the machines, or stocking the vending machines, and then ignore paying customers, don’t be surprised when the location isn’t busy. I finally got a response after 1.75 hours later to turn off the washer and the clothes was obviously soaked but even worse the water from the clothes was nasty from the washer door. In the bathroom, the toilet does not flush and there is no soap to wash your hands with even though we are in a pandemic! I will give 2 stars because the owner was helpful when they did finally answer. I am not one to complain but this was not a nice experience.

Clothes didnt smell good after using the washer and clothes smelled burnt after coming out of the dryer. The 2 stars is for cleanliness and the place being basically empty almost during the whole process. Disappointed though because my clothes stink 😒

This laundry mat has two different size options. I was able to put a queen sized feather pillow topper into both the large washer and dryer. For $5.00 you get 21 minutes in the washing machine and another $5.00 will get you 32 minutes in the dryer. Nice, clean and well kept.

Great place, great machines. Power is out thanks to Zeta, and we needed to do laundry. We were pleased with how clean and efficient everything was. Its glad to know a reliable place to go when you never know what might happen in any circumstances, and for laundry, Coin Laundry is our place!

New management has definitely done a good job running the place. I work late so its always nice coming in late. Place is lit well so it feels safe at night.

This is literally the only laundromat I will go to. The machines are clean, the bathrooms are clean, and you feel safe in there. Helen is the sweetest! She keeps everything immaculate and is awesome to talk to!!! FYI dryer number 28 is the best!

MOLD omg I was washing clothes and lifted up the rubber part to put my soap in and what do I find? BLACK MOLD. CALLING HEALTH INSPECTION THIS MOLD IS NOW IN MY CLOTHES. I AM SO SHOCKED AND APPAULED.Message to the owner: interesting that the same soap that is poured in the machine where there is black mold cant contaminate clothing? Your response is clearly a little defensive considering your facility got caught being unhygenic and obviously shows that you are NOT cleaning your machines like you are supposed to. Again this review is sincere and will continue to stay up have a great day, and I will never come back to your facility, first and last time since I did this review.

This is a top of the line service laundromat. A gem in terms of cleanliness... The attendant is courteous and helpful, willing to show you any aspect of the washing process. You have access to coin change machines. Detergent, oxyclean and Downy are also available. The bathroom is clean and has both hot and cold water. The capacity of the washers is awesome. The large one accommodated my sleeping bag and uniforms with room to spear. Drying is easy and folding can be done in the stainless steel tables. With a book to read or phone game, your time will fly and doing laundry will be a flash..👍😎🤗

Multiple machines weren’t working, they did not have a tag or blocked from inserting coins. Called the number, guy answered and asked me to use another machine. When would I get a refund? Asked me to text my address for a refund. Never replied to my text. Dryers were good. Won’t be going back!!

Its a decent place to do laundry, doors lock at midnight. They have surveillance, and Im pretty sure they clean daily. It has always been fairly clean in there. Coin machine and vending machine for soaps and sodas. Excellent Mexican restaurant next door.

Pricey and a machine broke and we had to ring the water out of my load. What a drag. Expensive to dry. Not very clean. Never going back and would not recommend.

Never had a problem at this place. All machines work great. Never busy. Coin dispenser inside. Food mart next door to get snacks/drinks while doing laundry.

4 washers out of service. $3.50 to wash in the regular machine, $5 in the high capacity. Dryers are 25 cents for 5 minutes. Change machines dont work. Ill go somewhere else next time.

No one working, machines ate at least $3 of mine and used the large machines where not just me but another customer had to run their clothes twice because they were SOAKING wet when the wash was done. Wouldnt be so bad if there was ANYONE here working as I might have been reimbursed for my $8 in loss. Also more then half the washer are out of use. Wont be back and dont see this place being open much longer.

Laundromat was fairly clean except for the restroom which my wife assured me was a mess. The prices were reasonable and all the machines were functional. We will continue to use this laundromat until we can replace our own.

As far as laundromats go...this one is the best Ive seen. Gentleman doing maintenance was very helpful and one could yell he took a lot of pride in his work!

Stupid machine didnt work. Now Im out $5 and I called the number the wall provided but the guy only wanted to send me money mail. I didnt pay by mail and what does he think??? That Im stupid? That is a well known lie to get out of paying. What a loser of a man..

Have not had good experiences here. I had a guy following me around touching himself. I alerted the staff and they did nothing. Called the police but the guy left. Do not feel safe in there at all.

Update!! I was in such a hurry yesterday 7/15/2019 that I thought maybe this place changed!! Wow what a mistake I made!! I spent $16 on two loads of laundry!! I had to wash one of my loads twice at $3.50 a load!! Once one of them was done they didn’t ring out and was still soaked! Then the dryers don’t even get hot. I still had to lay out my clothes at home to dry. Most the washers had out of order tags! This place is ridiculous!! People go to the other laundromat on Lee Street. It’s $2.75 to wash a load, they have people working at all times if you need something and the dryers work great!! This place needs to be shut down! I wish my old laundromat would open back up on Main Street at tote and poke!! I did a load of laundry for $3 washing and drying there!VERY RUDE PEOPLE!!! WHY WOULD YOU LOOK AT MY PHONE LIKE ITS ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS WHAT IM DOING ON MY PHONE??? And then confront me in giving you a bad review... then try to hand me money... really like your going to buy me. BTW I DONT WANT YOUR MONEY... I DONT NEED IT... VERY INSULTING... Why would you mop your floors while you had customers with the chance of them slipping, very unprofessional. Then you almost hit me in the face with the mop handle... really? The place says 6am to 10pm but it not open at that time is actually opens a little after 6:30am so please change or start opening at 6am like it says!!

This place is actually called Soap It Up and is not 24/7 as the name on Google suggests. It is open from 6am-10pm, and I was unable to do laundry.
