Owner is rude. Hot water has been disconnected to the 4 large washers. (Owner says she does not know why… and she is not the owner. ) She just doesn’t care. Fairly clean.NOTE: Asian owned in a predominantly Hispanic community. Owners attitude speaks volumes!

Clean, comfortable & convenient. I havent visited a laundromat in years this one had all of the convenience with the exception of accepting dollar bills or debit cards their machines are is still coin operated. I give it 4 stars because its nothing new.

It is a coin laundry so set your expectations. But they had a bunch of machines of various sizes. The was is a little more expensive than other laundromats Ive been to but the dry is really cheap so it all evens out in the end. This one is manned so if you have any questions or issues with the machines they are right there to help. They also are actively cleaning the whole time is its in good shape. No broken machines which is nice. Lots of seating and folding tables. They also have a TV, pool tables, video slot machines, and vending. Id definitely go there again next time I need to wash my massive comforter.

Being a customer there since 2017 been a chaos every time I comes there is full of Hispanics taken up the open space & dont want to move out the way while handling with my laundry!!!!!

No Lighting it was Dark inside, Change machine will except new bills for some reason, the lady who runs the counter just ignores you, Dont waste your time & money

Poor service - came to wash oversized items that wont fit in our home washer/dryer.I inquired on how to operate the machine (which opening was for detergent vs fabric softner vs bleach), the clerk barely responded and would not come from behind the glass to assist even as she saw I was not understanding.However, about 10 mins later she went to each machine turning the temperature from hot to warm. I advised her that I selected hot intentionally. She replied you need to come during the week for hot, we run out of, shortage of hot on the weekend. I advised her that was not my problem and I did not appreciate my selection being changed.Poor service aside the facility was clean and machines were operable. This is close to home so well be back to wash our oversized items hoping for better service next time

The worst water doesnt get hot, spin cycles are not cleaning cloths.

Big machines, clean, a little expensive.

I go here because its the closet laundry business to my home. Its a ok place if you are in and out with no problems. But i think they have bad customer service. My daughter put one of her quarters in the wrong dryer by mistake. I told the attendant. To make a long story short she told me she wont make up for the quarter. I know its just a quarter but its not the money its the point. I see they think only about themselves and not the customer. On top of that i had just enough money to dry my clothes. Just that one quarter messed us up because we still went home with wet clothes. I was pissed. I wont come here again.

Really expensive. Also if you have any problem with the machines the worker lady just shrugs her shoulders at you but doesn’t help.

It was very dirty. I accidentally put change in the wrong machine and they would not give me a refund. He said he did not have a key to unlock the machine he was very rude and I will not be going back there again.

Washer didnt go through rinse cycle and the manager refuse to help.. Sorry cant recommend

Simply the worst place possible!We went there after our washer broke down, came in at 8:50pm into a full washing salon. Owner stood in front us of telling us that we have to be done by 10pm as he closes at 10pm. We thought no problem - we only need to put these in the dryer, but yet the owner blocked us claiming we wouldnt be done by then. Left and well never come back again

The management at this place is terrible as well as the machines!! The owner accuses customers of trying to steal when they lose even a quarter in one of his machines!! Lets not even mention the slot machines that he has in his establishment where Ive seen several payouts!! I will not be returning!!! Instead of trying to correct customer issues, he likes to escalate them with his very aggressive behavior; especially if its a woman.

Ive been coming here for over 6 months. Its your typical laundromat with a lot of people and no parking. However they have several machines that are not functioning but appear to be with nothing marked as DO NOT USE OR DOES NOT WORK. I placed my clothing into two dryers today. One of the dryers began to dry but the outside never got hot even though the dryer was set to hot. I contacted a woman that works here to be told I only put one quarter in the machine and that was all I would be refunded and began to get loud. Even though I advised her that I put $1.00 into both of the dryers I used. Needless to say but Im not going to argue over a $1.00. I politely walked away. Instead I will take my business elsewhere because the customer service was horrible.

Very large place. Games and pool tablebto keep you occupied while you wait.

The washer and dryer especially gets so hot that they can ruins delicate clothes so you should keep an eye on your clothes.....

First time here, good location. I didnt had to wait to use the machines, and the place was clean. Well see what happens next time I come.

Dirty little place, dont like it. When machines are broken they dont even put up signs letting you know and they wont refund money. Cant get a cold wash on anything. The owner will argue that his machines work but when the washer doesnt fill with water, thats clearly a problem.

Lots of different size washing machines, good hot dryers. The owner is abit high strung but got in and out in about an hour and a half.
