I called several places before going and picked this one based on the reviews. The cost quoted was higher than the rest but over the phone they seemed more reputable.My grandsons iPhone 6 would not charge. Upon arriving, Cory - an employee, gave me an estimate $$ and said I will call you within 45 minutes to discuss the damage. In 10 min he called and gave me a complete assessment of the phone and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. (The other company advised me they would need to keep the phone a minimum of 3 days to send it out to be assessed and repaired.). I was dumbfounded by Corys honesty, professionalism, integrity and quick turn around time. My grandson and I were extremely grateful for the impeccable service he provided. When I arrived to pick up the phone he said no charge - $0.00. I told him there was no way I could accept his services without showing my appreciation monetarily. He continuily refused accepting any money. I put $10 on the counter and proceeded to leave saying lunch is on me! He proclaimed $10 was way to much. If I felt he would have accepted it I happily would have paid him more. These days it is so hard to find a person with such integrity (not full of greed or being advantageous). He made our day and reestablished to me there are still unselfish people in our world today.Thanks again Cory. If I could give you 10 stars I would.

Quick battery replacement for my iPhone at a good price. A friendly and very professional staff at this store. While I was waiting a man came in with a hearing aid battery need and was having hearing issues while in the store. His battery issue was resolved in a very caring and patient manner. He was treated respecfully and time was taken to explain to him how to get the most out of his batteries. There is a high level of good customer service at this store that is lacking in so many other businesses. Good job!

My iPhone needed a new battery and the process of getting a new one was so seamless. I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour. The technicians were pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this business.

From start to finish....I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughl impressed. Phoned in the morning, dropped off my iPhone and it was ready in1/2 hour. This is the Buford location. Corporate owes them a pat on the back for a job well done!

You know what’s it like when your phone doesn’t work well. Very frustrating. Well I took my phone to “we fix it” and they got my phone back to working properly again. Great price and wonderful fast service. Thank you to guys at “We fixed it” is what it should be called!!!

I got my phone fixed today and the people were very nice and knowledgable. I had an antenna replaced and it turns out that was not the fix so another part is being ordered - but if it isnt fixed with their repair, I dont pay for it. Im so glad I will be able to keep my phone for a while longer and not have to pay for a new phone.
