The AutoNation Collision Center did a great job in getting my Camry repaired. Larry was great to work with and he was able to get it all done so quickly. You could tell he really wanted to help and he did a fantastic job. He kept me informed every step of the way. It even came out less expensive than it was first thought to be. What more could you ask for?

I stopped in today to get some help with a leak in my Jetta. I was fortunate enough to get help from Anthony Rodriguez and Andy (glass specialist). Anthony & Andy were amazing! They were professional, explained what they were looking at and why. They did a little more looking and were able to diagnose and correct the leak. I was in and out in like 20 min!!! I have never been to Auto Nation Collision Center (never had a need) but I know in the future where I will head for car repair needs!!!Kudos to Anthony & Andy for a job well done.

They are so involved in making sure that repairs are done properly and that no short cuts are done! They have your best interest! Also, they make sure that you are completely satisfied with their work before you take your vehicle home. I have used them several times and have not been disappointed not one time! I had to have my vehicle repaired due to road debris. Larry the AutoNation rep that I dealt with and Sam the receptionist were great to me. Larry went above and beyond to make sure that the work was done in a timely manner, done properly, and let me know what was being done, why and how things should look when the work was completed. They were easy to check in, some places bring the rental there. They kept me informed about the status of the process and called when they said they would. It took a while longer than I excepted but that was more the fault of the insurance people not accepting the new quote. The work in the end looked perfect though. So they did a good job at replacing my tailgate and bumpers.

White Glove Service - Got several calls to give update on work in progress within the estimated time of 2 weeks that they were repairing vehicle. Completely pleased with the outcome of the job, my vehicle is back to its original state with no sign of a wreck. Could not have asked for more.

My wife had an accident and we wanted to use AutoNation Collision Center with an expectation that dealership would do better than anybody else. We were WRONG.In short it took over 35 days to get our car back, the guy (Anthony Rodrigues) kept us in shadow with very little communication & update even after multiple calls.The service was worse. The car was not fixed properly, three check engine light pupped up after we got back home with the car. We will NEVER go to that place, EVER. We got a feeling that they just LOVE money and exploit people with sweet talks. it was an unbelievably shocking & horrible experiences for us.

I took my car to the Collision Department because of a recall with the paint. Sam was my representative from the Collision Department. He was very professional, informative and a pleasure to work with.Sam took the time to walk with me from the Collison Department to the Service Department to pickup my car. I was involved in a collision and my insurance company had this collision center as one of their preferred shops to repair my vehicle. because of how close they were to my home I picked them. During the time my car was at this place LARRY CUSAMANO was the estimator that handled the repairs of my vehicle. LARRY was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Horrible work and service from this place! Took my 2020 Hyundai Palisade to the Hyundai dealer due to a factory defect on the front bumper paint. Paint came with bubbles. Hyundai accepted to fix it under the warranty and this is the bodyshop that was supposed to fix it.I dropped my vehicle August 28th and was called a few days later saying that the problem was resolved. Looked at the front bumper and could see where they just tried to buff it out and the issue was still there. I did not accept the vehicle.I get a call from Hyundai Service stating that the issue was not the paint and it was the bumper that had a defect and had to be replaced.I got a call 1 month later that the bumper was replaced and to come pick it up. I go there and notice a dent on the bumper and some kind of debris stuck to the paint. I did not accept the vehicle.Got a call 1 week later to pick it up. They fixed the dent on the upper side but now there is another dent on the lower side of the bumper and they did not fix the debris on the paint. I did not accept the vehicle.Got a call from Hyundai that they fixed the paint and bumper. I go there to pick it up and noticed a huge gap between the bumper and the left headlight. I mentioned this and the shop just said sorry we cant do anything about that and they attempted to convince me that this huge gap that was not there before is a manufacturing problem AND the worse part is that they said it was probably there before and I did not notice it.I also had to make another trip to the shop because they oversprayed all over the left headlight.Took them from August 28th to October 16th and it still not right.Next step will be to contact Hyundai customer affairs.Stay away from this place. Never seen customer service so bad. They cant get a bumper replacement right in a month and a half.

Larry and the crew at Toyota Collision were absolutely amazing... got a rough estimate right away as a walk in for my truck which suffered damage on the front end. He was personable and professional, and gave some good advice on how to proceed. We ended up using insurance, and Larry worked with them on our behalf, getting us newer and better parts! Plus they worked through evenings around the holidays to try to get it back to us fast, which was most appreciated. Wouldn’t go anywhere else with my Toyotas... they were awesome!

I brought my 2019 Dodge Charger in for a very simple paint job on a small part of my bumper, I dropped it off on a Tuesday and I got it back the following Monday, Tuesday morning I had a better chance to fully look and inspect the damaged area, who ever had put my car back together must have never reassembled a car, the body gap lines where horrible, my hood is about half an inch above my bumper, my left fender has full contact with my bumper, my right fender also has contact with my bumper, I called auto nation when they opened and they were very understanding and said I can bring my car in today to get looked at, not so sure if that means it will get fixed

Everyone was pleasant to work with and helpful. The staff provided many updates and an accurate timeline for completion. I would highly recommend.

I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the body shop. From the time they took my car I was updated just about every day. Every person I came in contact with was nice, helpful and had a great attitude. From Dennis Rivvet to the ladies at the front desk. The car looked brand new. I needed some work done by the VW dealership a mile down the road, so I asked Dennis did VW need to come and get it, or could he send it over....he called his porter right then and my car was at the VW dealership before I finished paying my deductible at the front desk. I will recommend them to everyone.

Ive had body work done two times at AutoNation and both times were excellent experiences. Friendly agents and great work. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needed repair work done!

I would have given 5 stars, but there were a couple of aesthetics that were displeasing. We now have mix-match light covers that are obvious (one black and one gray). The new chrome bumper should have come with bolt covers to prevent them from rusting. Our truck was in great condition before the accident, but the repairs look tacky (not what I would expect from a reputable collision center).

I was very satisfied with how AutoNation collision center took care of my car, it was very professional, it was quite quick when I went in to fill out the paperwork. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was very relaxing.I was really pleasantly surprise and how smooth everything went, and how Miss talitha Davis who was the collision estimator kept me informed as my car was being repaired. In this location it was very convenient to go to Enterprise and pick up my rent a car because it was right across the street from the collision center so that worked out very well. Absolute great service all around. This time I needed my car repaired after a tree fell on top of it from Hurricane Irma. I could have picked any body shop but I chose here because Ive had such great service from this location from the beginning when I first bought it. Repairs were great and it was like the tree never fell on top of it! You dont have to worry about anything here. They call and give timely, detailed updates and are very helpful with any questions you have.

I had an amazing experience there. The staff was great especially Chelsea. She made sure explain my options and stayed in contact until work was done. They did a great Job and it was quick! I am glad to know there are still people who provide stellar service.

We came back here for the third repaired services. Unfortunately, the service/the policy/the estimator, Mr. John Holmes as well as the overall collision center business way have been totally changed negatively and unprofessionally. The AutoNation Collision Center charged our insurance company for the repairing services, but in fact, they didn’t do for what they had been paid for, for instances: They just input the new bumper on. THAT’S EXACTLY IT. They didn’t wash the car - when we asked, John Holmes told us that our car need to WAX. That was not what we had asked. We just wanted the normal wash after the service since there are a lot of finger prints with oil, dirty pots and stains. The windshield/glass door and around the car look horrible. Our car is not the grandpa model. It is not just only frustrated, but it also an unacceptable service. Due to the last two previously quality service here- therefore we drove all the way from Buckhead to Mall of Georgia in order to get the service here. Based on what we unluckily experienced here, we don’t and dare not recommend this Collision Center to anybody. Good luck for the business AutoNation Collision Center. Thank you for the service with an era to reduced cost for operation in order to save your business. We hope, please do not treat and operate this kind of philosophy business to other customers.

I recently had my 2018 Nisson Murano repaired at AutoNation Collision Center located next to the Toyota dealership in Buford. There was a dent and a very deep scratch on the right rear panel. They did an excellent job with the repair! Their service personnel were friendly and very professional! You cannot tell that there was ever a problem with my car and they give a lifetime gaurantee on their body work! I strongly recommend them for your body work.

The only reason I gave them 3 stars is cause they did complete the job but it was a major headache and a nightmare dealing with Service department. No one would take responsibility of the mistakes. Pretty sure wont be going there for any service to my new Highlander.

Its been five weeks now and I will have to bring my car in for the third time for this center to attempt to match the headlights with a correct light bulb. This place is incompetent at best. Avoid.

They are not responding the calls and if you call and asking the information about the car work front dusk not attempt the calls and i am requesting them to please finish the car as soon as but not do the work they told 3 weeks time to finish the work but i sent them in to the car last 2 weeks back this is the 3rd week but still they are saying not finishing the work on this week. deliverables are very late i am totally disappointed there working to take more time still my car is there. i am paying rental car every day my insurance is not covered for rental car. so i tell them this situation also but there doing the work is very very slow .....not good not good ...................i trusted to google reviews but there is not working and work is not effect to do ......base on this reviewsbad reviews and fake reviews dont trust this company

He kept me fully informed of what was happening throughout the duration my cr In in shop to include the car not starting several times and my having to get a new one.Upon completion of the work, I didn’t recognize my car because the work was so exceptional. It made me desire to have the whole car redone. In addition, they cleaned the car throughly. I recently took my car to Auto Nation Collison in Buford, Ga. for an estimate. My wife had been involved in a very minor accident that caused a little damage to the front bumper. When I arrived, a employee named Larry Cusumano was assigned to help me. Larry looked at my vehicle and initially told me it could be fixed. He stated that he would write the estimate later and call me. I received a call from Larry 2 days later affirming that the vehicle could be fixed and that it would take about 2 weeks. Two days later, I received another call from Larry stating that my vehicle was totaled. Larry advised me to come and remove my personal items. When I arrived later that afternoon, Larry was very short in conversation when I questioned him about how my vehicle could be totaled. I informed Larry that I would be having a second opinion on the repair and was told if I did, I would be charged $176.00. In short, I had to pay $176.00 when I picked my car up before they would release it. They had removed my 2 front headlights and refused to put them back in place although there was nothing wrong with either of the lights. After having a 2nd opinion, it was determined that my vehicle was not totaled and could be repaired. It was fixed for almost $3,000 dollars less than what Auto Nation wanted for the same work. Larry and the director at Auto Nation were very rude when I picked my vehicle up. They are also very DISHONEST!! I will never do business with ANY Auto Nation Collison Center or dealership for this reason. Larry needs to find another profession, he certainly does not have a clue!!!!
