Not a good place to tint your cars at all. Had my Suv tinted there. There are many bubbles in the tint and the tint was not even properly put on. There is light coming through the left side of the window where they left huge gap. Horrible and shotty work. Should not be in business. Garbage.

Worst place to go. Do not recommend. Had an appointment at 12. Showed up at 12. Made me wait over an hour to tell that they are gonna have to reschedule me. Get your priorities straight and learn how to handle customers as they come.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Made a appointment and sat for a hour and a half to finally be told they werent going to do it even though I had an appointment. Waiting room is absolutely disgusting. The woman in the office is as bright as a night light....no way she can even figure out how to put her shoes on in the morning let alone run a office and appointment calender. Owner of the business told me having a appointment doesnt mean they are going to do it then and that walk ins make them run behind and cancel their customers who had appointments. I called another tint shop from the parking lot and they were able to fit me in immediately and did an amazing job.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered 20% tint and I went back 2-3 times to get my driver window re done due to bubbles and ripples and tears in my tint. I was fed up went to another shop to find out they put 15% on my windows. These guys are shady and when I called to tel them about the issue they did nothing but Call me names blame me for the issues and say they don’t care and don’t need my business. Lady at the front desk is terrible and rude and they wouldn’t offer me a refund for my tints even though it was 5 times for me going back. If you want tints done right go to Rustkote on Walden. Eclipse is a terrible business who care about nothing but themselves. Rainbow tint is just as bad as that is the nephew of one of the workers at this place. Absolutely disgusted with this shop. Do not go here you get what you pay for. Pay the extra money and have the job done right. Their film is also terrible film they claim it’s imported from Florida but it’s terrible. Guy claimed to be doing tinting for 30 years and then blamed me and my car saying something was wrong with my car. Just went to Rustkote today and it’s on perfect both windows no issues and done the first time! Take your business elsewhere you’ve been warned.

Ive had 3 of my cars tinted here by Rob and they always look great. Several of my friends have had their cars done here by Rob and were very happy. This guy knows what hes doing, hes like a machine.

Wouldnt recommend this place at all. I brought my 2017 subaru Forester in to get my 5 back windows tinted. When I got the vechile back I had nothing but issues. All of my windows have multiple bubbles with some kind of contaminat hair, dirt and dust. I also had to go back to get a fold fixed which was clearly the Installer being lazy. The fold was ripped almost like he cut it wrong, I let them know and Karen had me come back to get it fixed. The installer seemed mad at me for calling him out on his shotty work. I also noticed that my front visor tint was way too low actually under the as1 line. If the owner could reach out to me that would be great, I would like to discuss getting these issues fixed or getting a refund.Update: called the shop they told me they wouldnt fix the tint for the imperfections and then told me my car had more issues then their tint job. Was told if your 3 feet away from the tint and dont see an issue your good, who sits 3 feet away from their windows.

Had an appointment scheduled, which was made over a week ago and they call me less than an hour before it saying they are too busy and must reschedule. My buddy was even already on his way to my house from a hour away almost. They are going downhill and I got an appt scheduled at another well known place for the next day with no issue. Sad thing is I was gonna leave them a nice tip too, their loss.

READ MY WHOLE REVIEW.... Went here to get my windows tinted. I talked to Karen over the phone and she is so nice. She gave me a price I couldnt get anywhere else. I drove from North Buffalo. I was greeted by Karen who was just as pleasant in person. While waiting you can use the free WiFi. It only took about 40 minutes to complete the whole vehicle. Im very pleased with the tinted windows and customer service. I will recommend Eclipse to friends and family. Will go back when I ever get a different vehicle. The owner says to me that tinting windows isnt an exact science. What!!! Theyve been doing this for over 30 years! If you dont have it down to an exact science I think you should do something else. Karen is very nice, but they dont seem to handle appointments very punctually. The waiting room is quite unpleasant and dirty. The tinting prices are decent, cheaper than most alternatives. I did notice bubbles on the tints at first, but after about a week they seemed to dissapear. I am happy with the tints they put on my Infiniti for the price.

Rob is good. Like really good. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to get tints on their vehicle.

Great no drip product from friendly people. Price is on the higher side of average but you get what you pay for. Literally no drips. Goes on like a spray grease that is self leveling. Ive taken several vehicles here. Always satisfied

Its has now been 3 weeks since I got my tint for my car and Im so disappointed I wasted $200, the staff can be very rude if you dont know much about the process, the waiting room is nasty, and when my car got finished there were so many bubbles on every window which they explained would go away. Most definitely did go away but I have atleast 5-10 bubbles on EACH window still that isnt going away. It was my first time getting a car tinted and this place honestly made me regret it. Definitely recommend looking elsewhere to get tint, this place does extremely cheap work.

I thought about coming here but after hearing multiple things from my friends, I’m definitely going somewhere else. How do you make an appointment with a customer and then even make an attempt to keep it, and my friend wasted their whole day. And the waiting room was gross.

Not worth the money. Way too many bubbles and dirt on my tint. Its either the film that they put on my car is dirty or they did not clean the windows properly before applying the tint. 1 star job, but leaving 2 stars because the employees/ staff are really nice to the customers.

I highly recommend everyone to get there tints done else where. I went to get my tints done and an employee named Robert was letting people skip me until I confronted him about it. He said “I dont need your money, you can sit and wait or get your tints done somewhere else”. I don’t think that’s the right way to talk to a customer. Take your car else where!!

Absolute horrible experience, I was skipped in front of multiple times. I made my appointment 2 weeks out just to get told that I needed to reschedule.

Ive brought 2 vehicles here within the past year. The woman who answers the phone/books appointments is very polite.There are 2 men doing the window tint - this naturally results in inconsistencies on each side because they try to rush through each job in order to get more vehicles completed. They also left garbage in my backseat which is unprofessional in my opinion.Its also worth noting that the men are pretty rude and theyre very lucky that the woman runs things for them. Hopefully the tint stays so I dont have to bring my vehicle back. Ill likely go elsewhere next time

Do not ever go to eclipse. I live nearby and thought it would be convenient but having to go back to get them redone is not at all convenient. They can’t own up to their mistakes. Owner said “this is an after market product and you can’t expect perfection” as all my windows are peeling off and bubbling. Then continues to blame the awful tint job on the weather and that it’s due to winter. Why do tints in the winter if they don’t turn out right? Or maybe warn your customers. There is hair, dirt particles, and glue reside in the tint. The back window has very noticeable air bubbles that they didn’t fix because “I can’t expect perfection with an aftermarket product”. The trimming of the tint looks like a child did it. Do not go here. Do not waste your money.

Ive had a good experience here before, had my rear window tinted and all was good. I went back to have my side windows tinted based on my prior positive experience, but I had the exact opposite the second time around. My side windows have bubble everywhere, the lady who looked at it said she couldnt see anything but it was clear as day. They redid my drivers side window, squeegeed the passenger one again, but refused to redo the quarter window tints. Its difficult to photograph window tint blemeshes but Ive done the best I can with a smartphone. These are photos from a months later, so its just air bubbles that need to dry out, but dust trapped underneath.

Rob tinted my back window on my van. He does the best work. And theyre very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend them to everyone who needs their windows tinted.

Very good customer service. After my car was messed up by ziebart I called eclipse to see if they could help me out. They got me in that day and gave very professional results and tinted my window in about 10 minutes. Ziebart took 3.5 hours to do 5 windows. Everyone here was very nice and I am very pleased with the service they gave me! Thank you!

Very happy with how my Charger came out. They did great work at a very reasonable price. The owner was really professional as well. The entire vehicle, with a visor, only took about an hour. Free WiFi as well while you wait.

Very Great Customer Service - Dropped My car off early in the morning and came to pick it up around 3 although it was going to be ready an hour later. The owner installed it himself, was extremely friendly, and even attempted to install a new license plate cover for me I had sitting in my car. A+ - Very high quality, no bubbles, and super friendly. Could not be more happy and this is on top of me having a gift certificate for the car, therefore I handed over no physical cash. Great place highly recomended

There MUST be new management. I went there in July 2013, they were GREAT!Excellent, quick service. Great price and product. I did have two imperfections, took it back two weeks later and they immediately made it right.Highly recommend Eclipse Tinting.

I went and got my Lexus Is250 tinted i was disappointed with terrible cuts(lines) and bubbles all in the tint... then i take it back and ask if they can fix the terrible cuts by recutting they reluctantly do soo, 2weeks later the tint rips out of the window when i roll it down and then when i ask them to fix it they tell me to wait a week and finally they rush me in for my appointment at 2pm on a monday (Real convenient ) to Replace the damaged tint, they do so with even more terrible tint work that is worse then my first experience Instead of asking for the 4th time to fix it i will just go else where and write this review. I advise you to stay clear from them aswell.

I recently went and got my windows tinted here. Im going to give my honest experience. Everyones experience may have differed but this is mine. My appointment was generally positive. It does seem like they dont get alot off business and will do anything to get you in the door, which I was finally able to get in due to a great deal being offered. I went in on a Saturday which they closed at 1 pm but I arrived at 12:30, so the workers did end up staying a little late to finish which was nice. Though the place of business is rundown and seems sketchy the workers did seem to know what they were doing and they were using a much better quality tint than you can find in the do it yourself kits. All in all the tint looks pretty good, nice and dark, and it was about 40 minutes for them to complete. They were very talkative as well. However my back window does have a little bubbling but my window is extremely curved and difficult to tint so no I understand that. Overall, I would recommend them from my experience, dont let the place put you off.

Well, If you want tints on your car, I suggest this place. And prices are reasonable to do it. Are professionals. And a plus to this place, is that there is a car wash right in front of it, need a car wash and tints?? I highly suggest coming here.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Brought my Mercedes to these clowns because I was near by. Im a perfectionist for most things but when my wife brought the car home later that night, I could not believe what a half @$$ job they did! I took it back the next day to show them how off they were on their cuts and they said it was the cars fault. I could see daylight along the bottom of the rear windshield where they cut the tint too short. The owner said he would fix it for another $50. I told him to forget it and went elsewhere to have it fixed. Do NOT go here. Save yourself the aggravation. Who doesnt carry 5% for a rear window.

My boyfriend recently took his vehicle to get tinted at this location. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Do not waste you’re money because you will need to get them redone elsewhere. He came back because there were bubbles in all the windows and a cut in the sunvisor tint in the front windshield in which the owners fix was to color in with wax crayon or pencil. The owner came out and looked at the car. He asked if his car has ever been in an accident in which he replied no it has a clean car fax. He said well if you’re car was in a collision shop with the doors open they could’ve been welding on a different vehicle which would make particles on my boyfriends windows therefore causing bubbles. He suggested my boyfriend gets all of his windows replaced. My boyfriend said no that he would like it fixed and that he would like what he paid for to be done correctly. He said no problem I’m not trying to give you the runaround I will try my best to get the bubbles out of the windows. Than my boyfriend waited an hour in a half so they could take the rest of their customers in before him since he clearly wasn’t an important customer he had already paid... so they took his car in finally and they replaced one window which STILL has bubbles and pieces of hair in it. So he left that place and went straight to custom radio where they said that was ridiculous and they shouldn’t be tinting windows. Do not go here! Wait until you can get into a place that knows what they are doing or maybe they do and just don’t care. If I could I would give them -5 stars. NEVER AGAIN and will tell friends and family to avoid as well!! Waste of money.

My favorite place to wash my car

Avoid this place like the plague. I took my vehicle here and after they were done there was dust and hair under every tint. There was also a quarter inch gap on two windows. When I brought it up to the owner he blamed it on the vehicle. It was def their poor work. The hassle of having to come back to this place and deal with these people is super annoying. When we were looking over the windows the owner pointed to a spot and said, Youre just going to have to live with this. Anyone paying a business expects high quality work not this sham. While I was waiting to get my tints fixed two other customer came about the same problem.

I found the price to be reasonable and they guy Rob, who worked on my car was nice and personable. Im surprised of all the previous reviews, but maybe management has changed in the place. I definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

Not entirely sure if all tint places have crappy customer service, but this place definitely did. The people running it seemed very spacey and dismissive with whatever concerns or questions you had. After they finished my car, I noticed they did a very sloppy job and a lot of things they took apart in my car were not put back together. Had to bring it back a second time to get the tints re-done because they did such a shitty job the first time. Second time was decent but I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here. Very disappointed.

Do not waste your money, terrible and rushed job on my rear window. There is dust and air bubbles under my tint. It took them about 5 minutes to do the window, clearly rushing and carelessly applying the tint. Never returning again.

This place is horrible.they sprayed my truck and car with rustop and skipped so mant areas it was the worst rustproof job i have ever seen.sprayed bottom of tailgate to make it look like they sprayed inside but never did.many areas underneath never touched.drilled hole in passenger door and never plugged hole.left cars a mess, krown cleans your car off after they are done and krown does an excellent job for much less.avoid these crooks and do yourself a favor and take your car to krown for rustproofing.

Ive taken over a dozen vehicles to eclipse and every single one of them have had blemishes or issues such as dirt in the tint or my windshield visor tint being off several inches from side to side but Ive dealt with it!! but until recently The Cressman ship has drastically gone downhill there are more worried about speed and getting a vehicle in and out then quality work I have brought defects and issues to their attention in the response is always the same well thats a hard window to do!! And my responses apparently youre in the wrong line of work if that window is too difficult!!! In the past few years Ive taken my dodge ram my Mustang cobra and a Saturn aura and a VW Passat and apparently these wide variety of vehicles are all difficult! I pointed out issues before even leaving and the owner says oh that has to dry well days later weeks later the air bubble or creases is still visible I took my mustang back for back window issues four times me living in Chautauqua county that is a drive eclipse window tinting might be priced right but the quality is garbage I guarantee anybody that gives them a five star rating are not meticulous about their vehicles but anybody thats a car enthusiast that is anal about how their money is spent would not have left five stars
