Rented a 40x40 foot wedding tent package ($5500.00) for my daughter’s wedding that was held on June 19, 2021. The tent was guaranteed to be completely set-up by the evening of Thursday, June 17th. When no one showed up, we called and were told that they would be out first thing Friday morning. That never happened. They came out at 2:00 pm. It took them until 8:00 pm to complete the set-up. A table was broken, linens were stained, lights did not work, and there were no fans or hi- top tables delivered. This tent also did not hold 100 people comfortably. The tent ceiling was very dirty. They said they would try to clean it, but they couldn’t get the stains off. Very disappointed in this company. Would NOT recommend them to anyone! They simply are NOT a reputable company. They did NOT care to even try to remedy any of the above concerns.

I had the challenge of holding my daughters Quinceanera this summer in the midst of Covid, the team at Buffalo Tent Rental made our outdoor formal event come to life. We went with an amazing package which included a 30X20 tent, tables and chairs. The delivery staff Lead by John G. were very kind, efficient and down to earth. They even put up a side wall for privacy that I forgot to request. If youre looking for affordable local rentals you found it.

We rented 2 times for our daughters bridal shower and wedding. Beautiful white tents with sides and windows! Great customer service, quick setup and very accommodating. Highly recommend! Tables, chairs and linens were nice quality as well!

I used Buffalo tent right rental for a pre wedding party in my back yard.The owner was on site for the entire set up. The tents were gorgeous and the tables, chairs and linens appeared brand new. My guests were complimenting me all night!Excellent service and fair priced. I will certainly use them again.

We rented a tent, heater, and lights from them for our wedding last Saturday. They were able to accommodate us a few days before, which was fantastic. The tent and lights were beautiful and worked well. Our problem was the heater. We tested it Friday night - it worked. However, on Saturday it did not. I spent half of the cocktail hour at my wedding calling the company - they gave us further instructions on how we needed to hold the button down for 10- 15 minutes to ignite. To me this is crazy (if you have to hold down an igniter for 15 minutes I would think it is an issue with the product), but we did it anyways. We did everything they told us to do with no avail.We had one of our best friends miss toasts and dinner to run to Home Depot to buy us a new heater. Definitely not how he planned on spending part of the night.When I called to try to get money back for the heater, I was told this was user error and not the companies fault. I dont know how this could be after we were able to get it going Friday. When it did not work Saturday we were on the phone with the owner giving us specific instructions, and yet it did not work.Great tent, poor customer service.

Excellent customer service! I called to order a couple days before our event during the pandemic and they could accommodate everything we needed with great and fair pricing. The team members who came to set up the tent were very friendly and everything we ordered was clean, and in great condition.

We booked them for a stage for our outdoor dance recital during the pandemic. Great customer service from beginning to end... over the phone, email and to set up and tear down. You can trust that they will be on time, set up the way you want and make your special event go as smooth as possible.

We just had our wedding with Buffalo Tent Rental in December and they are more than worth it. Bob set me up with a porto potty and even constructed a plywood floor in the middle of winter to make this happen. Anytime there was a problem Bob was already on top of it before I even called him. I couldnt recommend them more.

Wonderful people to work with I was so last minute on a tent for my my mom and buffalo tent rental was right there I called them and a hour later we had a tent and it was worth the money we really enjoyed the tent it made the event so stunning thank you so much buffalo tent rental I would highly recommend this place to anyone
