If you walking in dont bother, even if its nail techs there they not doing your nails, walk in workers call off, you not getting no service even if no other customers there

I’ve come to Flowers for a long time, around 7 months. The first time I ever went, I called and tried to make an appointment. Someone answered and said “No, no appointments” and hung up on me. The many times I have went service was slow, however, the nails looked superb! The other day I went to flower’s with a friend and there were only 2 people ahead of us. About 30 minutes later the shop filled up. We sat in the shop for over 2 hours and they took EVERYONE that came in after us! The workers never said a word to us. They never asked who was next or apologized. They were very unprofessional and unorganized. If they cannot keep up with the amount of people they should have a sign in sheet. Moral of the story is we came into the shop at 4:30pm and then called another nail salon that took us right away and reserved two seats for us around 6:45pm. After spending all that time in the shop and leaving without our nails being done with zero apologizes or acknowledgments was the last straw. I will not be going back to Flower’s or recommending them at all. As I said, the nails look fantastic - if you have 8 hours to spend in the nail shop because they don’t care about their customers.

Just be careful who does your nails. My sister nails were big as hell. Lol 😂 and one man cant even do short nails my husband hated my nails will not be going here anytime soon

You could be a good customer tip very well if you stop coming for a while and then return they lie and put people in front of you saying they had appointments and have you sitting all day very inconsistent no respect for loyal customers. Cater to young girls....

Normally I don’t write reviews, but this place is awesome! It’s always a good sign when everyone who walks in on a Thursday afternoon are regulars. Flower took care of me and spent almost 2 hours with my mani & pedi. She paid attention to detail and didn’t mind taking the time to shape my nails exactly as I asked. They just gained yet another regular !

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. The nails seem to look good, but if you’re not a ‘favorite’ or friends with the techs, everybody will be seen before they bother to get to you. They play favorites on customers, and it is obvious. I arrived at 5:30 and wasn’t seen at all because by 8:30 and realizing I had wasted an entire night waiting to get my nails done, something that is simple and a 30 minute process; however, being pushed off like I hadn’t been there waiting, I finally decided 3 hours was long enough. I was mad at myself for even staying that long, as that is far too long to wait for a set of nails.

This one lady did amazing on my mother so I give it a try,Im very impressed

Great place to go to, my niece had a great time, its just the price is a little high 14 $ to paint the nails on my niece hands and feet 5$ for hands good, 9$ just for painting her feet way too much.

Worst customer service in my life!! did not get what I asked for(basic natural French tip), had to go back to get my nails fixed and was giving the run around. if youre looking for a professional environment or actual nail care this is not the place for you!
