Unsatisfactory experience with this company. I hired this service for a thorough move-in cleaning and disinfecting of my two bedroom apartment. The previous tenants had already done a pretty decent job with cleaning, but had not cleaned the insides of any appliance or cabinets/drawers. I had also just had the carpet shampooed. I paid $300 upfront before the cleaning, then left to take care of some errands. I returned just as the cleaner was leaving. I asked straight up whether the drawers and cabinets were cleaned, to which I was given an answer in the affirmative. Later when I had a chance to examine the place closely I found that only 50% of the work had been done. There was dust, food crumbs, and even mold inside many of the cabinets, drawers, pantry, and the compartment below the oven. Unlike Molly Maid, they offered no guarantee that they would come back to clean any part that the customer is unsatisfied with. Poor value for money. Do not recommend.Update: S&S contacted me later and offered to redo the cleaning free of charge. They did a good job with cleaning, and at the end asked me to inspect the place and let them know if anything needed further cleaning. They were attentive to detail and courteous. Would recommend.

Wonderful married couple who work hard! I have used them twice & I am going to use them all the time now! I never had used a regular service before, just a yearly thing. My kitchen cabinets looked as good as when we first got them. They got so much done in just an hour! Highly recommend them!

Ive been using S&S Cleaning Services for a few years and they are fantastic. I chose a monthly service for a very reasonable price. Very prompt and professional. And I am pleased with the attention to detail shown in cleaning my home. I highly recommend this cleaning service.
