I cannot even begin to explain how happy I am with the service provided. My housekeeper, Becca, was sweet as pie and made sure to ask me about my preferences, explain products when I asked, Used my own products when I requested for certain surfaces. She gets the job done in a quick and highly efficient manner. If I asked her to touch up something, shed do it happily, customer service is top notch!The process to book was the easiest Ive ever had, I was able to get in immediately for a deep clean where other companies give you the run around or long wait times while they draft up a contract. Not here! No contract, easy online booking- and a really good value! I highly recommend them, this company has integrity and stands by their work!

We have used Tidy Troopers twice so far and what a phenomenal job on our house!! Becca is our main cleaner and is very detailed orientated and nice! Always on time and really gets detailed areas of the house. Last time she brought a helper who was also hardworking and gave attention to detail. Thanks

The cleaner, Carolyn, arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant. (This was my first experience with Tidy Troopers.) She asked me to show her around and let her know if I had any particular needs. Then she got right to work and did an excellent job whipping my house into shape!

Was able to get a last minute appointment for a deep clean. Arrived on time and were courteous. Did the deep clean. They asked me if I had any special requests and I wasnt exactly sure what that meant...until they got there and then realized things like I like pinesol on floors but they were super accommodating. Great prices.

Ok first off I dont see how ANYONE could give these guys a high rating, let me explain. I asked her crew to come and clean my daughters two bedroom apt. My granddaughter is autistic and that the place would need to be deep cleaned, Well her crew did a somewhat clean job and complained that the place was messy, and this comes from a cleaning crew? I told them I didnt care if Hurricane hugo went thru the place I expected it to be clean and thats what I hired them for, Well Christine said ok we will be glad to clean the place again but with some exceptions. Shes a nice lady but I couldnt believe I was hearing this so my advice is pass on this place there are MUCH better cleaning services out there than this one. Well I see that her response was the home wasnt in the condition for they told us about-THATS A COMPLETE LIE!!!! They were told about the condition of the home BEFORE they stepped into the house. Secondly maybe Im not getting the gist of their service were a cleaning service but we only CLEAN certain homes!!!-SERIOUSLY??I was under the impression that a cleaning service-CLEANS!!! and for the remark about me waiting 14months. I posted my comments on your company website and a friend of mine wanted the name of a company that we could recommend so I did a search and came across Tidy Troopers and see that I hadnt left a comment on this site and now Im doing so!! You should change the name of your cleaning service to-We clean but ONLY if its not to dirty!!!!

Carlee and Chelsea are great. They arrive when scheduled and pay attention to details while performing their work. They ask if we are happy with their service and will use certain cleaning products to suit your needs. Very professional, kind and courteous.

They did a fantastic job. The ladies were thorough and professional. Ive already referred them to my mother in law to set up regular monthly cleaning services. Id hire them again any day.

Expert service the two women I had were absolute cleaning Angels. My condo looked like i hadnt moved in yet. Premium quality service I would highly recommend to anyone that has a busy life like me and just doesnt have time
