Absolutely glad that I found this gym for there are times where I may want to get in an early workout before my busy day begins but most gyms wouldn’t open up until 5:30 or later. Nice, peaceful and clean environment…downtown where I live, so no need to commute out of way…and pretty much everyone of whine I’ve seen workout here…ACTUALLY works out, so no worries of a person hogging an area only to use it for scrolling through social media.I actually like the “low key” appeal to this gym because I don’t like working out in crowded ones. Perfect!

Used this Gym prior to Covid and always had a great time. Equipment was well kept and tidy, and everyone that I met was always friendly. After I had a vocational change I had to cancel my membership, but will definitely be back as soon as I can.

This gym has definitely stepped up in appearance since the new ownership. I recently rejoined the gym and was pleasantly surprised to see a lot of new equipment, and that there are now classes available for running - plenty of stregnth equipment is available, and the location is open 24 hours a day! The place is always clean, and there are televisions and mirrors everywhere - Awesome gym!

I have a few different gym memberships and this place is by far my favorite gym. Equipment always clean and working. Locker rooms clean. Owner very responsive.

Pre-covid I was an active member usually 4 days a week. The facility has transformed into an excellent place to workout with great new equipment - extremely professional interactions with staff! Looking forward to getting back!

I live and work downtown, and this gym has been an incredible asset for me. It has all the standard equipment and machines required for cardio and strength training, all in good condition. It’s 24 hours, so I can drop in any time of day or night as my schedule permits. I park in the Adam’s ramp I use for work a block away, walk a block, and pop in the street access door using the key fob. Highly recommend for anyone living and or working downtown. Thanks for giving us this option Brian, much appreciated!

I have called this gym to try and set up appointments and never get whomever is running the place. i leave messages and he does not return calls.
