Friday was my first time attending. As you know going for the first time anywhere can be intimidating. Not here! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The TRX class with George kicked my butt (definitely enjoyed it)! I have another class scheduled tomorrow after work.

The two words that I can use to describe Jada are clean and family. You do not feel as if you are just another face or unknown member to the staff, you are treated as a part of their community they established. Their maintenance staff is top notch as well, could eat off their equipment. Amazing gym.

This gym is like no other gym I have been to and I cant recommend it enough. It is without a doubt the cleanest gym I have ever been to with the most caring and knowledgeable trainers around. If you have been to jada blitz fitness you know that this is the cleanest facility thus far! Justin and Ashley made Jada Blitz 2.0 unlike any other gym I’ve seen. It’s awesome. The amount of services this gym offers is incredible. (Personal training, shake bar, lulu lemon, spray tanning, sauna... and much more!) Balanced body is also such a huge bonus they have added on as well. Needless to say, if you question it. Go experience this gym for yourselves. You won’t be disappointed!

Just awful. I called to not cancel but freeze my membership for the month of April because of this pandemic. People are very sick, the gym is not where you want to be right now. The numbers are increasing and I know many people who are ill. I was told very abruptly that they will be making that determination April 13th. I said I don’t think in 2 weeks people will be in a room sweating together and that I feel uncomfortable, I would like my membership frozen. She proceeded to tell me no that they were a small business etc... and I explained to her that we are all in a position with our jobs, no one predicted this and I wasn’t wanting to cancel my membership just freeze it for April. The customer service was not good at all. She continued to argue with me. So I told her other gyms were freezing memberships... and she continued in a very snarky manner that they were not doing that. I told her I could cancel and she was like that is fine you can cancel. Then I got transferred to the owner, Ashley, who was also worked up, as an owner I would’ve thought customer service would have been her strong suit... that she would’ve been like, hi how can we resolve this, we don’t want to lose our clients and we understand the fear etc... how can I help. Nope. She was all upset & said β€œobviously” this and that... I said I will choose to cancel then... she responded β€œwell you can come in and cancel your membership I will give you the papers”. So instead of saving two memberships, my daughter and I... and freezing the account for a month... even if they added it to the end... they now lost 2 memberships, and they have an upset customer & not someone telling others how understanding they were and how great they were at their service, but now I am sharing my bad experience to everyone. Word of mouth is your best advertiser and in a digital age... I think that is very poor business and not smart business sense. I will make sure we support small businesses but NOT this one. Not the only gym in Buffalo by far. Wow.

The training staff at Jada Blitz is awesome!! I work with an online program and they are easy to reach and focused on my personal needs to get better! They are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. Im extremely happy to be part of their training family. They also take time out of their busy schedules to run events at Canal Side. Blitz Body is great and so much fun!

Alyssa was extremely helpful and very courteous! The music is extremely loud. I couldnt hear a phone call that was important. The inappropriate language on music was not appropriate when someone elses children were in waiting area. Needs some changes!!

Jada Blitz Training has been a wonderful find as a great alternative to the traditional gyms in the area. They have the equipment and personnel to support even high level athletes, and the atmosphere is a very motivating one for people serious about bettering their physical health. I have been to many gyms but never one like this. I started with the owner Justin as my personal trainer and within two months, I could clearly see a significant body transformation. He is personable, flexible, family-oriented and has an amazing work ethic. The focus on my personal goals, the motivation and the collaborative relationship was a definite help in me achieving my goals. I am now with Aubree who is so patient and encouraging. I recently started attending classes which have become a pertinent part of my weekly workout schedule (designed by Justin). I am a married mom of 5 who works full time so the hours are also very convenient. Justins moto is, The Will To Win Comes From Within and I feel that everytime I walk through those doors. This place is so much more than a gym...

Our experience with Jada was lacking. My husband and I both signed up for personal training. We felt everything revolved more around money than our goals. We did not feel our trainers were in it with us and really dedicated to giving us the results were after. It always felt like a job for them, going like clockwork; one customer comes in, the trainer gets him and leaves him exactly at the end of the half hour for the next customer and so on and so forth. We had no time to check in with our trainer or ask questions/for advice. I worked out with Justin Draper, Jada owner. I felt that he lacked basic managerial communication skills; knows one way and one way only, refuses to understands or cater to customers asks/needs and continuously defensive. When we finally made the decision that Jada isnt for us, we called him and respectfully requested to terminate the contract; his response was surprisingly rude and unprofessional I think this works better for both sides. Even dealing with his financial manager afterwards, she spoke with an attitude not caring to end on good terms as one would expect from a business. There was no regards or respect to the customers feelings, if we had an issue they defended their way and kept moving not willing to make any changes. Overall I would not recommend it.Below are what we feel are the pros and cons for anyone interested in joining Jada.Pros:- The place - Nice and clean. Decent size to have a good set of equipment but NOT a gym.- Workouts - The workouts have a good mix of strength and cardio.- Nutrition bar available for a quick snack/meal after the workout.- Equipment - There are about 6 elliptical and 6 treadmills and one rowing machine for cardio and a good amount of strength machines.Cons:- Session: Sessions are only 30 minutes long. That compensates working out, breaks, any questions.- Nutritional Guidance: Nutrition must be purchased separately from training. No baseline/minimum nutrition requirements are provided.- Pricey - Considered pricey for what one is getting.β—‹ Training ($30-$35 but can make it higher or lower depending on the number of sessions you sign up for)β—‹ Body fat measurements/first one free, $35 per measurement after thatβ—‹ Nutrition is an additional $150 a month- Progress:β—‹ No baseline measurement is initially done unless requestedβ—‹ No periodic check ins to evaluate progress and make adjustments as neededβ—‹ Each person is responsible for tracking their own progress and asking questions should they choose to- Communicationβ—‹ There is no time to for discussions or questions unless youre working out which is very difficult to do while lifting/cardio training. No time to talk after training because the next client is waiting and the trainer has to go, no time to talk before because the trainer is with his former client and youre waiting for him to finish so you can start.β—‹ Any questions will have to be sent over email. No face to face time outside of the working session.- Attention to goalsβ—‹ Structure - There is no structure to their programs in effort to cater to each individuals goals. Even when asked to provide one.Synergy - Lack of synergy with the trainer. It feels like a job and trainees are just paying customers. No feelings of excitement about the individuals workouts, no relation to their goals or motivation.
