I have brought my Volvo there several times for service including a wheel bearing and exhaust work. They have done a great job fixing the issues at a very fair price! In addition, unlike a few nearby garages, they don’t try and upsell you on unnecessary parts or work.

The guy sold me a car for $3200 said he went through it which after I picked it up had nothing but problems.2 mnths I owned it and put a new wheel bearing and crankshaft pulley which he put new belts on to temp fix.My repairs cost me $1900 .This guy should not be trusted .

Small mom and place trying make an honest living as much as they can for God sakes..the complaints im reading does not make sense... the dealer sells used cars, they also sell u a warranty with every vehicle because they know they are selling u a used car.. and if car has problem, this is how and where they make there extra money.. and this is how u get your car fixed ON YOUR OWN EXPENSE,SO NEXT TIME MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE WARRANTY.. WARRANTIES ARE NOT FREE.. IS LIKE GOING TO BEST BUY AND BUYING INSURANCE ON YOUR PRODUCT, INSURANCE ARE WARRANTIES, its a hustle.. and u cant BLAME the GAME, blame the PLAYER (YOU).. the guy that sold u the car.. he buys and sells cars.. IF THEY PASS INSPECTION the rest is on you.. and so in the winter if u have your WIPER BLADE ON when your windshield is frozen u will BREAK your WIPER BLADES..If you forget to put OIL in your engine, or change your OIL your car will be slipping, and that my friend isnt their fault.. and this is why u purchase a warranty.. now if i was them i would sell the WARRANTY forcefully like the dealers do to cover your and ther butts..You might think im the owner of this place.. NO IM NOT.. I just had many different business, and Im tired of the BS complaints that dont make sense.. if your going make a review, make it based onPRICE, AND SERVICE..because if you bought the product you loved the price.. and service because they convinced you to BUY..In this case you cannot talk about the PRODUCT, because he is not the MANUFACTURER of the product!

Probably a decent garage - but extremely overpriced and they want to replace things that dont need replacing. They wanted me to pay $320 for a new brake job (due to squeaking brakes) when I had put new rotors on a month earlier.I liked the place when they were in Buffalo - but the Tonawanda location definitely is much different. Very dishonest and I wont ever go back.

These guys are shysters of the first magnitude. If you buy from them, youre a fool. Started having trouble the third day. When confronted, their attitude was, Oh well. I was a fool to do business with these guys. Dont make the same mistake.

I bought a truck from them and started having trouble immediately. Wipers broke and they made me pay for new ones when they should have changed during inspection. Motor started knocking and I didn’t get a complete year out of it maybe 6 months since they turned the check eng light off before I bought it!!!!

Im Not Normally One To Trash A Business Online Considering its Someones LivelyhoodBut this Place Deserves Less Than 1 Star.A Few Months Ago I Bought My Vehicle From Here Almost 3 Grand.They Were Supper Nice At First So I Kept Using Them As The Mechanics On The Vehicle.2 and A Half Months Later My Transmission Started To Slip . And Then One Day The Car Just Wouldnt Turn OnThey Kept it A Week And Gave it Back Just For it To Shut Back Off 8hours Later. After Doing Whatever They Did To Get it Back On It Started Giving Me More Problems Till They Supposedly Felt So Bad They Said They Would Trade it Out For Me in October.He Hasnt Picked Up My Phone Call Since. Ive Had 8 Other Mechanics Look At it And Cant Get it To Turn On Even Tho ive Replaced Everything in it. Its Been Almost 2 Months That He Wont Even Pick Up My Phone Call So That My Current Mechanic Can Speak To Him And Just Try To See if He Can Give Him An insite On How They Got it To Start Last Time .Please Dont Spend Your Hard Earned Money Here. They Are Rip Offs And Will Sell You A Death Trap Becuase They Just Dont Care.

Bad service and sales!!! I bought a car for $ 3500 and unknowingly had frame damage! I was driving my truck for 3 months and the rear end fell out of it with my newborn in the car! They hid the frame damage with aluminum and welded the frame in numerous spots! I am in the middle of small claims with these theives. DO NOT trust them!!!!!

These guys will make you trust them then turn around and stab you when you least expect it. They claimed to change all my brakes and rotors AND one of my calipers for my 07 Nissan Altima and charged me $400+ for all four (this was last year). Then I came in recently and they said i need only my 2 back ones replaced when they changed ALL four. He said they only did the front ones pointing proudly at the serial numbers on the pads. So where did my $400+ go? Hmm. And ontop of that when they finished changing my brakes and rotors all the brake lights on my car were on and they didnt know how to fix it so i had to go to the Nissan Dealership on Southwestern Blvd and pay $100 for a diagnostic check to fix the sensor issues.
